Description

Logistics service processing method and device
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of internet information technology processing, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing a logistics service.
Background
In order to realize that the supplier provides the service objects to various channels for sale, the supplier can put the service objects into a warehouse of a warehouse provider (a company with warehouse and distribution service capability, such as Shunfeng, vegetable and bird) through the service provided by the warehouse provider, namely, the supplier contacts the warehouse provider firstly, and the warehouse provider transports the service objects from the warehouse of the supplier to the warehouse of the warehouse provider, so as to realize that the service objects are put into the warehouse of the warehouse provider. The channel refers to a supply target of a supplier. For example, an off-line brick and mortar store, an on-line a e-commerce platform, and an on-line B e-commerce platform may be included. After the user places an order for the business object displayed by the online business platform, the supplier can send the information of the business object and the information of the receiver to the warehouse distribution provider, the warehouse distribution provider sorts the business object according to the information of the business object, and subsequent distribution personnel send the business object to the user according to the information of the receiver.
In the prior art, a system for implementing the above logistics service is shown in fig. 1, and includes a provisioning provider server and a supplier server. And the supplier server transmits the information of the service objects to be transported to the warehouse of the warehouse provider to the supplier server according to the structured definition of the warehouse provider server on the service objects, and the warehouse provider server informs relevant personnel of the warehouse provider to store the service objects after receiving the information. In addition, other inventory operations can be performed on the business object by using the system, such as: and the warehouse-out operation and the allocation operation of the business objects among the warehouses of the warehouse allocation providers are realized.
The system shown in fig. 1 realizes the processing of logistics traffic by a supplier server and a distribution provider server. However, since there is more than one provisioning provider, if a supplier needs to use the provisioning services provided by multiple provisioning providers, it is necessary for the supplier server to establish a connection with each of the provisioning provider servers. As shown in fig. 2, assuming there are 1 vendor server P1 and three repository provider servers SP1, SP2 and SP3, the vendor server P1 is required to interface with repository provider servers SP1, SP2 and SP3, respectively. In such a case, the following problems may occur:
problem 1: because the different warehouse provider servers have different structural definitions for the information of the business object, in order to interact with a plurality of warehouse provider servers, the information of the same business object of the same supplier needs many different structural definitions in the supplier server, which results in that the supplier server needs more storage space to store the information of the same business object, and the maintenance and upgrading cost of the supplier for the information is increased.

Various embodiments of the present application are described in further detail below with reference to the figures of the specification. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6, a schematic flow chart of a logistics business processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, specifically a schematic flow chart of an inventory operation application method, includes the following steps:
step 601: a supplier server sends a first call request to a warehouse-matching service platform, wherein the first call request is used for calling an interface with an inventory operation application function of the warehouse-matching service platform and carries information of an inventory operation application type, an identification of a warehouse-matching provider and a business object;
the information of the business object may include an identification of the business object, Stock quantity Unit (SKU) code information, and a quantity of the business object scheduled to perform the inventory operation. The first call request may further include information such as a date when the inventory operation is scheduled.
When the warehousing operation application type is warehousing application, the identification of the warehouse of the warehousing provider is the identification of the warehousing warehouse; when the type of the inventory operation application is an ex-warehouse application, the identification of the warehouse allocation provider is the identification of the ex-warehouse; when the inventory operation application type is a transfer application, the identification of the warehouse allocation provider comprises the identification of the warehouse-out warehouse and the identification of the warehouse-in warehouse.
Step 602: the warehouse configuration service platform sends a second calling request to the warehouse configuration provider server under the triggering of the first calling request, wherein the second calling request is used for calling an interface of the warehouse configuration provider server, which has a function of creating an inventory operation application document, and the second calling request carries the inventory operation application type, the identification of the warehouse configuration provider and the information of the business object;
in the above step 602, the warehousing service platform calls the interface of the warehousing provider server, which has the function of creating the inventory operation application document, to be called by remote nesting, so that the synchronous acquisition of the calling result is realized.
Step 603: the warehouse allocation provider server creates an inventory operation application bill by using the inventory operation application type, the warehouse identifier of the warehouse allocation provider and the information of the business object carried in the second calling request;
the inventory operation application document comprises an inventory operation application document number, an inventory operation application type, an identification of a warehouse allocation provider and information of a business object.
Step 604: the warehouse allocation provider server sends a second calling response to the warehouse allocation service platform, wherein the second calling response carries the inventory operation application bill;
step 605: and the warehousing service platform sends a first calling response to a supplier server under the trigger of the second calling response, wherein the first calling response comprises the inventory operation application document.
