Description

Water-based precoating type high-temperature anti-seizure agent and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water-based precoating type high-temperature anti-seizure agent, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Fasteners used in nuclear power, gas turbine, thermal power generator, aircraft engine, etc. often encounter high temperature environments of 650-1000 ℃. The fastener working in the high-temperature environment for a long time is easy to be stuck, and great difficulty is brought to maintenance and disassembly. The industry often adopts the mode of applying anti-seizure agent to solve the easy dead problem of fastener.
At present, the common anti-seizure agent is viscous paste oily high-temperature anti-seizure agent, and graphite or molybdenum disulfide is mainly used as a high-temperature lubricant. For example, patent No. CN201010257838.0 discloses a composite high-performance high-temperature anti-seizing agent, which comprises 35% of solid material and 65% of liquid material by weight; wherein, in the solid material, 32-34% of graphite with the fineness of 5000 meshes, 37-39% of graphite with the fineness of 10000 meshes and 28-30% of boron nitride with the fineness of 1250 meshes are contained; in the liquid material, 70-75% of polyisobutylene and 25-30% of dimethyl silicone oil are used.
However, due to high temperature oxidation, the lubricating properties of graphite and molybdenum disulfide are greatly degraded when ambient temperatures exceed 650 ℃. In addition, when the oily paste high-temperature anti-seizure agent is used, the agent needs to be coated as before, so that the problems of missing coating, less coating and more coating are easy to occur, and the use is inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, there is a need for a water-based precoating type high temperature anti-seizure agent, and a preparation method and application thereof. The water-based precoating type high-temperature anti-seizure agent is not required to be coated for use at present, can be concentrated in advance and quantitatively coated on the threads of the fasteners, directly forms an anti-seizure dry film on the threads of the fasteners through high-temperature drying, can reduce the friction coefficient of the fasteners during tightening, prevents the fasteners from being stuck when being tightened and disassembled, and is more convenient to use.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:

the anti-seizure agents of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were uniformly applied to 5M 10 × 50 galvanized bolts of 10.9 grades, dried in a constant temperature drying oven at 80 ℃ for 45min, taken out and cooled to room temperature, and then screwed into M10 standard nuts using a digital display torque wrench capable of automatically counting, so that the bolts were exposed for 2 to 3 threads, and the maximum torque in the process was measured, i.e., the screwing torque.
4. And (3) testing the thread friction coefficient:
the anti-seizure agents of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were uniformly applied to 10 10.9M 10X 50 galvanized bolts, dried in a constant temperature drying oven at 80 ℃ for 45min, and then taken out and cooled to room temperature. The thread friction coefficient was then tested according to GB/T16823.3.
5. High temperature seizure resistance (loosening torque after 1000 ℃) test:
the anti-seizure agents of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were uniformly applied to 5 10.9M 10X 50 galvanized bolts, dried in a constant temperature drying oven at 80 ℃ for 45min, and then taken out and cooled to room temperature. And screwing an M10 standard nut to enable the bolt to expose 2-3 threads, then putting the bolt into a muffle furnace at 1000 ℃, aging for 24 hours, taking out the bolt after the aging time, cooling to room temperature, screwing out the nut by using a digital display torque wrench capable of automatically counting to enable the nut to be completely withdrawn, testing the maximum torque in the process, wherein the smaller the torque is, the stronger the high-temperature anti-occlusion capability is.
Note: the bolts are 10.9-grade M10 color zinc plated bolts specified in GB/T5782, and the nuts are 10-grade M10 color zinc plated nuts specified in GB/T6170. Bolt and nut matching precision: bolt 6g, nut 6H.
The performance test results are summarized in table 1 below.
