Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for preventing silt of underwater silt behind a wharf, in particular to a water-filled rubber dam sand flushing and discharging system for preventing silt behind a high-pile wharf.
Background
At present, the traditional methods for solving the problem of silt back-silting at the rear of a wharf include a diversion embankment silt-preventing method, a cutter suction dredger silt-clearing method, a drag suction dredger silt-clearing method, a ship-dragging dredging method and the like. The diversion dike sand control method mainly comprises the steps of enclosing a wharf by an enclosing dike, changing the flow direction of a tidal field and blocking silt outside the wharf, but the method is only suitable for the initial construction stage of the wharf, is not suitable for the constructed wharf, needs to occupy a large sea area, and is high in construction cost. The other three methods all require the use of a dredger, but work can only be carried out by additionally assembling smaller vessels, since the foundation piles of the wharf are relatively dense and some wharfs still do not meet the height requirement of the dredger for entering behind the wharf under low tide. For wharfs with serious rear silting or large rear range, the method consumes a large amount of manpower, material resources and financial resources, can not solve the problems fundamentally, and silt is desilted again after a period of time, and is required to be desilted again.
The conventional method is generally used for dredging at regular intervals, and dredging treatment needs to be carried out again at intervals, so that the problem of back dredging behind a wharf cannot be solved well and fundamentally. Therefore, it is urgent to design a novel system for fundamentally solving the problem of silt back-silting behind the wharf.

This rubber dam washes sand discharging system not only can realize the washing away of near silt of depositing of pier back edge, and the structural arrangement is simple and convenient moreover, can dismantle after accomplishing the operation.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a water-filled rubber dam sand flushing and discharging system for preventing silting behind a high-pile wharf comprises an anchor rod, a bottom plate, a fixed anchor, a water-filled rubber dam, a water-filled pipeline, a water pressure gauge, a water-filled valve and a water pump;
the anchor rod is driven into the bottom bed and is used for bearing the fluid force borne by the water-filled rubber dam; the bottom plate is used for connecting the anchor rod and the fixed anchor; one end of the water-filled rubber dam is connected with the bottom plate through a fixed anchor, and the fluid force borne by the water-filled rubber dam is transferred to the anchor rod; the other end of the water-filled rubber dam is connected with a water pump arranged on a sea wall at the rear through a water filling pipeline, and water filling expansion can be realized to increase the flow velocity of water flow near the top of the water-filled rubber dam.
In the above technical solution, further, the anchor rod uses the water-filled rubber dam as a symmetry axis, and two anchor rods are respectively arranged on two sides of the anchor rod and are respectively used for resisting fluid force applied to the water-filled rubber dam during flood tide and flood tide.
Furthermore, the bottom plate is rigidly connected with the anchor rod, and the bottom plate is also provided with a ring buckle for connecting and fixing the anchor.
Furthermore, the water pressure gauge is arranged on the water filling pipeline and used for monitoring the water pressure in the water filling type rubber dam.
Furthermore, the water filling valve is arranged on the water filling pipeline and used for controlling the processes of water filling and water discharging.
The design principle of the invention is as follows:
according to the invention, by the water-filled rubber dam arranged behind the wharf and by applying the concept of water-restraining and sand-flushing, the water passing section area of the coastal flow is reduced in the process of tide rising and falling, so that the flow velocity of water flow between the top of the water-filled rubber dam and the pile foundation at the rear edge of the wharf is increased, and the scouring of sediment on the bottom bed is realized.
The device of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) and (4) economy. The device selects the rubber dam as the carrier, the raw materials are easy to obtain and transport, and the investment cost is low compared with the traditional reinforced concrete structure.
(2) And (4) portability. The device can be arranged at a place needing silt prevention, and after the operation is finished, the water in the water-filled rubber dam can be gradually discharged through the water filling pipeline for disassembly.
(3) And (4) safety. The water-filled rubber dam with the main structure of the device is connected with the fixing module through the fixing anchor, so that the water-filled rubber dam is not obviously displaced, and potential safety hazards to the wharf knot are avoided.
