In another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a ticket checking device for a station, including: the system comprises an inbound record query module, a bus access control module and an outbound bus access control module, wherein the inbound record query module is used for controlling an outbound station gate to read a riding card of a passenger when receiving outbound request information of the passenger so as to determine whether the inbound record information exists; wherein, the entering record information is determined according to the ticket checking device of the station; the train number matching processing module is used for judging whether the passenger takes the current ticket checking train number or not if the boarding card of the passenger stores the inbound record information; the ticket amount determining module is used for determining a first ticket amount according to the current ticket checking number, the station entering the station and the station leaving the station if the matching result of the number matching processing module is positive; the ticket amount deduction module is used for deducting the first ticket amount from the pre-deducted amount in the passenger card; the outbound information storage and recording module is used for storing the outbound record information of the passenger and writing the first outbound record information into a riding card of the passenger; wherein the outbound record information comprises the outbound station; and the exit gate control module is used for controlling the exit station gate to release the passengers to exit.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme at least has the following beneficial effects:
according to the station ticket checking method provided by the embodiment of the invention, in the entering process, when a passenger swipes a card on a gate of an entering station (namely, sends entering request information), a ticket checking system controls the gate of the entering station to read a passenger's riding card, judges whether the passenger meets riding conditions, and if the passenger meets the conditions, seat information is distributed to the passenger according to the seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number; and further storing the arrival record information (including the arrival station) of the passenger, writing the arrival record information into a riding card of the passenger, and finally controlling the arrival station gate to release the passenger to enter the station.
In the process of allocating seat information to the passenger, whether the current balance in the passenger card of the passenger meets the pre-deduction amount or not needs to be judged, and if yes, a pre-deduction amount authorization request is applied to the passenger card of the passenger; after authorization, the pre-deducted amount can be frozen from the current balance for deducting the amount of the ticket when the subsequent passenger leaves the station.
Therefore, the passengers do not need to purchase tickets in advance in the whole inbound process, and the passengers can only carry the bus cards to the inbound stations corresponding to the train number needing to be taken, and then can swipe the cards to enter the station. The ticket checking system automatically allocates a seat to the passenger (needing to meet the riding conditions) according to the seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number, and stores and writes the inbound record information into the riding card of the passenger.
Further, after the seats are distributed to the passengers, if the number of the remaining seats tickets of the current ticket checking train is less than the minimum number of the remaining seats tickets, the remaining seats tickets are requested to be downloaded from the passenger ticket system, and the remaining seats tickets of the current ticket checking train are updated after the feedback information is received. Thus realizing the seat dynamic download function between the ticket checking system and the passenger ticket system.
In the process of leaving the station, when a passenger swipes a card on a gate of the station (namely, sends out the information of a request for leaving the station), a ticket checking system reads a riding card of the passenger, firstly, whether the riding card has the information of entering the station or not is determined, and if so, whether the passenger takes the current ticket checking number is further determined; if so, determining the amount of the ticket according to the current ticket checking number, the station entering the station and the station leaving the station, then deducting the amount of the ticket from the pre-deducted amount in the bus card, further storing the leaving record information (including the station leaving the station) of the passenger, writing the leaving record information into the bus card of the passenger, and finally controlling a gate of the station leaving the station to release the passenger for leaving the station.
Furthermore, considering that one outbound station can simultaneously carry out outbound ticket checking on a plurality of bus numbers, if the passenger takes a ticket not the current ticket checking bus number, the ticket checking system matches other ticket checking bus numbers of the outbound station again according to the inbound station and the outbound station in the inbound record information; and after the matching is successful, determining the sum of the tickets according to other successfully matched ticket checking train numbers, the station of entering the station and the station of leaving the station. Therefore, the outbound ticket checking process of the ticket checking system is more intelligent, and passengers have better trip experience.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
For better understanding of the technical solutions of the present invention, the following detailed descriptions of the embodiments of the present invention are provided with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a specific embodiment of a ticket checking method for a station provided in an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the ticket checking method includes:
step 101, when arrival request information of a passenger is received, reading a riding card of the passenger to determine whether the passenger meets riding conditions;
step 102, determining seat information distributed to passengers according to the seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number if the riding conditions are met;
103, storing the arrival record information of the passenger and writing the arrival record information into a riding card of the passenger; wherein the inbound recording information comprises inbound stations;
and step 104, controlling the station gate of the station to let the passengers enter the station.
It should be noted that, in the ticket checking method for a station described in this embodiment, an execution subject of each step is a ticket checking system. The ticket checking method for the station in the embodiment is a ticket checking process when a passenger enters the station.
