However, most of oil stains on mechanical parts are stubborn and difficult to clean, and are difficult to remove under the condition of low temperature, even if the files are cleaned by brushes and the like, the effective cleaning effect cannot be guaranteed, and certain limitation exists.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical problems that the traditional mechanical part cleaning and deoiling device is simple in design and general in deoiling effect, the invention provides a cleaning and deoiling device for mechanical parts.
The invention provides a cleaning and oil removing device for mechanical parts, which comprises a top plate and a base, wherein supporting legs are welded at four corners of the bottom of the base, a cleaning box is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the base through bolts, a heating bottom plate is welded at the bottom end of the cleaning box, a heating cavity is formed by the heating bottom plate and one side, opposite to the cleaning box, of the heating bottom plate, heating wires are fixedly installed on the inner wall of the heating cavity, heat conducting rods are installed on the inner wall of the heating cavity, two ends of each heat conducting rod penetrate through the inner walls of two sides of the cleaning box, semicircular strip-shaped grooves are formed in the bottom end of the heating bottom plate in an equidistant distribution mode, heat conducting fins in an equidistant distribution mode are welded at the top end of the heating bottom plate, a stirring cylinder is arranged at the top end of the cleaning box, annular grooves are formed in one side, opposite to the cleaning box, balls in an equidistant distribution mode are connected to the inner walls of the stirring cylinder in a rolling mode, annular distribution mode is welded on the inner walls of the stirring cylinder, and the wall plate is provided with drain holes distributed at equal intervals, one side of the cleaning box is provided with a first driving mechanism, and the bottom end of the top plate is provided with a rotary carrying mechanism.
Preferably, the rotary loading mechanism comprises telescopic cylinders fixed at two ends of the bottom of the top plate through bolts, and the end parts of the two telescopic cylinders are fixed with the same fixed ring plate through bolts.
Preferably, the top end of the fixed ring plate is provided with a rotating cylinder, two annular grooves are formed in the opposite sides of the rotating cylinder and the fixed ring plate, and the inner walls of the two annular grooves are connected with second balls which are distributed equidistantly in a rolling mode.
Preferably, the inner wall joint of rotary drum has a bearing net section of thick bamboo, and the top both sides of bearing net section of thick bamboo all weld the bolt, the bolt peg graft with the both sides of rotary drum.
Preferably, the lifting rings are welded on two sides of the top end of the net carrying cylinder, and a second driving mechanism is installed on one side, opposite to the rotary cylinder, of the fixed ring plate.
Preferably, the first driving mechanism comprises a stepping motor fixed on one side of the cleaning box through a bolt, and an output shaft of the stepping motor is in keyed connection with a first driving conical tooth.
Preferably, the bottom end of the mixing drum is welded with a first conical gear ring, and the first conical gear ring is meshed with the first driving conical tooth.
Preferably, the second driving mechanism comprises a rotating motor fixed at the bottom of one end of the fixed ring plate through a bolt and a second conical gear ring welded on the outer wall of the circumference of the drum, and the output shaft of the rotating motor is keyed with a second driving conical gear meshed with the second conical gear ring.
Preferably, the same side supporting plate is welded on one side of the top plate, which is opposite to one end of the base.