After the inventory operation is applied, the warehousing provider executes inventory operation actual operation aiming at the business object of the supplier. After the real operation is completed, an inventory operation real operation document can be generated, and the inventory operation real operation notification stage is entered, wherein the inventory operation real operation document can comprise: the information of the business object can comprise the identification of the business object, the SKU coding information and the number of the business objects actually performing the inventory operation. Specifically, a flow chart of the inventory operation notification method is shown in fig. 7, and includes the following steps:
step 701: the warehouse allocation provider server sends a third calling request to the warehouse allocation service platform, wherein the third calling request is used for calling an interface with an inventory operation real operation notification function of the warehouse allocation service platform and carries inventory operation real operation documents;
step 702: the warehousing service platform sends a fourth calling request to the supplier server under the triggering of the third calling request, wherein the fourth calling request is used for calling an interface with an inventory operation real operation notification function of the supplier server and carries the inventory operation real operation receipt;
step 703: the supplier server sends a fourth call response to the warehousing service platform, wherein the fourth call response comprises a confirmation of receiving the real operation notification;
step 704: and the warehousing service platform sends a third call response to the warehousing provider server under the triggering of the fourth call response, wherein the third call response comprises the confirmation of receiving the real operation notification.
After the inventory operation application, if the supplier needs to cancel the inventory operation application, a schematic diagram of a flow of canceling the inventory operation application at this time is shown in fig. 8, and includes the following steps:
step 801: the supplier server sends a fifth call request to the warehouse distribution service platform, wherein the fifth call request is used for calling an interface with the function of canceling the stock operation application of the warehouse distribution service platform and carries a stock operation application sheet number;
step 802: the warehouse allocation service platform sends a sixth call request to the warehouse allocation provider server under the triggering of the fifth call request, wherein the sixth call request is used for calling an interface of the warehouse allocation provider server, which has the function of canceling the stock operation application bill and carries the stock operation application bill number;

In addition, in the existing system including the server of the supplier and the server of the warehousing provider but not including the warehousing service platform, in consideration of the difference of channels, the supply quantity of different channels is different, in the warehousing process, the supplier needs to identify the business objects according to the channels, and the business objects can be physically separated according to the channels in the actual warehouse correspondingly. For example: a supplier supplies 100 washing machines for the sales platform a and 300 washing machines for the sales platform B, and before the washing machines are put in storage in a warehouse of a warehouse provider, 100 washing machines among 400 washing machines are individually identified as service objects for the sales platform a, and the subsequent 300 identifications are service objects for the sales platform B. After a subsequent user places an order in a certain channel, the supplier server sends the information of the service objects identified according to the channel to the warehousing and distribution provider server, and the warehousing and distribution provider server informs the warehousing and distribution provider to sort and deliver the service objects from physical inventory distributed for the corresponding channel in the warehouse. In the prior art, the business objects are identified according to channels, so that the business objects are sold in sub-channels. However, since the business objects are identified according to the channels, on one hand, the business objects of each channel are physically separated, and on the other hand, the business objects of each channel are independent on the identification, which makes it difficult to allocate the business objects among the channels under the logistics business system and increases the cost of warehouse management. To this end, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for processing logistics traffic, which is applicable to a system including a supplier server, a warehousing service platform, and a warehousing provider server, where the method for processing logistics traffic, which is capable of performing the allocation of a business object between channels, may be based on the system described in the present application, or may not be based on the system described in the present application, and a flowchart of the method is shown in fig. 9, and may include the following steps:
step 901: a supplier server sends a channel inventory allocation request to a warehousing service platform, wherein the channel inventory allocation request comprises: the identification of the calling party channel, the identification of the calling party channel and the information of the business objects involved in the deployment;
step 902: the warehousing and distribution service platform modifies the stored inventory information of the business object in the calling-out party channel and the stored inventory information of the business object in the calling-in party channel according to the identification of the calling-out party channel, the identification of the calling-in party channel and the information of the business object involved in distribution in the channel inventory distribution request to obtain a modification result;
the inventory information may include: inventory quantity, SKU information for business objects.
Step 903: and the warehousing and distribution service platform sends a channel inventory distribution response to the supplier server, wherein the channel inventory distribution response comprises the modification result.
In the logistics business processing method capable of allocating business objects among channels, the warehouse allocation service platform is arranged between the warehouse allocation provider server and the supplier server to serve as an intermediate party, the inventory information of the business objects allocated to each channel is stored in the warehouse allocation service platform, and the business objects are logically distinguished on the warehouse allocation service platform, so that the business objects do not need to be identified according to the channels, the business objects do not need to be distinguished in the warehouse of the warehouse allocation provider, and one physical inventory is realized. When the distribution is carried out, only a channel inventory distribution request is sent to the distribution service platform, and the distribution service platform modifies the inventory information of the business object in each channel.
