Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of washing, and particularly relates to washing equipment.
Background
The peripheral wall of the inner barrel of the existing pulsator washing machine is provided with a plurality of dewatering holes, the inner barrel is communicated with the outer barrel, the inner barrel is a clothes storage area and is used for washing clothes, the part of water filled between the inner barrel and the side wall of the outer barrel does not participate in washing, the part of water really participating in washing is the part of the inner barrel, so that water resource waste is huge, in addition, the excessive water between the inner barrel and the outer barrel can also reduce the concentration of a washing agent, and the washing effect is influenced. Meanwhile, as water flow frequently enters and exits between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, after the continuous use, the area between the side walls of the inner barrel and the outer barrel also forms a space for storing dirt and dirt, and water scale in tap water, free substances of washing powder, cellulose of clothes, organic matters of human bodies, dust and bacteria brought by the clothes are easily remained between the side walls of the inner barrel and the outer barrel. The mold is a problem that a large amount of dirt accumulated in the long-term used washing machine is bred and propagated because the dirt can not be effectively removed, and if the dirt which can not be seen by a user is not cleaned, bacteria can be attached to clothes after next washing to bring to a human body, so that cross infection is caused.
In order to save water resources, washing machines are increasingly adopting a mode of a non-porous inner barrel, so that the inner barrel is separated from the outer barrel, only the inner barrel is used for storing water, and the outer barrel is free of water. The side wall of the inner barrel is provided with a drain hole close to the upper end or the water guide channel from top to bottom is used for guiding out water, so that when the washing machine is dehydrated, the water is thrown on the inner wall of the inner barrel under the action of centrifugal force and moves upwards along the inner wall of the inner barrel, and the drain hole at the upper end of the inner barrel is directly discharged or guided out through the water guide channel, so that the water-saving effect of the washing machine is improved, the using amount of detergent is saved, and cross contamination to clothes caused by bacteria breeding between the inner barrel and the outer barrel can be avoided.
Although the structure is improved relative to the traditional washing machine, the following defects exist: the water can be discharged from the water outlet hole at the upper part only by driving the inner barrel to rotate, and the water discharging time is long; in addition, in the drainage process, a driving device is required to work, and the power consumption is relatively high; finally, when the washing machine is used for a long time, sedimentary dirt such as silt particles and the like cannot be discharged and are accumulated in the inner barrel, bacteria are easy to breed for secondary pollution of clothes due to excessive accumulation, and the clothes or parts in the inner barrel, such as a sealing part of a wave wheel shaft and the like, are abraded.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the applicant developed a technology previously, in which a drain port is provided at the bottom of an inner tub, a drain mechanism capable of being opened and closed controllably is provided at the drain port, and a locking mechanism for limiting the position of the inner tub is further provided, for example, chinese patent application No. CN201510057876.4 discloses a locking mechanism for an inner tub of a washing machine and a washing machine, wherein a first positioning structure is provided at the bottom of the inner tub, a second positioning structure is provided at the bottom of the outer tub, the second positioning structure is a telescopic structure, the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are engaged in a concave-convex manner, the inner tub is locked, the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are disengaged, and the inner tub is unlocked. The bottom of the inner barrel is provided with a locking hole, the bottom of the outer barrel is at least provided with a telescopic locking rod, the locking rod extends into the locking hole, the inner barrel is locked, the locking rod is separated from the locking hole, and the inner barrel is unlocked. The inner tub is locked during washing, and no water is left between the inner and outer tub.
Particularly, set up the locking hole including the barrel bottom to utilize telescopic locking pole and locking hole to mutually support, the locking pole when stretching out with the unsmooth cooperation in locking hole, interior barrel lock, deviate from the locking hole when the locking pole withdrawal, interior barrel contact locking.
When the inner barrel is locked, the drainage mechanism is used for closing the drainage port of the inner barrel, when the inner barrel rotates, the drainage mechanism opens the drainage port of the inner barrel, water in the inner barrel firstly flows into the outer barrel through the drainage port and then is drained from the outer barrel. The structure is complex, two sets of driving mechanisms are needed to respectively drive the locking mechanism and the drainage mechanism, and the production cost is high; in addition, the control is complex, and the requirement on the control accuracy is high.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the balance ring 15 is disposed at the upper portion of the washing tub 1 according to the present invention, and the balance ring 15 is hermetically connected to the upper end of the washing tub 1 in order to prevent water rising upward due to centrifugal force from being thrown away from the connection between the washing tub 1 and the balance ring 15 to cause splashing. Sealing can be realized by adopting the outer side wall of the balance ring 15 and the inner peripheral wall of the upper end of the washing barrel 1, or adopting the balance ring 15 to support the upper end edge of the washing barrel 1, end face sealing is arranged between the two, or two groups of combination is adopted, and then or a mode of clamping a sealing ring and the like is adopted in a rolling edge covering mode.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