Preferably, one side of the cleaning box, which is close to the heating bottom plate, is provided with a water changing port, the inner wall of the water changing port is welded with a water changing pipe, and one end of the water changing pipe is connected with a valve through threads.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a cleaning and oil removing device for machine parts comprises a top plate 12 and a base 1 with supporting legs welded at four corners of the bottom, a cleaning box 20 is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the base 1 through bolts, a heating bottom plate 5 is welded at the bottom end of the cleaning box 20, a heating cavity is formed by the heating bottom plate 5 and the opposite side of the cleaning box 20, heating wires 2 are fixedly installed on the inner wall of the heating cavity, heat conducting rods 3 are installed on the inner wall of the heating cavity, two ends of each heat conducting rod 3 penetrate through the inner walls of two sides of the cleaning box 20, semicircular grooves 4 distributed at equal intervals are formed in the bottom end of the heating bottom plate 5, heat conducting fins 19 distributed at equal intervals are welded at the top end of the heating bottom plate 5, a stirring cylinder 13 is arranged at the top end of the cleaning box 20, annular grooves I are formed in the opposite sides of the stirring cylinder 13 and the cleaning box 20, balls 9 distributed at equal intervals are connected on the inner walls corresponding to the two annular grooves I in a rolling manner, the inner wall of the mixing drum 13 is welded with wall plates 17 distributed in an equidistant annular mode, the wall plates 17 are provided with drain holes 16 distributed in an equidistant mode, one side of the cleaning box 20 is provided with a first driving mechanism, and the bottom end of the top plate 12 is provided with a rotary carrying mechanism.
In the invention, the rotary loading mechanism comprises telescopic cylinders 11 fixed at two ends of the bottom of a top plate 12 through bolts, and the end parts of the two telescopic cylinders 11 are fixed with the same fixed ring plate 10 through bolts.
Wherein, the top of the fixed ring plate 10 is provided with a rotary drum 27, and the opposite sides of the rotary drum 27 and the fixed ring plate 10 are both provided with two annular grooves, and the inner walls of the two annular grooves are connected with two balls 26 which are distributed equidistantly in a rolling manner.
Wherein, the inner wall joint of rotary drum 27 has a bearing net section of thick bamboo 7, and the top both sides of bearing net section of thick bamboo 7 all weld bolt 24, bolt 24 peg graft with the both sides of rotary drum 27.

Wherein, first actuating mechanism includes the step motor 14 of bolt fastening in washing case 20 one side, and the output shaft key of step motor 14 is connected with first initiative taper tooth 15.
Wherein, the bottom welding of churn 13 has first toper ring gear 8, and first toper ring gear 8 meshes with first initiative toper tooth 15 mutually.
The second driving mechanism comprises a rotating motor 21 fixed at the bottom of one end of the fixed ring plate 10 through a bolt and a second conical gear ring 23 welded on the outer wall of the circumference of the rotating drum 27, and the output shaft of the rotating motor 21 is keyed with a second driving conical tooth 22 meshed with the second conical gear ring 23.

When the invention is used: the heating wire 2 is started firstly, preheating treatment is carried out through the heating bottom plate 5, the heating area and the heat conducting area of the heating bottom plate 5 are increased through the semicircular strip-shaped groove 4 and the heat conducting fins 19 arranged on the heating bottom plate 5, the heating efficiency is improved, the dissolving of oil stains and the rapid mixing of a cleaning agent and water are accelerated, the cleaning and oil removing effects are improved, and the heat conducting rods 3 with two ends penetrating through the inner walls of two sides of the cleaning box 20 are utilized to integrally heat the cleaning box 20 to a certain extent, so that the heating effect is further improved; meanwhile, the stepping motor 14 is started to drive the wall plate 17 to rotate at a certain frequency through the mutual matching of the first driving conical tooth 15, the first conical tooth ring 8, the first annular groove and the first ball 9, so that the mixing of the cleaning agent is accelerated, and the cleaning efficiency is improved; after the cleaning, the telescopic cylinder 11 is started to push the bearing net cylinder 7 downwards until the cleaning liquid passes through the accessories, and meanwhile, the rotary motor 21 is started to drive the bearing net cylinder 7 and the stirring cylinder 13 to rotate oppositely through the mutual matching of the second driving conical tooth 22, the second conical tooth ring 23, the second annular groove and the second ball 26, so that the impact between the cleaning liquid and the accessories is improved, and the cleaning effect is further improved; after the cleaning is finished, the telescopic cylinder 11 is controlled to be pumped back, at the moment, the rotating motor 21 continues to drive the bearing net barrel 7 to rotate, and the water on the accessories is centrifugally dried.
