Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a polyurethane coating, in particular to a polyurethane skin-feel resin for a high-temperature-resistant printable coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The artificial leather is a plastic product similar to leather in appearance, hand feeling and the like, can replace leather, and has the advantages of good hand feeling, softness, wear resistance and the like. Artificial leather is generally produced by using a fabric as a base, coating or attaching a synthetic resin mixture containing a plastic additive on the surface of the base, adding the synthetic resin mixture to plasticize the base, and then performing roll embossing or flattening. According to the difference of raw material production, the artificial leather produced by using PVC resin as a raw material is called PVC artificial leather (artificial leather for short); the artificial leather produced by using the PU resin as a raw material is called PU artificial leather (PU leather for short): the artificial leather produced by using PU resin and non-woven fabrics as raw materials is called PU synthetic leather (synthetic leather for short). They are classified into artificial leather for shoes, artificial leather for bags, and the like according to their uses and types of covers.
In the production process of artificial leather, one step important for the surface treatment of artificial leather is to treat the surface of artificial leather with an aqueous polyurethane resin having matting property. Polyurethane Resin (Polyurethane Resin) is a high molecular material, has the characteristics of high strength, wear resistance and the like, and is applied to various industrial products, daily products or medical appliances. Aqueous polyurethanes are polyurethane systems in which water is used as the dispersing medium. The waterborne polyurethane takes water as a solvent, but not an organic matter as a solvent, has the characteristics of good compatibility, less pollution and the like, and is widely used for generating artificial leather.
With the continuous development of society, people no longer meet the needs of daily life, and the demand for new products is more and more intense. The production of the skin-feel film enables the life experience of people to be improved from 2-dimensional world to 3-dimensional world, and greatly improves the user experience, because the user experience is not considered in the existing market waterborne polyurethane, the existing waterborne polyurethane is only written on the aspects of physical and chemical functions such as aging resistance, scratch resistance and the like, the appearance of the skin-feel coating breaks through the inherent prejudice of people on the waterborne polyurethane, and the cold ice is more comfortable due to the addition of chemical raw materials, so that the skin-feel coating is a great trend of future economic life.
