本发明提供一种墙壁纸生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1:面层制作,将聚酯树脂、碳酸钙、二氧化钛以及颜料混合形成树脂浆料,在树脂浆料中加入增强纤维混合后进行模压形成SMC面层;S2:装饰层制作,对复合模具进行加热,将SMC面层铺设在下模的模腔内,在上模的模腔内加入装饰颗粒,而后合模进行复合,压力控制为2‑5兆帕,模具加热温度为100‑120摄氏度;S3:基层热发泡,在纸质基材上表面涂布聚氯乙烯PVC并进行热发泡处理形成基层;S4:涂胶,在基层表面涂抹粘结剂;S5:热复合,将基层与SMC面层进行热复合,压力控制为0.5‑1兆帕;S6:涂防护层,在装饰层表面上涂抹一层透明防护层;S7:烘干,通过烘干机对壁纸进烘干处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及壁纸加工,特别涉及一种墙壁纸生产工艺。
背景技术
墙壁纸随着国内家装市场的兴起而成为室内装饰的主要材料,其中浮雕型墙壁纸以独特的魅力备受青睐,然而由于浮雕型墙壁纸由于撒粒的厚度原因存在以下缺陷,撒粒厚度过厚,虽然立体感较强,但是浮雕颗粒容易脱落,对室内会造成影响,撒粒厚度过薄,虽然浮雕颗粒粘结牢固,但是造成立体效果较差,此外由于天气原因,浮雕型墙壁纸透气性以及防水性均较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,从而提供一种墙壁纸生产工艺,不仅具有良好的阻燃隔热效果,而且外表面强度高不易破损。
本发明所采用的技术方案是这样的:墙壁纸生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:面层制作,将聚酯树脂、碳酸钙、二氧化钛以及颜料混合形成树脂浆料,在树脂浆料中加入增强纤维混合后进行模压形成SMC面层;
S2:装饰层制作,对复合模具进行加热,将SMC面层铺设在下模的模腔内,在上模的模腔内加入装饰颗粒,而后合模进行复合,压力控制为2-5兆帕,模具加热温度为100-120摄氏度;
S3:基层热发泡,在纸质基材上表面涂布聚氯乙烯PVC并进行热发泡处理形成基层;
S4:涂胶,在基层表面涂抹粘结剂;
S5:热复合,将基层与SMC面层进行热复合,压力控制为0.5-1兆帕;
S6:涂防护层,在装饰层表面上涂抹一层透明防护层;
S7: 烘干,通过烘干机对壁纸进烘干处理,烘干温度为95-105℃,烘干时间为20s。
进一步改进的是:所述粘结剂为含有改性剂的聚醋酸乙烯酯胶粘剂,且改性剂为聚乙烯醇缩醛。
进一步改进的是:步骤S1中增强纤维为玻璃纤维或者竹纤维。
进一步改进的是:步骤S1中,增强纤维与树脂浆料混合前经过剪短处理,增强纤维长度控制为3-5mm。
进一步改进的是:所述透明防护层为树脂层。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:将面层利用SMC制成,具有良好的强度,壁纸不易破损,且将装饰层直接加工在面层上,通过模压的方式进行,加工便利,颗粒的装饰层直接渗透进入SMC面层内不易脱落,此外基层采用发泡层,不仅具有良好的阻燃、隔热、隔音效果,而且提高了壁纸的柔软度。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明。
本发明公开一种墙壁纸生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:面层制作,将聚酯树脂、碳酸钙、二氧化钛以及颜料混合形成树脂浆料,在树脂浆料中加入增强纤维混合后进行模压形成SMC面层;
S2:装饰层制作,对复合模具进行加热,将SMC面层铺设在下模的模腔内,在上模的模腔内加入装饰颗粒,而后合模进行复合,压力控制为2-5兆帕,模具加热温度为100-120摄氏度;
S3:基层热发泡,在纸质基材上表面涂布聚氯乙烯PVC并进行热发泡处理形成基层;
S4:涂胶,在基层表面涂抹粘结剂;
S5:热复合,将基层与SMC面层进行热复合,压力控制为0.5-1兆帕;
S6:涂防护层,在装饰层表面上涂抹一层透明防护层;
S7: 烘干,通过烘干机对壁纸进烘干处理,烘干温度为95-105℃,烘干时间为20s。
其中,所述粘结剂为含有改性剂的聚醋酸乙烯酯胶粘剂,且改性剂为聚乙烯醇缩醛,聚乙烯醇缩醛可为聚乙烯醇缩甲醛,继而使粘结剂的耐水性和耐湿性提高,克服了传统的粘结剂因潮气而发生粘结强度下降的缺陷,也改善了传统的粘结剂的抗高温蠕变性,其改性方法可以是:将粘结剂用醋酸乙酯溶解稀释,将聚乙烯醇缩甲醛同样用醋酸乙酯溶解,随后这两者经混合、增塑后过滤,滤液则为改性后的粘结剂。
为了提高面层的强度,步骤S1中增强纤维为玻璃纤维或者竹纤维,
步骤S1中,增强纤维与树脂浆料混合前经过剪短处理,增强纤维长度控制为3-5mm。
所述透明防护层为树脂层,利用透明的树脂作为防护层,不仅有效保护颗粒状的装饰层,而且其凝聚在颗粒间隙之间,在光照折射效果下增强立体感。

S1:面层制作,将聚酯树脂、碳酸钙、二氧化钛以及颜料混合形成树脂浆料,在树脂浆料中加入增强纤维混合后进行模压形成SMC面层;
S2:装饰层制作,对复合模具进行加热,将SMC面层铺设在下模的模腔内,在上模的模腔内加入装饰颗粒,而后合模进行复合,压力控制为2-5兆帕,模具加热温度为100-120摄氏度;
S3:基层热发泡,在纸质基材上表面涂布聚氯乙烯PVC并进行热发泡处理形成基层;
S4:涂胶,在基层表面涂抹粘结剂;
S5:热复合,将基层与SMC面层进行热复合,压力控制为0.5-1兆帕;
S6:涂防护层,在装饰层表面上涂抹一层透明防护层;
S7: 烘干,通过烘干机对壁纸进烘干处理,烘干温度为95-105℃,烘干时间为20s。
2.根据权利要求1所述的墙壁纸生产工艺,其特征在于:所述粘结剂为含有改性剂的聚醋酸乙烯酯胶粘剂,且改性剂为聚乙烯醇缩醛。
