Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of processing of heating non-combustible tobacco products, in particular to a toughening agent for heating non-combustible reconstituted tobacco and the heating non-combustible reconstituted tobacco.
Background
A cigarette which is not burnt by heating is a novel tobacco product which is rapidly developed in recent years, and the cigarette is mainly characterized in that tobacco is heated by an external heat source instead of burning the tobacco, so that substances such as flavor components in the tobacco are released. Because the tobacco products do not participate in combustion, a large amount of harmful ingredients generated by pyrolysis are avoided, the harm to human bodies is reduced while the consumers obtain satisfaction, and the environmental pollution is reduced. According to research results, the harm of the aerosol generated by heating the non-combustible cigarette is reduced by more than 90% compared with the smoke of the traditional cigarette, and the nicotine level which is basically equal to that of the cigarette can be provided.
At present, the tobacco products which are not combusted by heating occupy a certain share of the tobacco product market, still keep the trend of strong development and have wide market space and economic value. Research institutions at home and abroad have carried out a great deal of research, wherein the preparation and optimization method of the cigarette core material is one of the key points of research. Regarding the relatively mature heating non-combustible tobacco products appearing on the market at present, the tobacco core section mainly comprises the tobacco leaves reconstituted by the thick paste method and the tobacco leaves reconstituted by the paper-making method, wherein the tobacco cores of the tobacco leaves reconstituted by the paper-making method are arranged in a disordered way, the tobacco cores of the tobacco leaves reconstituted by the thick paste method are arranged in an ordered way, and the tobacco cutting width of the tobacco cores of the tobacco leaves reconstituted by the thick paste method is wider. The reason for analyzing is that the reconstituted tobacco cores of the paper-making reconstituted tobacco adopt disordered arrangement and the reconstituted tobacco cores of the thick pulp reconstituted tobacco are wider in shredding width because the two reconstituted tobacco are poorer in toughness, easy to break during shredding and higher in shredding rate, and certain problems exist in one or more aspects of improving the product yield, controlling the product cost and guaranteeing the smoking quality and experience of the finished non-burning cigarette.
