Meanwhile, the steam transmission channel in the steam boiler is as follows: referring to fig. 10, 11 and 12, it can be seen that the vapor enters the transfer tube 12 through the input structure and then exits through the output structure.
Wherein the input structure is: as shown in fig. 11, first, the bottom of the body 6 is provided with an input structure, and the input structure is connected with the heat conduction assembly so as to convey gas inwards. Meanwhile, the input structure comprises an input pipe 30, the input pipe 30 is communicated with the transmission pipe 12 and is provided with a second ball valve 18 driven by a second motor 17, and a second speed reducer is arranged between the second motor 17 and the second ball valve 18. The second speed reducer is used for slowing down the rotation of the second motor 17, so that the valve core in the second ball valve 18 rotates slowly.
Therefore, in the actual use process, whether air is fed or not can be controlled through the rotation of the second ball valve 18, and the gas flow rate is required, so that the rotation angle of the second ball valve 18 is controllable through the control of the second motor 17, and the gas flow rate can be accurately controlled. And the second motor 17 is automatic, so that manual adjustment is not needed, and compared with the existing manual adjustment, the invention is more convenient and fast.
Meanwhile, the input pipe 30 is provided with a check valve 31 at one side of the second ball valve 18, so that the input gas is prevented from flowing back.
The output structure is as follows: as shown in fig. 12, first, the output structure is provided at the bottom of the body 6, and the output structure is connected to the heat transfer assembly to output water condensed by the steam. When the dryer is not operated any more, the temperature of the inside is lowered, thereby condensing the steam in the transfer pipe 12 into water. Therefore, during the second operation, the condensed water needs to be drained to avoid the influence of the condensed water on the drying of the clothes. And the output structure is applied to this.
Meanwhile, the output structure comprises an output pipe 15, and the output pipe 15 is communicated with the transmission pipe 12. While the outlet pipe 15 is provided in turn with a filter 37 and a trap 19, and the trap 19 separates water and steam by the action of pressure. Wherein the filter is mainly used for filtering impurities, thereby ensuring that the outflow water is cleaner and further not polluting the environment.
The trap 19 is a common valve, and is divided into a steam system and a gas system. The trap is typically mounted at the end of a steam-heated conduit and functions to continuously drain condensate from the steam-heated conduit to the exterior of the conduit.
Most of the steam traps can automatically identify steam and water, thereby achieving the purpose of automatically stopping steam and draining water. And the operating principle structure of the trap 19 is: the different thermodynamic principles of flow speed and volume change of steam and condensed water are used to make the valve plate produce different pressure difference up and down to drive the valve plate to open and close the valve.
Meanwhile, one side of the output pipe 15 is communicated with a side pipe 16, an electromagnetic valve 36 is arranged on the side pipe 16, and whether condensed water and steam are discharged or not is controlled through the electromagnetic valve 36. And the output pipe 15 is provided with an inductor.
Thus, in actual use, when the machine is first put into operation, the solenoid valve 36 will be energized to operate and open the valve to allow water to flow out, and when the sensor detects that there is gas or the end of the transfer pipe 12 reaches a preset temperature, the solenoid valve 36 will be de-energized to not operate and close the valve, thus preventing gas from flowing out.
In the practical use process, the side pipe 16 is additionally arranged, namely, one path is additionally arranged, so that water can flow through the two paths during water drainage, the water drainage speed is increased, and the working efficiency is further improved.
Meanwhile, both ends of the side pipe 16 are communicated with the output pipe 15, so that only one water outlet can be designed, the number of bottom pipelines is reduced, and the structure is simplified.
As can be seen from fig. 15 and 16, the body 6 is provided with a flexible means at the upper end of the passage 8, through which the article can smoothly enter and be restored after leaving.
Therefore, in practical use, taking the clothes as an example, the clothes are moved through the clothes rack, and the clothes rack is moved by giving a notch so that the clothes rack can move, but the temperature inside the dryer is also kept warm so that the clothes are dried. Thereby allowing the article to enter smoothly by the flexible means and to recover after exit.
And the flexible device has various structures, the first one is that the machine body 6 is respectively and symmetrically provided with a first hairbrush 20 and a second hairbrush 21 at the upper end of the channel 8, and the first hairbrush 20 and the second hairbrush 21 are staggered and crossed with each other, so that the clothes hanger can smoothly pass through the machine body and can also realize heat preservation.
Therefore, the first brush 20 and the second brush 21 are staggered and crossed with each other, so that the first brush 20 and the second brush 21 can be pushed open when the clothes hanger enters, and the clothes hanger can move in a gap between the first brush 20 and the second brush 21; and when the clothes hanger is removed, the first brush 20 and the second brush 21 are automatically closed, thereby ensuring the internal temperature.
