Description

Hospital medicine dispensing management method, server, client, dispensing device and system Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medicine management information systems, in particular to a hospital medicine dispensing management method, a server, a client, a dispensing device and a system.
Background
The management of medicines in wards, especially the management of high-risk medicines, is a long-standing problem. The national regulations for the administration of narcotics are relatively complex, the drugs are stored in a pharmacy vault for unified management, and a complex auditing program is required for dispensing the drugs. At present, the method for managing the medicines of inpatients in domestic hospitals generally adopts a mode of central pharmacy centralized examination, approval and issuing. The doctor orders the medical advice to upload to the hospital information management system, and the pharmacy pharmacist approves the medical advice and prepares the medicine, and then the nurse sends the medicine to the ward in a centralized manner. Compared with the prior paper office system, the process improves certain efficiency, but still has many disadvantages: firstly, the examination and the taking of pharmacists depend on the pharmacist on duty, and when the non-working time needs the medicine, the conditions of insufficient manpower and time delay can occur. Secondly, the medicine delivery from the pharmacy to the ward depends on manual medicine delivery by nursing staff, when the medicine room is far away from the ward or the medicine delivery peak is generated, a long time delay is generated, and the optimal time window for treatment is often missed due to sub-procedures clinically. Thirdly, cold storage and freezing of the medicine require a whole cold chain, and the quality of the medicine can be influenced through a secondary complicated procedure. For the existing medicines in the existing matching type, most hospitals adopt a mode of being matched and then uniformly issued by a medicine matching center, and long time is spent from mixing liquid medicine to inputting the liquid medicine into a patient, so that the quality and the treatment effect of the medicines are influenced. And fourthly, for high-risk medicines such as poison and limit of anesthesia, the management is strict and tedious, the medicine preparation in departments is strictly limited, and the condition that the medicines are insufficient during rescue in the wards often occurs. Fifthly, the medicine delivery efficiency is maintained, the quick delivery of the first-aid medicine is ensured, a large number of medicine delivery personnel need to be hired, and the operation cost of the hospital is increased.
To deal with these problems, some automated solutions are offered at home and abroad, mainly based on pop-up drawers and compartments with rights-authenticating locks set in departments. The following defects are still existed: the intelligent degree is low, the intelligent system is not linked with an internal management system, or the problem of examining and checking by pharmacists is not solved, the policy is more rampant, and the implementation is difficult. And secondly, the same medicine is stored in a drawer, or the design that one unit of medicine occupies one compartment is adopted. The former can not measure the quantity of the medicine to be taken, and the latter has extremely complex mechanical structure, limited medicine storage quantity, complex operation of replenishment and counting and depends on manual operation.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and more obvious, the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a hospital medication dispensing management method according to the present embodiment; the method is managed by a server 200, a client 300 and a medical supply dispensing device 400, wherein the medical supply dispensing device 400 is used for storing and dispensing medical supplies and comprises a cabinet body, a prefabricated grid frame in the cabinet body, a refrigerating device and the like, and the method comprises the following steps:
s1, the client 300 sends the prescription information edited by the doctor to the server 200 through the network by the prescription editing module 310;
s2, the client 300 prescription auditing module 320 reads the doctor prescription information from the server 200 through the network for auditing, and transmits the auditing information to the server 200 through the network;
s3, the message pushing module 220 of the server 200 further forms a medicine delivery reminding message according to the information sent by the client 300 and the medical supplies dispensing device 400;
s4, the client message reminding module 330 receives the reminding message sent by the server 200 to send the medication to the medical supply dispensing device 400;
s5, the medical product dispensing device 400 obtains the user identifier through the user identification unit 420 and transmits the user identifier to the server 200, the server 200 verifies the validity of the user according to the user identifier and transmits the user identifier back to the medical product dispensing device 400, and the medical product dispensing device 400 opens the cabinet door through the access control unit 440 according to the verification result of the server 200;
s6, for the effective user, after registering the medicine delivery, the medicine delivery person sends the medicine delivery information to the server 200 through the network and stores the information in the database; after the medical staff registers to take the medicine, the medicine taking information is sent to the server 200 through the network and stored in the database.
In the method provided by this embodiment, through the coordination between the server 200, the client 300 and the medical supply dispensing device 400, the medicine delivery and the medicine taking are relatively independent, the medicine delivery process is simplified, and the beneficial effect of improving the operation efficiency of the hospital medicine management system is obtained.
Optionally, in step S6, the step of registering drug delivery and drug fetching is that the server 200 sends a user identifier according to the medical supply dispensing device 400, and after determining that the user identifier is a valid user, further queries staff information to determine staff category; judging according to the personnel category information, and if the personnel category is medical personnel, judging that the medical personnel is registered for taking medicine; if the person category is a medicine delivery person, it is determined that the medicine delivery is registered.