In addition, because the inventory information of the business objects distributed for each channel is stored in the warehousing service platform, the supplier server can also carry the identification carrying the channel and the distribution strategy information of the business objects in each channel when sending the first call request, so that after the warehousing provider server sends the third call request, the inventory information of the business objects in each channel is modified, and the inventory information is kept consistent with the inventory number of the business objects in the warehouse of the warehousing provider.
Specifically, after receiving the third call request sent by the warehousing provider server, the warehousing service platform may modify the stored inventory information of the business object in each channel according to the information of the business object performing the inventory operation in the inventory operation actual operation document carried in the third call request, the channel identifier carried in the first call request, and the distribution policy information of the business object in each channel.
For example, if the first invocation request carries the channel identifier and the distribution policy information of the service object in each channel, the distribution policy information is as follows: the distribution strategy of the business object A on the sales platform A and the sales platform B is as follows: the sales platform A: sales platform B is 3: 1; the information of the business object for executing the inventory operation real operation in the inventory operation real operation document is as follows: the number of the business objects A put in storage is 100; the step of modifying the stored inventory information of the business object in each channel specifically comprises: the stock quantity of the business objects under the sales platform A is increased by 75 pieces, and the stock quantity of the business objects under the sales platform A is increased by 25 pieces.
After the user places an order for the service object on the channel, the supplier needs to deliver the service object to the user, and deliver the service object to the user from the warehouse of the distribution provider, where the logistics service processing flow is shown in fig. 10, and includes the following steps:
step 1001: the supplier server sends a first delivery request to the warehousing service platform, wherein the first delivery request comprises: identification of the channel, information of the business object and information of the receiver;
step 1002: the warehousing service platform sends a second shipping request to the warehousing provider server, wherein the second shipping request comprises: the information of the business object and the information of the receiver;
step 1003: the warehousing service platform modifies the inventory information of the business object in the channel represented by the identification of the channel in the first delivery request according to the information of the business object in the first delivery request;
here, the inventory information of the business object is modified to reduce the inventory amount of the business object due to shipment, and the specific reduction amount can be determined by the information of the business object in the first shipment request.
Here, the execution order of step 1002 and step 1003 may not be sequential.
Step 1004: and the warehouse allocation provider server executes the logistics information processing operation of the business object according to the information of the business object and the information of the receiver.
Since the inventory information of the business objects under each channel is stored in the warehousing service platform, and the inventory information of the business objects under the corresponding channel is modified directly on the warehousing service platform, in step 103, the warehousing service platform does not send the channel identifier to the warehousing provider server, the warehousing provider server does not need to know the related channel information, and the business objects in the warehouse of the warehousing provider are not required to be distinguished from channels, and are in stock.
After this step 1004, the warehousing provider server may also send a receipt notification to the warehousing service platform, which in turn sends the receipt notification to the supplier server. The warehousing service platform may not modify the inventory information of the business object in step 1002, but modify the inventory information of the business object in the channel represented by the identification of the channel included in the first shipment request after receiving the shipment notification.
Thereafter, if the supplier needs to cancel the delivery for the user, the logistics business process flow at this time is as shown in fig. 11, and may include the following steps:
step 1101: the supplier server sends a first shipping cancellation request to the warehousing service platform, wherein the first shipping cancellation request comprises: identification of the channel, information of the business object and information of the shipper;
step 1102: the warehousing service platform modifies inventory information of the business objects in the channels represented by the channel identifiers included in the first shipment canceling request according to the information of the business objects in the first shipment canceling request;
here, since the shipment is cancelled, the modification of the inventory information of the business object is to increase the inventory number of the business object, and the specific increased number may be determined by the information of the business object in the first request for cancellation of shipment.
Step 1103: the warehousing service platform sends a second shipping cancellation request to the warehousing provider server, wherein the second shipping cancellation request comprises: information of the business object and shipper information.
Step 1104: and the warehousing and distribution provider server confirms that the delivery is cancelled according to the information of the business object and the information of the shipper.
After this step 1104, the warehousing provider server may also send a cancellation shipping success notification to the warehousing service platform, which in turn sends the cancellation success notification to the supplier server. The warehousing service platform may not modify the inventory information of the business object in step 1102, but modify the inventory information of the business object in the channel represented by the identification of the channel included in the first request for cancellation of shipment after receiving the notification of successful cancellation of shipment.