When the passenger arrives at the station of the station to be taken with the bus card, the card can be swiped on the gate of the station. The bus card is a financial card (such as a medium-iron-silver card or a railway e-card) pushed by a railway system, is an IC card, can record the inbound record information and the outbound record information of passengers all the time, and has a payment function. Passengers can enter and exit by swiping a card or scanning a code (if a two-dimensional code is arranged on the card by bus).
When the arrival request information of the passenger is received, the passenger's riding card is read to determine whether the passenger meets riding conditions or not, as shown in step 101.
When a passenger swipes a card (namely, a bus card) on a gate of an inbound station, inbound request information is sent to a ticket checking system. When the ticket checking system receives the arrival request information, the passenger's riding card can be read to determine whether the passenger meets the riding conditions.
Specifically, whether the passenger has an abnormal riding record is judged by reading the historical inbound record information and outbound record information stored in the riding card of the passenger, and if the passenger does not have the abnormal riding record, the passenger is confirmed to be in accordance with riding conditions. And otherwise, if the abnormal riding record exists, prompting the abnormal condition of the passenger through a display screen on the gate of the station.
In step 102, if the riding conditions are met, determining seat information allocated to the passenger according to the seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number.
In this embodiment, this step includes:
step 1021, reading the current balance in the riding card of the passenger;
step 1022, if the current balance meets the pre-deduction amount, applying for a pre-deduction amount authorization request to the passenger's riding card;
and 1023, when feedback information agreeing to the withholding amount authorization request is received, determining seat information distributed to the passenger according to the seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number, and freezing the withholding amount from the current remaining amount.
Specifically, after the passenger is determined to be in accordance with the riding conditions, the seat of the current ticket checking train number needs to be reserved for the passenger, and in order to ensure that the payment of the amount of the ticket can be completed when the passenger leaves the station, the current balance in the riding card of the passenger is read first, and whether the current balance meets the pre-deducted amount is judged. The pre-deduction amount can be preset by the ticket checking system, for example, the highest fare of the current ticket checking train number can be set as the pre-deduction amount, so that the current balance enough for paying the fare is ensured even if the passenger takes the current ticket checking train number in the whole process.
And if the current balance meets the pre-deduction amount, applying for a pre-deduction amount authorization request to a riding card of the passenger, and when receiving feedback information agreeing to the pre-deduction amount authorization request, determining seat information distributed to the passenger according to the seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number, and freezing the pre-deduction amount from the current balance. Further, the ticket checking system can send seat information distributed to the passenger to the mobile phone of the passenger, wherein the seat information at least comprises the seat number, departure time and the like of the current ticket checking train number.
And if the current balance is less than the pre-deducted amount, prompting the passenger that the current balance is insufficient. In this case, for example, the passenger may be assigned the seat of the current ticket-checking pass and the current balance is frozen, and the passenger is prompted to replenish the ticket amount when the passenger is out of the station. For example, instead of assigning the seat of the current ticket checking order to the passenger, the seat of the current ticket checking order may be assigned to the passenger when the passenger finishes charging the riding card (and the current balance satisfies the pre-deducted amount). In practical applications, the ticket checking system may determine a specific processing manner according to a set ticket checking rule, which is not limited herein.
Storing the arrival record information of the passenger and writing the arrival record information into a riding card of the passenger as shown in step 103; wherein, the inbound recording information comprises inbound stations.
Specifically, after seat information of the current ticket checking train number is distributed to passengers, the ticket checking system stores the arrival record information of the passengers to a background service system. In the background service system, the arrival record information of the passenger can be stored in the data record corresponding to the identification information according to the identification Information (ID) of the riding card of the passenger. Further, the ticket checking system writes the inbound record information into the passenger's riding card through the NFC function of the card swiping device on the inbound station gate.
The ticket checking system controls an inbound station gate to let the passenger enter the station as described in step 104.
Further, in the above embodiment, after the step 102 is executed, the following steps are further included:
1) determining whether the number of the seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number is less than the minimum number of the remaining tickets;
2) if yes, sending request information for downloading the seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number to a passenger ticket system;
3) updating the seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number based on the feedback information of the passenger ticket system; and the feedback information comprises the added seats of the current ticket checking train number.
It should be noted that, in order to realize passenger free ticket-buying riding, the railway seat management department pre-allocates a certain number of seats to the ticket checking system in advance, and the ticket checking system downloads the seats of the station under its own management in advance. The inventor considers that in order to ensure that the seats in the ticket checking system have enough surplus tickets, a dynamic regulation mechanism between the ticket checking system and the passenger ticket system needs to be established.
