In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, the target gateway device corresponding to the commodity type of the target commodity queries the order information of the target commodity to the provider service device according to the order query request received from the server, so as to obtain the order information query result of the target commodity. Further, the target gateway equipment returns the order inquiry result to the server according to the order information inquiry result of the target commodity, so that the server can set the order issuing state of the target commodity according to the order inquiry result. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the target gateway device can replace the server to query the order information query result of the target commodity to the service device of the provider, so that the server can acquire the order query result of the target commodity through the corresponding gateway device according to different commodity types, and the processing efficiency of the server is improved.

if the type of the order inquiry result is that the order state of the target commodity corresponding to the user account information comprises an order placing failure state, the server sets the order issuing state of the target commodity corresponding to the user account information as an issuing failure state; or,