In addition, the warehousing and distribution service platform can receive a distribution request sent by the supplier server to distribute the business objects among the channels, and can automatically distribute the business object information among the channels based on the inventory quantity of the business objects under each channel. The specific implementation process is as follows: for each business object, performing the following first to fourth steps:
the first step is as follows: the warehousing and distribution service platform determines the identification of a first channel of which the stock quantity is less than the corresponding channel safety threshold value and the identification of a first channel of which the stock quantity is greater than a preset adjustable threshold value in all channels to which the business object belongs, wherein the preset adjustable threshold value is greater than the channel safety threshold value;
here, since the business objects are logically divided into channels on the warehousing service platform, each business object has an attributive channel.
The second step is that: the warehousing and distribution service platform takes the identifier of the first channel as the identifier of the calling party channel and takes the identifier of the second channel as the identifier of the calling party channel;
the third step: the warehousing and distribution service platform determines the distribution quantity of the business objects according to the inventory quantity of the business objects in the second channel;
the specific determined value of the allocation amount is determined based on the gap of the inventory amount of the first channel and the inventory amount of the business object in the second channel.
The fourth step: and the warehousing and distribution service platform modifies the stored inventory quantity of the business object in the calling party channel and the stored inventory quantity of the business object in the calling party channel according to the identification of the calling party channel, the identification of the calling party channel and the determined distribution quantity.
Here, since the deployment is performed, the number of deployments is increased according to the number of inventories of the business object in the calling-in channel, and the number of deployments is decreased according to the number of inventories of the business object in the calling-out channel.
Further, the warehouse distribution server stores the real-time inventory quantity information of each channel, so that the warehouse distribution service platform can automatically send out a shortage notice to the supplier server based on the inventory quantity of the business objects of the channels, and the specific implementation process is as follows: aiming at each channel, the warehousing and distribution server determines the information of the business objects of which the inventory quantity is less than the corresponding channel safety threshold; and then the warehousing server sends out an out-of-stock notification to the supplier server, wherein the out-of-stock notification comprises the information of the business object, the information of the business object and the identification of the channel to which the business object belongs. The out-of-stock notification is essentially an out-of-stock early warning notification, which notifies the supplier to replenish the stock in time, and if the stock is not replenished in time, the real out-of-stock will occur.
The safety threshold value of each channel can be determined based on the historical sales volume of a supplier in the channel, at the moment, the warehousing and distribution provider server needs to send a second shipping response to the warehousing and distribution server, the shipping response comprises a transaction ex-warehouse real operation receipt, and the transaction ex-warehouse real operation receipt comprises transaction ex-warehouse real operation date and information of a business object for executing transaction ex-warehouse real operation; then, the warehousing server correspondingly stores the channel identification carried in the first delivery request and the transaction ex-warehouse real operation receipt carried in the received second delivery response; after the historical sales volume information of the business object under each channel can be obtained; and the channel safety threshold corresponding to each business object in each channel can be determined by the following modes:
for each channel, the following operations are performed: searching the transaction outbound real operation document with the transaction outbound real operation date in a set time period from the transaction outbound real operation document corresponding to the channel identifier; determining the daily sales volume of the business object by utilizing the found information of the business object for executing the real operation of the transaction ex-warehouse in the real operation document of the transaction out-warehouse; and determining a channel safety threshold value of the business object under the channel by using preset safety days and the determined daily sales volume. Here, the result of multiplying the safe number of days by the determined daily sales amount may be used as the channel safety threshold. The safe days refer to at least how many days the business object can sell under the channel to which the business object belongs, and the goods can not be out of stock. The channel safety threshold value refers to the inventory quantity of the business number object in the channel to which the business number object belongs, and the goods can not be broken.
In addition, the relationship between channels may also be set on the warehousing service platform, for example, the relationship is set to be shared or exclusive, for each channel set to be shared, the business object may be deployed between each channel, and for the channel set to be exclusive, the business object may not be deployed between channels.
The logistics service processing process shown in fig. 10 and 11 can also be implemented in a manner of remote nested calling based on interfaces, which is specifically as follows:
fig. 12 shows a flowchart of a method for processing logistics service of a supplier for shipping a user, which includes the following steps:
step 1201: the supplier server sends a seventh calling request to the warehousing service platform, wherein the seventh calling request is used for calling an interface with a delivery application function of the warehousing service platform and carries channel identification, service object information, warehouse identification of a warehousing provider and consignee information;
step 1202: the warehouse allocation service platform sends an eighth call request to the warehouse allocation provider server under the triggering of the seventh call request, wherein the eighth call request is used for calling an interface with a transaction outbound document creating function of the warehouse allocation provider server and carries information of a business object, identification of a warehouse of the warehouse allocation provider and information of a receiver;
step 1203: the warehouse allocation provider server generates a transaction ex-warehouse application document by using the information of the business object, the identification of the warehouse allocation provider and the information of the receiver;
the transaction outbound application document may include: the system comprises a transaction ex-warehouse application form number, a transaction ex-warehouse application date, information of a service object, an identifier of a supplier, an identifier of a warehouse of a warehousing provider and the like.