Alternatively, in step S6, the registration and drug fetching may be performed by scanning the medical product code registration through the camera unit 430 of the medical product dispensing device 400 or by checking the medical product through the touch screen of the medical product dispensing device; the registered drug delivery may be registered by scanning the medical product code through the camera unit 430 of the medical product dispensing apparatus 400 or by checking the medical product through the touch screen of the medical product dispensing apparatus 400.
Optionally, in step S6, after the medical staff identifies the medical supply dispensing device 400 by the user, the medical staff may scan the prescription code, obtain the medical supply information of the corresponding prescription through the server, display the medical supply information on the touch screen of the medical supply dispensing device 400, and register to take a medicine according to the medical supply information of the prescription; after the user of the medical article dispensing device 400 identifies the drug delivery person, the prescription code may be scanned first, the server obtains the medical article information of the corresponding prescription, the medical article information is displayed on the touch screen of the medical article dispensing device 400, and the drug delivery person registers the drug delivery according to the medical article information of the prescription.
Optionally, in step S6, the code scanning recognition module 260 of the server 200 recognizes the code scanning information sent by the medical product dispensing apparatus 400, and if the code is a prescription code, the server sends the prescription code information to the prescription information management module 210, and after the information of the prescription medical product is obtained, the information is sent to the medical product dispensing apparatus 400 for the user to select; if the medical supply code is the medical supply code, the medical supply code is sent to the message pushing module 220, and the medical supply information and the inventory number are sent to the medical supply dispensing device 400.
Optionally, in step S6, the client prescription code management module 340 queries prescription information from the server 200, generates a two-dimensional code according to the prescription code, and provides printing and screen display of the prescription two-dimensional code.
The scan of the medicine product code or the scan of the prescription code is a two-dimensional code or a bar code formed on the package of the medicine product or according to the prescription number, in this embodiment, the two-dimensional code or the bar code includes the unique identifier of the medicine product or the prescription by using the existing two-dimensional code or bar code technology, the unique number of the medicine product or the prescription is obtained by scanning the code, and the related information of the medicine product or the prescription can be inquired in the server 200. In the embodiment, the practicability is further improved by the method of scanning the medicine product codes or selecting the medicine product codes after scanning the prescription codes, the method can be compatible with the condition that the medicine product codes are incomplete, and the method can also adapt to the application scene with strict prescription management and control.
The present embodiment identifies the person information by the user identification unit 420, and identifies the medical product information by scanning the medical product code.
According to the conventional method, the selection button for delivering or taking medicine can be added to the medical article dispensing apparatus 400 to distinguish between delivery and taking medicine, which is advantageous for the hospital administrator to flexibly and autonomously select and take medicine, but the disadvantage is that the mechanism of the medical article dispensing apparatus 400 is added, and the operation error is easy to occur, and the wrong button pressing results in the disorder of the stock. The server 200 is used for performing identity authentication, and whether the medicine is delivered or taken is judged according to the personnel category, so that the application of the system conforms to the standardized management in the hospital, and the software mode simplifies the hardware architecture design of the medical supply dispensing device 400 and is more intelligent. Whether the medicine is delivered (stored) or taken (delivered) is judged according to the personnel category (identity), and the inventory quantity of the medical supplies in the medical supply dispensing device 400 can be calculated very simply and conveniently by using the record of the delivery (storage) and the storage.
Alternatively, in step S3, the server 200 inventory calculating module 250 calculates the inventory quantity of the medical supplies in the medical supply dispensing apparatus according to the medicine fetching information and the medicine delivery information.
The server 200 triggers dynamic calculation of the inventory quantity of the medical supplies of the current medical supply dispensing apparatus 400 according to the drug taking and delivering events of each medical supply dispensing apparatus 400, and pushes the medical supplies to the current medical supply dispensing apparatus 400 in real time. The problem of disordered inventory of the conventional medical supply issuing device 400 is further effectively avoided by the prior standardization of judging the warehouse-in and warehouse-out according to the personnel category and the real-time dynamic calculation of the medical supply inventory by the server 200.
Optionally, in step S3, the server 200 message pushing module 220 calculates and analyzes the medical supplies and quantities of the prescription information or the inventory quantity and/or dosage of the medical supplies of the medical supply dispensing device 400 to form a medicine delivery reminding message.
