The apparatus of claim 7, wherein determining whether the claim settlement triggering condition is satisfied according to the power supply information and the weather warning information comprises: judging whether yellow and above weather early warning occurs in a power failure stage or not based on the terminal power failure information and the weather early warning information when the power failure of the terminal is judged according to the terminal power failure information;
if the early warning of the weather of yellow or above occurs in the power failure stage, judging that the claim settlement triggering condition is not met, otherwise, judging whether the power failure stage is planned power failure according to planned power failure information and terminal power failure information;
if the power failure stage is planned power failure, judging that the claim settlement condition is not met, otherwise, judging whether the power failure stage is single-family fault according to the power failure information of the terminal;
if the fault is a single-family fault, judging that the claim settlement triggering condition is met, otherwise, judging whether the claim settlement triggering condition is met according to the fault repair work order.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the determining whether the claim trigger condition is satisfied from the rework shop order comprises:
judging whether the fault repair work order contains the client number of the client to be claim for settlement or not according to the fault repair work order;
if the client number of the client to be claimed is not contained, judging that the claim trigger condition is not met, if the client number of the client to be claimed is contained, judging whether the client property right equipment fails according to the fault report worksheet, if the client property right equipment fails, judging that the claim trigger condition is not met, and if the client property right equipment fails, judging that the claim trigger condition is met.