Step 1204: the warehouse allocation provider server sends an eighth call response to the warehouse allocation service platform, wherein the eighth call response carries a transaction ex-warehouse application document;
step 1205: and the warehousing service platform sends a seventh calling response to the supplier server under the triggering of the eighth calling response, wherein the seventh calling response comprises the transaction ex-warehouse application receipt.
And then, the warehousing service side performs sorting operation on the business objects by using the information of the business objects and the information of the shipper. After the actual operation is completed, a transaction ex-warehouse actual operation notification needs to be sent to the supplier server through the warehousing service platform, the transaction ex-warehouse actual operation notification may include a transaction ex-warehouse actual operation date, information of the business object, a transaction ex-warehouse actual operation order number, and the like, and notifies the supplier server that the business object has been ex-warehouse, and at this time, a specific business processing process is as shown in fig. 13, and the method includes the following steps:
step 1301: the warehouse allocation provider server sends a ninth calling request to the warehouse allocation service platform, wherein the ninth calling request is used for calling an interface with a transaction ex-warehouse real operation notification function of the warehouse allocation service platform and carries a transaction ex-warehouse real operation bill;
step 1302: the warehousing service platform modifies the inventory information of the business object in the channel represented by the identification of the channel in the stored seventh calling request by utilizing the information of the business object carried in the transaction outbound real operation document;
step 1303: the warehousing service platform sends a tenth calling request to the supplier server under the triggering of the ninth calling request, wherein the tenth calling request is used for calling an interface with a transaction ex-warehouse real operation notification function of the supplier server and carries the transaction ex-warehouse real operation receipt;
step 1304: the supplier server sends a tenth calling response to the warehousing service platform based on the real operation document for the transaction ex-warehouse, wherein the tenth calling response comprises the confirmation of receiving the transaction ex-warehouse notification;
step 1305: and the warehousing service platform sends a ninth call response to the warehousing provider server under the trigger of the tenth call response, wherein the ninth call response comprises the confirmation of receiving the transaction ex-warehouse notification.
The flow chart of the logistics business processing method for a supplier to cancel delivery for a user can be shown in fig. 14, and includes the following steps:
step 1401: the supplier server sends an eleventh call request to the warehouse distribution service platform, wherein the eleventh call request is used for calling an interface with a shipping application canceling function of the warehouse distribution service platform and carries a transaction ex-warehouse application form number;
step 1402: the warehouse allocation service platform sends a twelfth call request to the warehouse allocation provider server under the triggering of the eleventh call request, wherein the twelfth call request is used for calling an interface of the warehouse allocation provider server, which has a function of canceling the creation of the transaction outbound document and carries the transaction outbound application sheet number;
step 1403: the warehouse allocation provider server sends a twelfth call response to the warehouse allocation service platform based on the transaction ex-warehouse application form number, wherein the twelfth call response carries the transaction ex-warehouse application form number and a confirmation cancellation application message;
step 1404: and the warehouse matching service platform sends an eleventh call response to the supplier server under the trigger of the twelfth call response, wherein the eleventh call response carries the transaction ex-warehouse application form number and the confirmation cancellation application message.
In addition, the warehousing service platform can also automatically send out a shortage notification to the supplier server based on the inventory quantity of the business objects of the channel, and when the warehousing service platform is realized by using an interface call, the method specifically includes the following steps: the warehousing and distribution service platform determines information of business objects with inventory quantity smaller than a corresponding channel safety threshold value for each channel; the warehouse allocation service platform sends a thirteenth call request to the supplier server, wherein the thirteenth call request is used for calling an interface with a shortage notification function of the supplier server and carrying information of the determined business object and an identifier of a channel to which the business object belongs; and the supplier server sends a thirteenth call response to the warehousing service platform, wherein the thirteenth call response comprises confirmation of receiving the out-of-stock notification.
For the determination of the security threshold, when the interface is used for calling and implementing, the warehousing service platform may execute an operation of correspondingly storing the identifier of the channel in the seventh calling request and the transaction outbound real operation document carried in the ninth calling request after the warehousing service platform receives the ninth calling request sent by the warehousing provider server, so as to obtain historical transaction outbound real operation data, where the specific security threshold determination method is described above.
