As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the preparation method of the environment-friendly sterilizing detergent of the present invention comprises the following steps:
s1: adding a detergent master batch and deionized water into a mixer according to a selected detergent formula, heating to 40-50 ℃, stirring and mixing for 30-40 minutes, and naturally cooling to normal temperature after mixing to obtain a mixture I, wherein the detergent master batch comprises alkylbenzene sulfonic acid and compounds thereof; according to the specific application of the environment-friendly sterilizing detergent, the corresponding formula preparation is adjusted, the mixing speed of the detergent master batch into deionized water is accelerated in the heating process, and the natural cooling is favorable for stabilizing the performance of the detergent master batch mixture;
s2: introducing the mixture I in the step S1 into a reaction kettle, adding the thickening liquid and sodium carbonate, heating to 60-65 ℃, and stirring for reaction for 10-15 minutes; adding a surfactant and a defoaming agent, heating to 70-75 ℃, and stirring for reacting for 20-25 minutes; after the reaction is finished, naturally cooling to normal temperature to obtain a second mixture; the thickening liquid is used for adjusting the viscosity of the detergent, so that the thickening liquid is suitable for the daily use habit of the detergent, the alkaline sodium carbonate is beneficial to hydrolyzing esters in oil stain, the decontamination effect of the detergent is improved, the anions in the surfactant can adsorb and polymerize stain molecules, and the added defoaming agent avoids the influence of bubbles mixed in the finished detergent solution on the quality of the detergent;
s3: adding an acid-base regulator into the mixture II prepared in the step S2, regulating the pH value to be within the range of 6.5-7.0 to obtain a finished product of the liquid detergent, introducing the finished product of the liquid detergent into filling equipment, filling the liquid detergent into a packaging bottle on a conveyor belt by the filling equipment, and packaging after filling to obtain the finished product of the liquid detergent; the added acid-base regulator protects the skin of the liquid detergent which is in contact with the liquid detergent when in use, and the liquid detergent on the conveyor belt of the assembly line is filled in batches through filling equipment, so that the preparation efficiency of the liquid detergent is improved;
the filling equipment in the S3 comprises a filling rack 1, a conveying rack 2, a filling pipe 3, a cylinder 4 and a controller; the filling frame 1 is positioned above the conveying frame 2, and a filling pipe 3 is arranged on the filling frame 1; a conveyor belt is laid on the conveying frame 2 and conveys the liquid detergent packaging bottles to the lower part of the filling frame 1; the filling pipe 3 comprises a primary filling pipe 31 and a secondary filling pipe 32; the primary filling pipe 31 is fixed on the filling frame 1, and the bottom of the primary filling pipe 31 is communicated with the top of the secondary filling pipe 32; the secondary filling pipe 32 is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the primary filling pipe 31, a gear is arranged on the outer ring of the top of the secondary filling pipe 32, and three filling ports 33 with different diameters are uniformly arranged on the secondary filling pipe 32; a rack is arranged on the filling frame 1, a rack and a gear outside the secondary filling pipe 32 form a gear-rack pair 321, and one end of the filling frame 1 is provided with a cylinder 4; the cylinder 4 controls the rotation of the secondary filling pipe 32 through a driving rack; the filling frame 1 is provided with a controller for controlling the operation of filling equipment so that the liquid detergent is filled into the packaging bottles on the conveying frame 2; when the filling device is used, the controller is started, the controller controls the transmission belt on the transmission frame 2 to operate, so that a packaging bottle is conveyed to the lower part of the filling frame 1, the filling pipe 3 is driven by the movement of the filling frame 1, the filling opening 33 extends into the packaging bottle, the liquid detergent starts to be filled, after the filling is finished, the filling pipe 3 is lifted, the filling opening 33 is separated from the packaging bottle, and the filled liquid detergent packaging bottle is conveyed to a packaging process by the transmission belt; because the packaging bottles of the liquid detergent have a plurality of types, when the filling port 33 is larger than the bottle mouth of the packaging bottle, the filling operation cannot be carried out, and when the filling port 33 is far smaller than the bottle mouth of the packaging bottle, the filling efficiency is reduced, so that when the liquid detergent is filled, the filling port 33 matched with the packaging bottles with different specifications needs to be selected; in the prior art, the filling equipment with different diameter filling ports 33 is selected to fill the packaging bottles with different specifications, so that the investment of the equipment is increased, and the filling efficiency of the equipment is influenced by manually replacing the filling ports 33 with different diameters; the filling device utilizes three filling ports 33 with different diameters arranged on a secondary filling pipe 32, the secondary filling pipe 32 is rotatably arranged on a primary filling pipe 31, the operation of the air cylinder 4 is controlled by the controller to drive the secondary filling pipe 32 to rotate, the filling ports 33 with proper sizes are selected to fill detergent into packaging bottles with different specifications, the filling frame 1 drives the primary filling pipe 31 to move up and down, so that the filling ports 33 extend into the packaging bottles to carry out filling operation, one device can fill the packaging bottles with different specifications, and the working efficiency of the filling device is improved.
