In one embodiment, determining a threshold range of ticket values for the item name based on the target ticket value comprises: acquiring the maximum value and the minimum value in the target bill numerical value; and determining the threshold range of the bill value corresponding to the project name according to the maximum value and the minimum value.
In this embodiment, the terminal 102 may obtain a maximum value and a minimum value of the target ticket values found in the database, where when the target ticket value is one, the maximum value and the minimum value may be the same value, and the terminal 102 may determine a threshold range of the ticket value according to the found target ticket value, and in an embodiment, determine the threshold range of the ticket value corresponding to the project name according to the maximum value and the minimum value, where the determining includes: taking the maximum value of the target bill value as a first maximum value of the threshold range; taking the minimum value of the target bill value as a first minimum value of a threshold range; determining a first threshold range of the bill value corresponding to the project name according to the first maximum value and the first minimum value; or, increasing the maximum value of the target bill value by a first preset proportion to be used as a second maximum value of the threshold range; reducing the minimum value of the target bill value by a second preset proportion to serve as a second minimum value of the threshold range; and determining a second threshold range of the bill value corresponding to the project name according to the second maximum value and the second minimum value. In this embodiment, the terminal 102 may use a maximum value of the searched target ticket values as a maximum value of the threshold range, use a minimum value of the searched target ticket values as a minimum value of the threshold range, and determine the threshold range of the ticket values corresponding to the item name according to the maximum value and the minimum value. Specifically, when the ticket is an invoice, the maximum value of the searched target tax point may be used as the maximum value of the tax point threshold range, the minimum value of the searched target tax point may be used as the minimum value of the tax point threshold range, and the threshold range of the tax point corresponding to the commodity name in the invoice is determined according to the maximum value and the minimum value. The terminal 102 may increase the maximum value by a first preset ratio to be another maximum value of the threshold range and decrease the minimum value by a second preset ratio to be another minimum value of the threshold range, for example, when the bill is an invoice, the terminal 102 may increase the maximum value of the tax point by the first preset ratio to be another maximum value of the threshold range and decrease the minimum value of the tax point by the second preset ratio to be another minimum value of the threshold range. The first preset proportion and the second preset proportion may be the same or different, for example, both the first preset proportion and the second preset proportion may be 10%, that is, the second maximum value may be 110% of the first maximum value, the second minimum value may be 90% of the first minimum value, and both the two threshold value ranges may be used as the threshold value ranges of the bill values in the bill to be audited. Through the embodiment, the terminal 102 can adjust the threshold range of the ticket value according to the actual situation, so as to more flexibly judge the validity of the ticket value in the ticket to be audited.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a ticket auditing method in another embodiment. The method is illustrated as applied to the terminal in fig. 1, and the ticket may be an invoice. The terminal 102 may obtain invoice information, wherein the invoice information may include the type, amount, name and tax payment number of an invoice, and name of an invoice item, and then may search whether the financial database stores the invoice information of the name of the invoker, thereby determining whether the invoker is a first cooperation; when the cooperation is not the first time, searching historical invoicing records of the two parties in the financial database, and acquiring tax point distribution corresponding to the project names in the historical invoicing records; when the first cooperation is performed, the terminal 102 may extract the item name in the invoice, obtain a similar keyword through semantic analysis, find related reimbursement records and invoice data in the financial database according to the similar keyword, if no related data is found in the financial database, the terminal 102 may search a latest tax point related to the item name and the similar keyword from a third-party public database, the terminal 102 may find the item name and the tax point according to the above steps to form a distribution of the item name and a tax point distribution, for example, in the form of [ commodity 1, tax point 1], [ commodity 2, tax point 2], and may further determine a reasonable threshold range of the tax point of each item name according to the above information, when the tax point and the item name in the invoice to be audited are within the above threshold range, the invoice may be audited, otherwise, the invoice auditing method can provide warning for the auditing, and prompt related auditors that the invoice does not pass the auditing. Through the embodiment, the terminal 102 judges whether the invoice passes the audit according to whether the tax point in the invoice to be audited is within the reasonable threshold range, so that the invoice audit efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, a bill auditing device is provided, and referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram of a structure of the bill auditing device in one embodiment, and the bill auditing device may include:
the acquiring module 400 is used for acquiring the bill information of the bill to be audited; the bill information comprises item names, project names and bill numerical values corresponding to the project names; the item name corresponds to the project name;
the searching module 401 is configured to search a target project name corresponding to the item name in the database when the project name is within the range corresponding to the item name, sort the target project name according to a preset condition, and compare the project name with a sorting result; the database comprises bill information of a plurality of bills which pass the examination; when the item name is preset before the target item name list, searching a target bill numerical value related to the item name in the database;
a threshold range determining module 402, configured to determine, according to the target ticket value, a threshold range of the ticket value corresponding to the project name;
the judging module 403 is configured to compare a ticket value in the ticket information of the ticket to be audited with a threshold range, and determine that the ticket to be audited passes the audit when the ticket value of the ticket to be audited is within the threshold range.
The bill auditing device of the present invention corresponds to the bill auditing method of the present invention one to one, and the specific limitations of the bill auditing device can refer to the limitations of the bill auditing method in the above, and the technical features and the beneficial effects described in the embodiments of the bill auditing method are all applicable to the embodiments of the bill auditing device, and are not described herein again. All or part of the modules in the bill auditing device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, and the computer device may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 5, and fig. 5 is an internal structure diagram of the computer device in one embodiment. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a ticket auditing method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 5 is a block diagram of only a portion of the configuration associated with aspects of the present invention and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which aspects of the present invention may be applied, and that a particular computing device may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing a computer program, the processor implementing the ticket auditing method according to any one of the above embodiments when executing the computer program.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes in the method for auditing tickets according to any of the above embodiments may be implemented by instructing the relevant hardware through a computer program, which may be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, the computer program may include the processes of the above embodiments of the methods. Any reference to memory, storage, databases, or other media used in embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
Accordingly, in an embodiment, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements a ticket auditing method according to any one of the above embodiments.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A bill auditing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring bill information of a bill to be audited; the bill information comprises a matter name, a project name corresponding to the matter name and a bill numerical value corresponding to the project name;
when the project name is in the checked project name range associated with the item name, querying a database according to the project name; the database is used for sequencing the checked project names related to the item names and storing the sequenced project names in a target project name list; the database comprises bill information of a plurality of bills which pass the examination;
when the item name is preset before the target item name list, searching a target bill numerical value related to the item name in a database;
determining a threshold range of a bill numerical value corresponding to the project name according to the target bill numerical value;
comparing the bill value in the bill information of the bill to be audited with the threshold range, and determining that the bill to be audited passes the audit when the bill value of the bill to be audited is within the threshold range.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the ticket information of the ticket to be audited comprises: opening a name of a party;
when the item name is preset before the target item name list, searching a target bill numerical value related to the item name in a database, including:
when the item name is preset before the target item name list, searching whether bill information of the bill which passes the examination and comprises the name of the issuer is stored in the database;
when the bill information of the bill which passes the audit and comprises the name of the issuer is stored in the database, the target bill value in the bill information of the bill which passes the audit and comprises the name of the issuer is obtained.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein after searching whether the database stores the ticket information of the ticket that has passed the audit and includes the name of the issuer when the name of the item is a preset number of times before the list of the target name of the item, the method comprises:
when the database does not store bill information of the approved bill including the issuer name, acquiring a similar keyword corresponding to the project name;
searching whether bill information of the bills which pass the examination and comprise the similar keywords is stored in the database;
when the bill information of the bill which passes the examination and comprises the similar keyword is stored in the database, acquiring the bill value in the bill information of the bill which passes the examination and comprises the similar keyword as the target bill value.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein after the searching whether the database stores the ticket information of the approved tickets including the similar keywords, the method comprises:
and when the database does not store the bill information of the bills which pass the examination and comprise the similar keywords, acquiring the bill value in the bill information of the bills which pass the examination and comprise the project names and/or the similar keywords in a third-party public database as the target bill value.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the threshold range of the ticket value corresponding to the item name based on the target ticket value comprises:
acquiring the maximum value and the minimum value in the target bill numerical value;
and determining the threshold range of the bill value corresponding to the project name according to the maximum value and the minimum value.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining the threshold range of the ticket value corresponding to the project name based on the maximum value and the minimum value comprises:
taking the maximum value of the target bill value as a first maximum value of the threshold range;
taking the minimum value of the target bill value as a first minimum value of the threshold range;
determining a first threshold range of the bill numerical value corresponding to the project name according to the first maximum value and the first minimum value;
or the like, or, alternatively,
increasing the maximum value of the target bill value by a first preset proportion to serve as a second maximum value of the threshold range;
reducing the minimum value of the target bill value by a second preset proportion to serve as a second minimum value of the threshold range;
and determining a second threshold range of the bill numerical value corresponding to the project name according to the second maximum value and the second minimum value.
7. The method of any of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
when the bill information of the bill to be audited meets a first preset condition, determining that the bill to be audited does not pass the audit;
outputting error information of the to-be-audited bill which does not pass the audit so as to prompt a bill auditor to process the bill which does not pass the audit according to the error information;
the first preset condition comprises at least one of the following:
the project name is not in the range of the checked project name associated with the item name;
the bill value of the bill to be audited is out of the threshold range;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when the item name in the bill information is out of the preset name of the target item name list, sending the bill information to a corresponding terminal of an auditor so that the auditor audits the bill.
8. A bill auditing apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the bill information of the bill to be audited; the bill information comprises a matter name, a project name corresponding to the matter name and a bill numerical value corresponding to the project name;
the searching module is used for inquiring a database according to the project name when the project name is in the range of the checked project name associated with the item name; the database is used for sequencing the checked project names related to the item names and storing the sequenced project names in a target project name list; the database comprises bill information of a plurality of bills which pass the examination; when the item name is preset before the target item name list, searching a target bill numerical value related to the item name in a database;
the threshold range determining module is used for determining the threshold range of the bill numerical value corresponding to the project name according to the target bill numerical value;
and the judging module is used for comparing the bill value in the bill information of the bill to be audited with the threshold range, and determining that the bill to be audited passes the audit when the bill value of the bill to be audited is in the threshold range.
9. A computer device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the steps of the document auditing method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the document auditing method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
