Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples in connection with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a water body microorganism viable bacteria cultivation oxygen dissolving device comprises a microorganism incubator 1 and an oxygen dissolving mechanism 2 arranged on the microorganism incubator 1, wherein the microorganism incubator 1 is used for cultivating microorganisms, and the oxygen dissolving mechanism 2 is used for fully mixing air into water; the four corners of the microorganism incubator 1 are provided with support rods 4, so that the support rods 4 are provided with solar panels 3; the side of the dissolved oxygen mechanism 2 is provided with a control box 5, a battery connected with the solar panel 3 is arranged in the control box 5, and the battery provides electric energy for each part of the device.
The solar panel 3 can absorb sunlight and convert the sunlight into electric energy, so that the battery in the control box 5 is charged, the electric quantity in the battery is sufficient, the battery can supply power to all parts, and the normal work of all equipment is ensured; solar panel 3 is the kickup setting, and is located 2 tops of dissolved oxygen mechanism to this lets solar panel 3 increase and the area of contact of light, can also make it protect following part, and in rainy or sunshine violent weather, solar panel 3 can carry out certain degree for following part and shelter from, with this provides the guard action.
As shown in fig. 2, the dissolved oxygen mechanism 2 comprises an dissolved oxygen tank 21 mounted on the microorganism incubator 1, and a water distribution tray 22 and a water collection tray 23 are arranged in the dissolved oxygen tank 21 from top to bottom; the oxygen dissolving tank 21 is provided with a water inlet pipe 9, one end of the water inlet pipe 9 is installed at the top of the oxygen dissolving tank 21, the other end of the water inlet pipe 9 is provided with a water suction pump 10, and the water suction pump 10 is positioned in the microorganism incubator 1; the bottom of the oxygen dissolving tank 21 is provided with a water outlet pipe 7, and the lower end port of the water outlet pipe 7 is positioned below the microorganism incubator 1.
Wherein the water pump 10 pumps the water containing the microorganisms in the microorganism incubator 1 into the dissolved oxygen tank 21, when the water just enters the dissolved oxygen tank 21, because the oxygen dissolving tank 21 is relatively sealed, when the water flow falls down, a certain vacuum is formed on the upper part of the oxygen dissolving tank 21, so that the external air can be sucked into the dissolved oxygen tank 21 at the hole site of the upper end of the dissolved oxygen tank 21, then the water flow falls on the water diversion disc 22 and is divided into a plurality of small water flows on the water diversion disc 22 to fall down, so that the water flow is fully contacted with the air in the oxygen dissolving tank 21, thereby increasing the oxygen content in the water flow, when the water flow reaches the water collecting tray 23, the water flow can be shunted again, further the air is contacted with the water flow, the oxygen content in the water is increased again, finally, the oxygen-enriched water flow is discharged from the water outlet pipe 7 at the lower part of the dissolved oxygen tank 21 to the culture water area, thereby increasing the oxygen content in the water of the culture water area.
The structure of the water diversion disc 22 is the same as that of the water collection disc 23, the water diversion disc 22 is disc-shaped, and through holes penetrating through two planes are uniformly formed in the water diversion disc 22, so that water flow is divided, and the water flow is dispersed.
A pipeline is connected between the water inlet pipe 9 and the water outlet pipe 7, and the pipeline is provided with an adjusting valve 12, so that the normal air pressure in the oxygen dissolving tank 21 is ensured.
The side of the microorganism incubator 1 is provided with a dock-type buoy body 6, so that the device can float on the water surface.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a gap is formed in the side wall of the microorganism incubator 1, so that water in the culture water area enters the microorganism incubator 1; be provided with the baffle in the microorganism artificial containers 1, with this with microorganism artificial containers 1 internal partitioning become a plurality of bacterial cultivation space 101, and the baffle height sets up in proper order by low toward high to this let rivers come in to one of them bacterial cultivation space 101 from the breach, then enter into each cultivation space 101 in proper order through the extraction of suction pump 10, and in last bacterial cultivation space 101 department through suction pump 10 with rivers extraction dissolved oxygen jar 21.
Be provided with filter block 8 in the bacterial cultivation space 101, filter block 8 is used for filtering the impurity of rivers to this prevents that debris in the rivers from entering into suction pump 10 or other pipelines and causing the jam, be provided with slow-release type bacterial in the filter block 8 and deposit jar 11, cultivates the microorganism with this in the jar, and makes the microorganism mix the aquatic when rivers pass through, then drops into through suction pump 10 and breed in the waters, and the microorganism is used for carrying out sewage treatment and improvement aquatic dissolved oxygen volume to breeding the waters.
The invention can ensure the continuous normal work of each component and can increase the dissolved oxygen in water, thereby improving the culture yield.