As an embodiment of the invention, the secondary fill pipe 32 is rotatably mounted at the bottom of the primary fill pipe 31 by means of a ball joint 34; the ball joint 34 communicates with the three fill ports 33 of the secondary fill pipe 32; the primary filling pipe 31 is communicated with the secondary filling pipe 32 through a ball joint 34, the bottom of the primary filling pipe 31 is hemispherical, and a through hole is formed in one side of the hemisphere, which faces the conveying frame 2; when the filling device is used, the appropriate filling port 33 is selected for filling by rotating the secondary filling pipe 32, the unselected filling ports 33 need to be in a closed state, and the complexity of the filling ports 33 is increased by arranging separate valves on the filling ports 33; the ball joint 34 is rotatably arranged on the hemisphere at the bottom of the primary filling pipe 31, an independent through hole is formed in one side of the hemisphere facing the conveying frame 2, when a proper filling port 33 is selected, the through hole is correspondingly formed in the position where the ball joint 34 is communicated with the filling port 33, the influence of other filling ports 33 in the filling process is avoided, and then the detergent is filled into a packaging bottle through the proper filling port 33, so that the working efficiency of filling equipment is improved.

s3: adding an acid-base regulator into the mixture II prepared in the step S2, regulating the pH value to be within the range of 6.5-7.0 to obtain a finished product of the liquid detergent, introducing the finished product of the liquid detergent into filling equipment, filling the liquid detergent into a packaging bottle on a conveyor belt by the filling equipment, and packaging after filling to obtain the finished product of the liquid detergent;
the filling equipment in the S3 comprises a filling rack (1), a conveying rack (2), a filling pipe (3), a cylinder (4) and a controller; the filling frame (1) is positioned above the conveying frame (2), and the filling pipe (3) is arranged on the filling frame (1); a conveyor belt is laid on the conveying frame (2) and conveys the liquid detergent packaging bottles to the lower part of the filling frame (1); the filling pipe (3) comprises a primary filling pipe (31) and a secondary filling pipe (32), the primary filling pipe (31) is fixed on the filling frame (1), and the bottom of the primary filling pipe (31) is communicated with the top of the secondary filling pipe (32); the secondary filling pipe (32) is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the primary filling pipe (31), a gear is arranged on the outer ring of the top of the secondary filling pipe (32), and three filling ports (33) with different diameters are uniformly arranged on the secondary filling pipe (32); a rack is arranged on the filling frame (1), a gear-rack pair (321) is formed by the rack and a gear outside the secondary filling pipe (32), and a cylinder (4) is arranged at one end of the filling frame (1); the cylinder (4) controls the rotation of the secondary filling pipe (32) through driving the rack; the filling frame (1) is provided with a controller for controlling the operation of filling equipment so that the liquid detergent is filled into the packaging bottles on the conveying frame (2);