Specifically, after the ticket checking system distributes seat information of the current ticket checking train number to the passenger, whether the number of seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number is smaller than the minimum number of remaining tickets is determined. The minimum remaining ticket number can be preset by the ticket checking system according to an actual application scenario, for example, the minimum remaining ticket number is set to be 10 remaining tickets.
And when the number of the seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number is smaller than the minimum remaining ticket number, the ticket checking system sends request information for downloading the seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number to a passenger ticket system. The request information at least comprises request information for requesting the passenger ticket system to add seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number. And then, after receiving the request information, the passenger ticket system distributes the seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number to the ticket checking system. And the ticket checking system updates the seat remaining tickets of the current ticket checking train number based on the feedback information of the passenger ticket system, wherein the feedback information comprises the added seats of the current ticket checking train number. The specific number of seats can be increased by the ticket checking system, or the specific number of seats can be automatically determined by the ticket checking system, which is not limited herein.
Further, after the ticket checking of the current ticket checking train number is finished, if the seat surplus tickets of the current ticket checking train number still exist, returning the seat surplus tickets of the current ticket checking train number to the ticket system or sharing the seat surplus tickets of the current ticket checking train number to other station entering the current ticket checking train number. Therefore, the utilization rate of seats downloaded by the ticket checking system can be improved to the maximum extent.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another specific embodiment of the ticket checking method for a station according to the embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, the ticket checking method for the station includes:
step 201, when receiving the outbound request information of a passenger, reading a riding card of the passenger to determine whether the inbound record information exists; wherein, the entering record information is determined according to the ticket checking method of the station;
step 202, if the boarding card of the passenger stores the arrival record information, judging whether the passenger is the passenger taking the current ticket checking train number;
step 203, if yes, determining the amount of a first ticket according to the current ticket checking train number, the station of entering the station and the station of leaving the station;
step 204, deducting the first ticket amount from the pre-deducted amount in the passenger's riding card;
step 205, storing the outbound record information of the passenger and writing the first outbound record information into the riding card of the passenger; wherein the outbound record information comprises the outbound station;
and step 206, controlling the station gate for the exit to let the passengers exit.
It should be noted that, in the ticket checking method for a station described in this embodiment, an execution subject of each step is a ticket checking system. The ticket checking method for the station described in this embodiment is a ticket checking process when a passenger leaves the station, and the passenger enters the station according to the ticket checking method for the station described in fig. 1.
When the passenger with the bus card arrives at the station of the current bus, the bus card can be swiped on the gate of the station.
When receiving the outbound request information of a passenger, reading a riding card of the passenger to determine whether there is inbound record information or not as in step 201; wherein, the entering record information is determined according to the ticket checking method of the station.
When a passenger swipes a card (namely, a bus card) on a gate of an outbound station, outbound request information is sent to a ticket checking system. When the ticket checking system receives the outbound request information, the passenger card can be read, and whether the passenger card has the inbound record information or not can be determined.
It should be noted that, since the gate of one outbound station may simultaneously perform outbound ticket checking on passengers of multiple train numbers when going out, in this step, when the ticket checking system reads the passenger's riding card, it is only necessary to determine whether there is inbound record information on the riding card, and it is not necessary to determine whether the inbound record information is the inbound record information of the current ticket checking train number.
If the boarding card of the passenger stores the inbound record information, then it is determined whether the passenger is the passenger who takes the current ticket checking order, as in step 202.
In this embodiment, this step includes:
step 2021, determining whether the inbound station and the outbound station in the inbound record information both belong to the station where the current ticket checking train passes.
Step 2022, if the judgment result is yes, determining that the passenger is the passenger taking the current ticket checking train number; and if the judgment result is negative, determining that the passenger is not the passenger taking the current ticket checking train number.
Specifically, the ticket checking system judges whether the passenger is the passenger taking the current ticket checking train number according to the station of the entering station recorded in the entering record information and whether the current station of the leaving station belongs to the station where the current ticket checking train number is located.
In practical application, usually, the current outbound station is definitely the station where the current ticket checking bus is routed, and it is only necessary to mainly judge whether the inbound station recorded in the inbound record information is the station where the current ticket checking bus is routed. And if the two are stations where the current ticket checking train number is located, determining that the passenger is the passenger taking the current ticket checking train number. On the contrary, if the station of the entering station recorded in the recording information is not the station where the current ticket checking train number is located, the passenger is determined not to be the passenger taking the current ticket checking train number.