The second method is as follows: the flexible device is memory cotton, and the molecules of the material flow and shift to fit the contour of the contact surface of the pressure applying matter when being pressed by external force, so that the pressure is uniformly dispersed to the whole contact surface, and the original shape is slowly recovered when the pressure is eliminated, so that the article can smoothly enter and can be recovered after being separated.
The third is: the flexible means is a silicone gel which is a highly active absorbent material and has a good elasticity so that it can recover without application of force, thus enabling the article to enter smoothly and recover after leaving.
Example two: this embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and is different from the first embodiment in that: the first embodiment uses a heat conducting component that is the use of a transfer tube 12 and a steam boiler, while the second embodiment uses a heater 13.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, it can be seen that the heater 13 may be a resistance wire, a PTC thermistor, or a gold tube, and the heater 13 generates heat and heats up by being energized. And the heater 13 is located at the rear end of the air injection assembly, so that the injected air is firstly injected to the inner side wall surface of the drying device, and then the air rebounds and acts on the clothes, thereby realizing the heating effect.
This is because the structure is simplified by adopting the electric heating mode, and the structure can be narrowed much more than that of steam heating, and then the kinetic energy of the gas can not be greatly lost due to the rebound of the gas.
Still be provided with fine thermal-insulated structure simultaneously: the sequence from outside to inside is: heat insulation cotton, a heat shield, a reflective metal layer, a pipeline 10 and a heater 13. Thus, the internal temperature can be secured. Meanwhile, if the heater 13 is a resistance wire or the like, the input structure and the output structure are reduced, and the structure is simplified.
Example three: this embodiment is substantially the same as the second embodiment, and is different from the first embodiment in that: the heater 13 is composed of at least two of resistance wire, PTC thermistor, gold tube and steam radiator.
This is because the above are all single combination, for example, the heater 13 is a single article, such as only one heating wire. In addition, the heater 13 can be combined in various ways, for example, the heater 13 is divided into three sections from top to bottom, the first section is a resistance wire, the second section is a PTC thermistor, and the third section is the application of a steam boiler, so that different materials on different parts of the article can be dried.
Example four: this embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and is different from the first embodiment in that: in the first embodiment, the heat conducting component heats the air storage tank 14, and in the fourth embodiment, the heating component heats the air storage tank 14, and the heating component is directly arranged in the air storage tank 14. Therefore, in practical use, the gas injection assembly is directly heated, so that when the gas injection assembly is in operation, heated gas in the gas storage tank 14 can be directly conveyed into the pipeline 10 to realize preheating.
Meanwhile, the two structures can also synchronously operate, so that the preheating effect is better.
Example five: this embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and is different from the first embodiment in that: in the first embodiment, the first movable door 32 and the second movable door 38 are driven by the third air cylinder 33 to move relatively on the machine body 6. And the fifth embodiment adopts the driving of the motor three 41, namely the power source is the motor three 41.
The specific structure is as shown in fig. 14, firstly, the first movable door 32 and the second movable door 38 are both provided with racks 39, and the racks 39 are connected through a gear 40. That is, the rotation of one gear 40 drives the racks 39 on both sides, thereby moving the first movable door 32 and the second movable door 38 simultaneously.
And the first movable door 32 and the second movable door 38 are arranged on both sides of the machine body 6, so that the rack 39 and the gear 40 are correspondingly arranged on both sides of the machine body 6. Wherein the gear 40 on one side of the machine body 6 is connected with the motor three 41 and is connected with the gear 40 on the two sides of the machine body 6 through the conveyor belt 42.
Therefore, in the actual use process, the third motor 41 drives the gear 40 on one side of the machine body 6 to rotate, so as to drive the conveyor belt 42 to rotate, and the gear 40 on the two sides of the machine body 6 is driven to synchronously rotate through the conveyor belt 42, and then the gear 40 rotates to drive the rack 39 to rotate, so as to realize the synchronous movement of the first movable door 32 and the second movable door 38, and further prevent the internal heat from escaping, so as to avoid the internal temperature from decreasing.
The specific working process of the scheme is as follows:
taking clothes as an example, firstly, the clothes rack passes through the dryer during transportation, the limiting part 3 on the transportation bracket 1 stops the clothes rack at the upper end of the dryer, and then the clothes hung on the clothes rack can be dried by the dryer.
The principle of the dryer is as follows: the outer air of heat conduction subassembly is heated to the heat that gives out through heat conduction subassembly earlier, thereby heats pipeline 10 through air heat transfer to make the gaseous intensification in the pipeline 10 step up, and the gas after the step up in the pipeline 10 can the blowout when the hole flows through this moment, and spun gas can pass through 11 inlet channel 8 drying clothes of division board.
Moreover, the present invention is only an example of clothes, and thus can be applied to other articles.