According to a conventional method, the server 200 can send a medicine delivery reminding message after receiving prescription information every time, and although the method is timely, the method can cause frequent medicine delivery of medicine delivery personnel, and the work efficiency is not high. Alternatively, the two are compared, and the number of prescription medical supplies is compared with the stock number of the medical supply dispensing apparatus 400, so as to determine whether to push the reminding message, but both have the problem of frequent message sending. Therefore, the relatively optimized method can judge whether to send the medicine delivery reminding message according to the inventory quantity of the medical supplies in the medical supply dispensing device and the set inventory lower limit threshold besides adding the new medical supplies. In this embodiment, after the prescription information passes the audit each time, the inventory calculation of the medical supply dispensing device 400 is also triggered, mainly to solve the problem that the inventory of the newly added medical supplies is 0.
Alternatively, in step S3, the server 200 calculates the average daily usage of the medical supplies and compares the average daily usage with the current inventory number of the medical supplies according to the history of the medication taking in the medical supply dispensing device 400, and if the average daily usage is less than or equal to the average daily usage, sends a medication delivery reminding message to the registered client 300. To remind the pharmacy staff that the medical product of the type should be stored in the medical product dispensing apparatus 400.
Compared with the method for setting the inventory lower limit threshold value, the method is more intelligent, and of course, the method also has the defect that the medicine delivery reminding message can be frequently sent for the inactivated medicine. In this embodiment, the inventory calculation is triggered by the delivery or withdrawal of a drug, so a new inventory calculation is not triggered for a drug that is not being used. But to effectively avoid sending the drug delivery reminding message frequently. As a further improvement, the present embodiment may adopt the following method: and setting the maximum reminding times for the medicine delivery reminding message of a certain medical product, and if the reminding times are exceeded and the stock quantity is not increased, not sending the medicine delivery reminding message any more. For the newly added medical supplies, the historical stock record is 0, and no record of taking and sending medicine is recorded, and after the prescription information passes the audit each time, stock calculation of the medical supply issuing device 400 is also triggered; if the inventory number is 0, sending a medicine delivery reminding message; if the inventory quantity is not 0, the medicine sending reminding message is not processed, and the inventory calculation triggered after the medicine taking and sending is waited to send the medicine.
Alternatively, in step S5, the user identification unit 420 of the medical supply dispensing device 400 acquires the user identifier by using RFID, fingerprint or IC card.
The prior art provides various user identification technologies, such as RFID, fingerprint or IC card, which have advantages and disadvantages, and the medical product dispensing device 400 of the present embodiment may adopt various verification technologies according to actual situations. In this embodiment, server 200 is used for identification and determined as taking medicine or delivering medicine, so to the administrator of pharmacy department, there may be medical product maintenance, need to deliver medicine, also need to take medicine, and to the same person, if it is a fingerprint mode, fingerprint IDs formed by different fingers can be set as different identities, and this embodiment can define 3 different identities, including: medical personnel, send medicine personnel and maintainer, medical personnel and maintainer get it filled, and send medicine personnel to send the medicine.
Optionally, after the medical staff takes the medicine, the medicine taking condition of the patient is registered by the medicine taking registration module 340 of the client 300, and is sent to the server to be stored in the database.
Medical personnel can register the medication condition through a PC client, and can also register the medication condition of a patient through scanning a patient label by an intelligent terminal. The patient information and the medication information associated with the prescription information form an effective "closed loop", and the prescription → the patient → the medical supplies → the prescription, and the server 200 can count the actual medication condition of each prescription in association with the medication registration information of the patient. In some specific cases, the medicine is not taken according to the prescription in advance, and the medicine can be taken and then recorded again.
As shown in fig. 2, a hospital medication dispensing management server 200 includes:
the prescription information management module 210 is configured to receive, store, and read prescription information sent by the client 300, and manage an audit state of the prescription information;
the message pushing module 220 is configured to further form a drug delivery reminding message according to the information sent by the client 300 and the medical supply dispensing device 400, and send the drug delivery reminding message to the registered client 300;
the identity verification module 230 is configured to verify the validity of the user according to the user identifier sent by the medical product dispensing apparatus 400 and transmit the validity of the user back to the medical product dispensing apparatus 400;
the drug delivery and fetching information management module 240 is configured to receive, store, and read the drug delivery and fetching information sent by the medical supply dispensing device 400.
The basic idea of this embodiment is to concentrate the main functions on the server side for processing, and simplify the functions of the client side and the medical product dispensing device as much as possible, so as to reduce the cost and improve the usability. The server 200 described in this embodiment may be deployed in the cloud independently, or may be integrated into the HIS system of the existing hospital.
Optionally, the server 200 further includes: the inventory calculating module 250 is configured to calculate the inventory quantity of the pharmaceutical products in the pharmaceutical product dispensing device 400 according to the medicine fetching information and the medicine delivering information sent by the pharmaceutical product dispensing device 400.
Optionally, the message pushing module 220 calculates and analyzes the medical supplies and the quantity of the prescription information or the inventory quantity and/or the dosage of the medical supplies of the medical supply dispensing device 400 to form a medicine delivery reminding message;
