the lower sealing roller group (3) comprises a lower support (31), a vibration stopping roller (32), a base surface roller (33) and a lower transition roller (34), the bottom surface of the lower support (31) is connected to the stand (1) in a sliding mode, the vibration stopping roller (32) is rotatably arranged on one side, close to the supporting part, of the lower support (31), the base surface roller (33) is rotatably arranged on one side, far away from the supporting part, of the lower support (31), the lower transition roller (34) is rotatably arranged on the lower support (31) and is located between the vibration stopping roller (32) and the base surface roller (33), and the vibration stopping roller (32), the lower transition roller (34) and the base surface roller (33) are sequentially connected in a rolling mode; two ends of the lower support (31) are respectively provided with a thrust component (5) used for lifting the upper sealing roller set (2) upwards;
the upper sealing roller group (2) comprises an upper bracket (21), an upper sealing roller (22), a rubber surface roller (23) and two upper transition rollers (24) which are arranged side by side, the upper bracket (21) is positioned above the lower bracket (31), two ends of the upper bracket (21) and two ends of the lower bracket (31) are respectively connected together through a pressure adjusting component (6), and a passageway for the adhesive tape to pass through is formed, the upper sealing roller (22) is rotatably arranged on one side of the upper bracket (21) close to the supporting part, the rubber surface roller (23) is rotatably arranged on one side of the upper bracket (21) far away from the supporting part, the two upper transition rollers (24) are rotatably arranged on the upper bracket (21) and positioned between the upper sealing roller (22) and the rubber surface roller (23), the upper sealing roller (22), the two upper transition rollers (24) and the rubber surface roller (23) are sequentially connected in a rolling manner; two ends of the upper support (21) respectively extend outwards to form convex blocks (211) positioned above the thrust component (5), air pressure channels communicated with the passageway are arranged in the two convex blocks (211), an electromagnetic pressure release valve (7) is arranged on the air pressure channel of one convex block (211), and the air pressure channel of the other convex block (211) is used for being connected with an external vacuum generator;
sealing parts (8) used for being matched with the end faces of the adhesive tape rolls in a sealing mode are arranged at the two ends of the lower support (31) and the two ends of the upper support (21) respectively, and sealing edge strips are arranged on the top faces of the two ends of the lower support (31) or the bottom faces of the two ends of the upper support (21); the transmission ratio of the vibration stopping roller (32) to the base surface roller (33) is equal to that of the upper sealing roller (22) and the rubber surface roller (23);
the gravity tensioning assembly (4) is used for enabling one side of the lower sealing roller set (3) and one side of the upper sealing roller set (2) to be always kept close to the adhesive tape roll in the uncoiling process.
