The physiological saline flows out from the front end port of the injection cavity 21 through the injection cavity 21, infiltrates the alveolar part, combines with germs, bacteria, tissue secretions and the like of the target tissue, flows back to the extraction cavity 22 from the front end port of the extraction cavity 22 under the action of negative pressure, and is recovered through the extraction joint 12.
Double-cavity tube
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, in the present embodiment, the other end of the double-lumen tube 2 (i.e., the front end of the double-lumen tube) is provided with a sealing head 4 for sealing two lumens, and the wall of the other end of the double-lumen tube 2 is provided with openings as ports, each lumen corresponds to a plurality of openings, as shown in fig. 5 to 9, an injection side opening 23 and a withdrawal side opening 24, the injection side opening 23 is communicated with the injection lumen 21, and the withdrawal side opening 24 is communicated with the withdrawal lumen 22. In this embodiment, the other end of the double lumen tube 2 is closed and a plurality of openings are formed in the tube wall to facilitate injection and extraction, so that the injection speed and the extraction speed can be increased as compared with the case where the tube end opening of the double lumen tube itself is used as a port.
As shown in fig. 5 to 9, the positions of the injection side aperture 23 and the extraction side aperture 24 may be designed in various ways. The openings of one of the channels are axially offset from the openings of the other channel in the direction of the double-lumen tube, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the injection side openings 23 and the extraction side openings 24 are axially offset, and the injection side openings 23 may be located away from the front end of the medical lavage tube (as shown in fig. 5) or close to the front end of the medical lavage tube (as shown in fig. 7) relative to the extraction side openings 24.
As all the openings of one of the channels are arranged in an offset manner in the axial direction of the double-lumen tube from all the openings of the other channel, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, all the injection side openings 23 and all the extraction side openings 24 are offset integrally in the axial direction.
The opening of one of the channels is opposite to the opening of the other channel in the axial direction of the double-lumen tube, and all the injection side openings 23 and all the extraction side openings 24 are opposite to each other in the axial direction as shown in fig. 6.
The size of each side opening can be consistent or inconsistent as required.
The two channels of the double lumen tube 2 in this embodiment may have a variety of configurations. According to actual use needs, a structure that two cavities are equally divided or a structure that one large cavity and one small cavity are adopted can be adopted. The two channels may be larger and smaller as shown in fig. 11-14. the two channels of the double lumen tube 2 have an infusion lumen 21 for infusion of fluid, which has a smaller cross-section than the withdrawal lumen 22 for withdrawal of fluid. The difference of the design of the large and small cavities mainly considers the difference of the filling and extracting speeds of the lavage liquid, thereby influencing the lavage process.
According to the application occasion, the outer diameter of the double-cavity tube 2 is 0.8-3.0 mm, and the length of the part entering the endoscope channel is 500-2000 mm. The injection chamber 21 and the extraction chamber 22 are dimensioned with suitable geometric design taking into account a safe and reliable non-yielding construction and a maximum volume. The sealing head 4 is a soft head which is generally conical, the diameter of the foremost end is 0.3-2.0 mm, and the length is 0.3-15 mm. The number of the injection side holes 23 and the extraction side holes 24 can be 1-20, and the number of the two side holes can be inconsistent as required. The length of the two side holes along the axial direction of the double-cavity tube 2 is 0.1-8 mm, the two side holes can be in the combination of one or more geometric shapes such as a circle, an ellipse, a triangle, a rectangle and the like, and the design needs to be compatible with the consideration of the enough structural strength of the liquid circulation pore channel and the tube which are as large as possible; the size of each side hole can be consistent or inconsistent according to the requirement. The connection between the double-cavity tube 2 and the sealing head 4 can adopt lap joint or butt joint in a hot melting mode, or integral injection molding connection or gluing connection.
Connecting piece
The connecting piece in the embodiment can have various structural forms, and only two pipe joints and two cavities are required to be communicated independently. As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the two pipe joints may be arranged in an angle, for example, the injection joint 11 and the extraction joint 12 are Y-shaped; the centre lines of the two pipe connections may be located on the same line, i.e. the injection connection 11 and the extraction connection 12 are straight, as shown in fig. 3. The injection connector 11 and the extraction connector 12 need to be compatible with other instruments, and may be medical luer connectors, quick-change connectors, pagoda connectors or the like in various shapes.
The connecting piece 1 and the double-cavity tube 2 can be connected by integral injection molding, gluing or hot melting.
In this embodiment both pipe joints have an extension pipe portion and a connector that are connected. In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 4, the two-lumen pipes can be connected in a sealing manner by connecting the two sections of pipes, so as to achieve corresponding communication between the two-lumen pipes, i.e., the injection connector 11 is connected to the extension pipe part 14, the extraction connector 12 is connected to the extension pipe part 15, and the lumens of the two extension pipe parts 14 and 15 with a single lumen structure are respectively communicated with the two lumens of the two-lumen pipe 2 inside the connecting member, but are not communicated with each other.

Lavage liquid in the alveolus flows into the lavage liquid recovery bottle 8 along the liquid inlet pipe 6 under the action of negative pressure, and falls into the bottom of the bottle under the action of gravity to be accumulated into lavage recovery liquid 9. The air portion flows to the negative pressure generator through the air outlet pipe 31 in the negative pressure direction. The inlet spigot 7 is deeper in the insertion position of the outlet spigot 10 into the lavage liquid recovery bottle 8 to ensure that the recovery liquid can fall completely to the bottom of the bottle without being carried into the outlet tube 31 by the negative pressure gas.