Claims (20)

1. A conveying system with a dryer comprises a conveying system main body, and is characterized in that: the conveying system main body comprises a conveying support (1) and a dryer used for enabling the humidity of the articles to be reduced, the conveying support (1) is provided with a conveying rail (4) used for hanging the articles and conveying the articles, and the conveying rail (4) transversely penetrates through the upper end of the dryer and extends towards the two ends, so that the articles can pass through the dryer.
2. The conveyor system with dryer of claim 1, wherein: the dryer comprises a dryer body (6), two drying devices (7) are symmetrically arranged on the dryer body (6), and a channel (8) for moving articles is arranged between the drying devices (7).

6. The conveyor system with dryer of claim 5, wherein: the heater (13) is formed by combining two of four of a resistance wire, a PTC thermistor, a gold tube and a steam radiator.

A conveying system with a dryer according to any one of claim 3, characterized in that: the gas injection assembly further comprises a preheating device, the preheating device comprises a gas storage tank (14), the gas storage tank (14) is communicated with the pipeline (10) and is located on one side of the heat conduction assembly, and therefore gas in the gas storage tank (14) is preheated through the heat conduction assembly.

The conveyor system with dryer of claim 7, wherein: the bottom of the machine body (6) is provided with an air inlet structure, the air inlet structure comprises an air inlet pipe (9), the air inlet pipe (9) is connected with an external air source and an air storage tank (14), and air sequentially passes through the air inlet pipe (9), the air storage tank (14) and a pipeline (10) and is blown to the channel (8);
the air inlet pipe (9) is provided with a first ball valve (29) driven by a first motor (26), and a first speed reducer is arranged between the first motor (26) and the first ball valve (29).
9. The conveyor system with dryer of claim 3, wherein: the gas injection assembly further comprises a partition plate (11), the partition plate (11) is communicated with the channel (8) and the holes, and gas sprayed out of the holes enters the channel (8) through the partition plate (11).
10. The conveyor system with dryer of claim 9, wherein: the partition board (11) is provided with a plurality of air outlet holes, or the partition board (11) is in a grid shape, or the partition board (11) is a shutter.
11. The conveyor system with dryer of claim 4, wherein: the bottom of the machine body (6) is provided with an input structure, and the input structure is connected with the heat conduction assembly so as to convey gas inwards;
the input structure comprises an input pipe (30), the input pipe (30) is communicated with the transmission pipe (12), a second ball valve (18) driven by a second motor (17) is arranged on the input pipe (30), and a second speed reducer is arranged between the second motor (17) and the second ball valve (18);
the input pipe (30) is also provided with a one-way valve (31) at one side of the second ball valve (18).
12. A conveying system with a dryer according to claim 4 or 11, characterized in that: an output structure is arranged at the bottom of the machine body (6), and the output structure is connected with the heat conduction assembly so as to output water condensed by steam;
the output structure comprises an output pipe (15), the output pipe (15) is communicated with the transmission pipe (12), the output pipe (15) is sequentially provided with a filter (37) and a drain valve (19), and the drain valve (19) separates water and steam under the action of pressure;
one side of the output pipe (15) is communicated with a side pipe (16), the side pipe (16) is provided with an electromagnetic valve (36), and when the electromagnetic valve (36) is electrified, condensed water can be discharged.
13. The conveyor system with dryer of claim 3, wherein: the machine body (6) is provided with a flexible device at the upper end of the channel (8), and the flexible device enables articles to smoothly enter and recover after leaving.
14. The conveyor system with dryer of claim 13, wherein: the flexible device comprises a first hairbrush (20) and a second hairbrush (21) which are symmetrically arranged, and the first hairbrush (20) and the second hairbrush (21) are staggered and crossed;
or the flexible device is memory cotton; or the flexible device is silica gel.

The conveyor system with dryer of claim 3, wherein: a first movable door (32) and a second movable door (38) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the machine body (6), a power source is arranged on at least one of the two sides of the machine body (6), and the first movable door (32) and the second movable door (38) are driven by the power source to move oppositely on the machine body (6);
grooved rails (34) are respectively arranged at the upper ends and the lower ends of the first movable door (32) and the second movable door (38), rotating wheels (35) are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the machine body (6), and the rotating wheels (35) move in the grooved rails (34).

The conveyor system with dryer of claim 1, wherein: the conveying device is characterized in that a pushing device (2) is arranged on the conveying support (1), the pushing device (2) is located at the upper end of the conveying track (4), a plurality of limiting parts (3) used for limiting the movement of articles are arranged on the pushing device (2), and the articles are stopped through the limiting parts (3), so that the articles are dried through the dryer.
