Description

Closed bladder irrigation device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of urology surgery, in particular to a closed bladder irrigation device.
Background
Currently, bladder irrigation procedures are widely used in urology.
The bladder irrigation refers to that irrigation fluid or medicine is filled into the bladder by means of a three-cavity catheter, and then the filled liquid is drained out by utilizing the siphon principle, so that the purposes of flushing, diminishing inflammation, stopping bleeding and preventing blood clots in the bladder are achieved. Is an important treatment means after operation for certain bladder diseases (such as cystitis, bladder tumor, bladder stone), prostatic hyperplasia and other lower urinary tract diseases. Conventional bladder irrigation typically uses irrigation fluid, disposable bladder irrigation tubing (shoulder irrigation), drainage bags, syringes, gloves, drapes, and the like. When the user wears the gloves, the flushing liquid is firstly hung on the infusion support, the liquid level in the flushing liquid bottle is about 60-80cm away from the bed surface, and after the bladder flushing pipeline is exhausted, the liquid stopping clamps at the two pipe ends are closed and hung on the infusion support. Then the trousers are taken off to the knee of the patient, and a towel is placed at the lower end of the joint of the urethral catheter. After the catheter is clamped by the hemostatic clamp to the urine receiving bag end, the catheter is separated from the urine bag, and the drainage bag is connected with the yellow end of the washpipe. The middle cavity joint of the iodophor disinfection catheter is connected with the red end of the shoulder flushing pipe, all the liquid stopping clamps are opened, and the continuous bladder flushing is carried out. After some prostate operations and bladder operations, tissue bleeding enters the bladder, blood clots are formed in the bladder, and the condition that the catheter is blocked by the blood clots can occur, so that the connection between the middle cavity joint of the catheter and the shoulder washing tube needs to be disconnected, then a syringe or a negative pressure flushing and sucking device is connected, the blood clots are sucked out by utilizing negative pressure, and the connection between the catheter and the shoulder washing tube needs to be repeatedly disconnected, so that blood, urine, flushing fluid and the like can be leaked accidentally, and discomfort is brought to patients and nursing staff; also, blood and urine may contain pathogens, posing a risk of infection to patients and care givers.
In view of the problems, the designer actively makes research and innovation based on practical experience and professional knowledge which are abundant for years in engineering application of such products and by matching with the application of scholars, so that the closed bladder irrigation device is designed to be more comfortable and safer for patients and nursing staff, meanwhile, the operation flow of the nursing staff is greatly simplified, the time is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