If yes, determining a first ticket amount according to the current ticket checking train number, the station entering the station and the station leaving the station, in step 203.
According to the judgment result in the step 202, if the passenger is the passenger taking the current ticket checking train number, the ticket checking system determines the first ticket amount according to the current ticket checking train number, the station of entering the station and the station of leaving the station. In practical application, the background service system of the ticket checking system can set and calculate the amount of money of the tickets between any two stations (an inbound station and an outbound station) of a certain train number, and the specific calculation process and the amount setting are set by the ticket checking system, which is not limited herein.
The first ticket amount is deducted from the amount of the rebate in the passenger's card, as in step 204.
Specifically, the ticket checking system deducts the first ticket amount from the pre-deducted amount in the passenger's riding card through the NFC function of the card swiping device on the outbound gate. Further, the ticket checking system unfreezes the balance (if any) after the first ticket amount is deducted from the frozen pre-deducted amount.
As shown in step 205, the outbound record information of the passenger is stored and the first outbound record information is written into the riding card of the passenger; wherein the outbound record information includes the outbound station.
Specifically, after the fare collection system finishes the deduction processing, the passenger outbound record information is stored in a background service system. In the background service system, the outbound record information of the passenger can be stored in the data record corresponding to the identification information according to the identification Information (ID) of the riding card of the passenger. Further, the ticket checking system writes the outbound record information into the passenger's riding card through the NFC function of the card swiping device on the outbound station gate.
And controlling an outbound station gate to release the passengers for outbound as described in step 206.
Further, as described above, when going out, the gate of one station may simultaneously check the passengers of a plurality of bus numbers, so in this embodiment, when determining that the passenger is not a passenger of the current ticket checking bus number, the ticket checking system will automatically match the passenger with other ticket checking bus numbers to determine whether the passenger is a passenger of other ticket checking bus numbers.
Specifically, according to the step 2022, if it is determined that the passenger is not a passenger who takes the current ticket checking order, the following steps are further performed:
1) and re-matching other ticket checking times of the station according to the station entering the station and the station leaving the station in the station entering record information.
Specifically, the ticket checking system inquires the outbound ticket checking of other ticket checking train numbers simultaneously executed by the gate of the outbound station in the current time period (namely, in the time period of swiping the card by the passenger) according to the information of the outbound station. And further judging whether other ticket checking times matched with the passenger exist in the inquiry result according to the station of the station in the station entering record information stored in the passenger card.
2) And if the matching is successful, determining the second ticket amount based on other successfully matched ticket checking train numbers, the station of entering the station and the station of leaving the station.
And if the station of the entering station recorded in the entering station record information is judged to be matched with the station of one ticket checking train number in other ticket checking train numbers, determining that the matching of the entering station record information and the ticket checking train number is successful. Then, the second ticket amount is determined based on the other ticket checking train numbers, the station of the incoming station and the station of the outgoing station, which are successfully matched.
3) And deducting the second ticket amount from the pre-deducted amount in the passenger's riding card.
4) Storing the outbound record information of the passenger and writing the outbound record information into a riding card of the passenger; wherein the outbound record information includes the outbound station.
5) And controlling an outbound station gate to release the passengers to exit.
The implementation manner of the above steps 3), 4) and 5) is similar to that of the steps 204 to 206 in the above embodiment, and the specific implementation process may refer to the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In combination with the embodiment of the inbound flow described in fig. 1 and the embodiment of the outbound flow described in fig. 2, it can be seen that in the whole inbound and outbound flows, passengers can arrive and walk by taking a car card pushed by a railway system without purchasing tickets in advance. The ticket checking system can determine whether seat information of the current ticket checking train number is distributed to the passenger according to information (whether abnormal riding records exist or not, whether the current balance meets the pre-deduction amount or not and the like) in a riding card of the passenger, and when the passenger meets riding conditions and the current balance in the riding card meets the pre-deduction amount, the passenger can be charged by swiping the card. When the passenger leaves the station, the ticket checking system confirms that the passenger is the passenger of the current ticket checking train number by confirming the station-entering record information of the passenger, and calculates the amount of the ticket according to the station-entering record information and the station leaving the station, thereby completing the payment of the amount of the ticket and releasing the passenger to leave the station. Therefore, passengers do not need to rush to the station for driving a certain vehicle and wait for a long time for arriving at the station in advance, the travel experience of the passengers is improved, and the working pressure of ticket windows is reduced.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a specific application scenario of an inbound flow in the ticket checking method for a station provided in the embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, the inbound flow includes the following steps:
