Abstract
The invention discloses a dry bait conveying device based on cage culture and a control method thereof, wherein the dry bait conveying device comprises a mixed conveying part arranged on a culture ship, a receiving and processing part arranged on a culture platform, and a conveying hose connecting the mixed conveying part and the receiving and processing part; the mixing and conveying part comprises a conveying fan and a mixer, the conveying fan is connected to an air inlet of the mixer, the mixer is provided with a feed chute for feeding dry baits, and a discharge port of the mixer is connected to a discharge flange of the cultivation worker ship; the receiving and processing part comprises a storage bin, and the storage bin is connected to a feeding flange of the culture platform through a feeding conveying pipe. The invention uses the conveying fan as bait conveying power to convey the bait to the culture platform, thereby improving the bait conveying efficiency and reducing the labor intensity and safety risk of workers; the dry bait storage bin uses an air inlet valve, an air outlet valve and a drying device, so that the drying of the bait is ensured, and the quality guarantee period of the bait is prolonged.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a conveying device and a control method thereof, in particular to a dry bait conveying device based on cage culture and a control method thereof.
Background
The shellfish culture usually adopts net cage culture, and the modern shellfish culture adopts a culture platform. In the mariculture management of cage culture of shellfish, the operation of transporting bait to a culture platform by a culture ship is an important working link.
The construction and application of the large-scale deep and open sea culture platform require bait storage on the culture platform, and meet the requirement of bait feeding within a certain period. Therefore, the transfer and dump of the dry bait from the cultivation worker ship to the cultivation platform are needed.
The conventional method is completely completed by manual operation, and the dry bait is sampled, bagged and transported on a breeding worker ship in a basket-loading mode. The operation process comprises the following steps:
workers lift the bait basket to the side of the ship on the cultivation worker ship; on the culture platform, a worker pulls the bait basket from the side of the culture worker ship to the culture platform, and other workers on the culture platform lift the bait basket to unload the bait and then bring the bait basket back; workers on the platform place the empty bait baskets at the edge of the culture platform; workers on the farmer ship pull the empty bait baskets onto the farmer ship. This process, can use mechanical hoist and mount to transport the bait basket to reduce intensity of labour and reduce the manual work. The operation engineering has requirements on wind waves, and the operation cannot be carried out when the wind waves are large.
The traditional bait feeding mode, no matter whether a mechanical device is used or not, has the following disadvantages:
1. the labor intensity of the cultivation workers is high;

The invention provides a dry bait conveying device based on cage culture, which comprises a mixed conveying part arranged on a culture ship, a receiving and processing part arranged on a culture platform and a conveying hose connecting the mixed conveying part and the receiving and processing part, wherein the mixed conveying part is arranged on the culture ship; the mixing and conveying part comprises a conveying fan and a mixer, the conveying fan is connected to an air inlet of the mixer, the mixer is provided with a feed chute for feeding dry baits, and a discharge port of the mixer is connected to a discharge flange of the cultivation worker ship; the receiving and processing part comprises a storage bin, and the storage bin is connected to a feeding flange of the culture platform through a feeding conveying pipe; the material conveying hose is connected with the discharging flange plate and the feeding flange plate.
Further, the storage bin is closed container, the storage bin is equipped with admission valve and air outlet valve, the storage bin is connected to the feeding conveyer pipe through the admission valve, the storage bin is connected to the dust bag through the air outlet valve via the blast pipe.
Further, an air inlet dryer is arranged at an air inlet of the conveying fan, and the air inlet dryer provides dry air for the conveying fan; the feed chute department of blender is equipped with the broken ware of tearing open of bait bag, the broken ware of tearing open of bait bag is scratched the wrapping bag of bait for bait falls into the feed chute under the effect of gravity.
Further, the storage bin is provided with a bait dryer.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is to provide a control method of a dry bait conveying device based on cage culture, which comprises the following steps: s1: connecting a material conveying hose before conveying; s2: starting an air inlet dryer to finish feeding preparation; s3: starting a conveying fan, starting the bait bag breaking-in device, and simultaneously starting an air inlet valve and an air outlet valve of the storage bin; s4: the bagged bait is placed in a bait bag breaking-in device, the bait bag breaking-in device breaks the packaging bag of the bait, and the bait falls into a feeding chute under the action of gravity; s5: after entering the mixer through the feed chute, the bait enters the bait storage bin along the feed conveying pipeline under the action of the wind power of the conveying fan through the feed pipeline; s6: the redundant air after the transportation is finished is discharged after the dust removal of the dust removal bag through the exhaust pipe; s7: repeating the steps S4-S6 until all baits are delivered to the storage bin; s8: closing the bait bag breaking-in device and the conveying fan, closing the air inlet valve and the air outlet valve, and closing the air inlet dryer; starting a bait dryer to finish bait conveying; s9: and (4) removing the delivery hose.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention provides a dry bait conveying device based on cage culture and a control method thereof.A conveying fan is used as bait conveying power, a conveying hose is used as a transfer tool, air is used as a conveying medium, and the bait is conveyed to a culture platform; in the process of conveying operation, no manual operation is needed on the culture platform, so that the safety risk of workers on the culture platform is reduced while the bait conveying efficiency is improved; the dry bait storage bin realizes space sealing and moisture prevention by using the air inlet valve and the air outlet valve, and meanwhile, the drying device realizes the drying of the baits in the storage bin; the application of the air valve and the drying device prolongs the shelf life of the bulk baits on the culture platform compared with the shelf life of the traditional storage method (the bagged baits are stacked and stored).

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a dry bait conveying device based on cage culture in the embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the dry bait feeding device for cage culture according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a mixing and conveying part disposed on a culture ship 100, a receiving and processing part disposed on a culture platform 200, and a feeding hose 7 connecting the mixing and conveying part and the receiving and processing part; the mixing and conveying part comprises a conveying fan 1 and a mixer 2, the conveying fan 1 is connected to an air inlet of the mixer 2, the mixer 2 is provided with a feed chute 3 for feeding dry baits, and a discharge hole of the mixer 2 is connected to a discharge flange 6 of the cultivation ship 100; the receiving and processing part comprises a storage bin 13, and the storage bin 13 is connected to a feeding flange plate 10 of the culture platform 200 through a feeding conveying pipe 11; and the material conveying hose 7 is connected with the discharging flange 6 and the feeding flange 10.
Specifically, in the dry bait conveying device based on cage culture according to the embodiment of the invention, the storage bin 13 is a closed container, the storage bin 13 is provided with an air inlet valve 12 and an air outlet valve 14, the storage bin 13 is connected to the feeding conveying pipe 11 through the air inlet valve 12, and the storage bin 13 is connected to the dust removal bag 16 through the air outlet valve 14 and the exhaust pipe 15.
Specifically, in the dry bait conveying device based on cage culture according to the embodiment of the invention, the air inlet of the conveying fan 1 is provided with the air inlet dryer 5, and the air inlet dryer 5 provides dry air for the conveying fan 1; the feed chute 3 department of blender 2 is equipped with the broken ware 4 of tearing open of bait pocket, the broken wrapping bag of tearing open bait pocket ware 4 with bait is torn for bait falls into feed chute 3 under the effect of gravity.

s4: the bagged bait is placed in a bait bag breaking-in device, the bait bag breaking-in device breaks the packaging bag of the bait, and the bait falls into a feeding chute under the action of gravity;
s5: after entering the mixer through the feed chute, the bait enters the bait storage bin along the feed conveying pipeline under the action of the wind power of the conveying fan through the feed pipeline;
s6: the redundant air after the transportation is finished is discharged after the dust removal of the dust removal bag through the exhaust pipe;
s7: repeating the steps S4-S6 until all baits are delivered to the storage bin;

In summary, in the dry bait conveying device based on cage culture and the control method thereof according to the embodiment of the invention, the conveying fan 1 is used as the bait conveying power, the conveying hose 7 is used as the transfer tool, and air is used as the conveying medium to convey the bait to the culture platform 200; during the conveying operation, no manual operation is needed on the culture platform 200, so that the safety risk of workers of the culture platform 200 is reduced while the bait conveying efficiency is improved; the dry bait storage bin 13 realizes space sealing and moisture prevention by using the air inlet valve 12 and the air outlet valve 13, and simultaneously realizes the drying of the baits in the dry bait storage bin 13 by using a drying device; the application of the air valve and the drying device prolongs the shelf life of the bulk baits on the culture platform 200 compared with the shelf life of the traditional storage method (the bagged baits are stacked and stored).

Claims (8)
1. A dry bait conveying device based on cage culture is characterized by comprising a mixed conveying part arranged on a culture ship, a receiving and processing part arranged on a culture platform, and a conveying hose connecting the mixed conveying part and the receiving and processing part; the mixing and conveying part comprises a conveying fan and a mixer, the conveying fan is connected to an air inlet of the mixer, the mixer is provided with a feed chute for feeding dry baits, and a discharge port of the mixer is connected to a discharge flange of the cultivation worker ship; the receiving and processing part comprises a storage bin, and the storage bin is connected to a feeding flange of the culture platform through a feeding conveying pipe; the material conveying hose is connected with the discharging flange plate and the feeding flange plate.

The dry bait feeding device based on the cage culture of claim 1, wherein the storage bin is a closed container and is provided with an air inlet valve and an air outlet valve, the storage bin is connected to the feeding conveying pipe through the air inlet valve, and the storage bin is connected to the dust removal bag through the air outlet valve and the exhaust pipe.
