And storing the standard declaration authentication information into an interstellar file system (IPFS), so that the interstellar file system generates a corresponding address hash value through the stored content, and storing the address hash value and the information of the enterprise user into a blockchain ledger through an intelligent contract for full network notarization so as to facilitate subsequent verification. The stored form can be stored in an IPFS in the form of an XML file, and in consideration of the efficiency problem of reading the file from the IPFS and analyzing the file into a data object, the system adopts an open source distributed HTAP database TiDB as a cache database to store service data required by a user, so that the user can conveniently inquire again.
The block chain query module utilizes Fabric Service to initiate transaction proposal to realize a series of block chain operations such as block chain data up-link and query by calling a chain intelligent contract through Fabric Client, and provides services of uploading block chain and querying from the block chain based on standard key information data with a specified format.
For ease of understanding, referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of a new energy grid-connected standard reporting method based on a blockchain is provided in the present application, including:
and step 101, acquiring new energy grid-connected standard reporting information input according to a preset reporting format after the enterprise user logs in a reporting system.
And 102, comparing the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information with existing declaration information in a preset standard entry library to generate a comparison result.

According to the new energy grid-connected standard reporting method based on the blockchain, an enterprise user can log in a system to fill in new energy grid-connected standard information according to requirements of a reporting format and conduct networking reporting, the reporting system conducts authority verification on the reported enterprise user through a user reporting module, the new energy grid-connected standard reporting information input by the enterprise user is obtained, the new energy grid-connected standard reporting information is compared and a checking result of a preset checking user is obtained through a reporting information checking module, the result of failing checking is returned to the enterprise user when the checking is failed, standard reporting authentication information of the new energy grid-connected standard reporting information is sent to an information showing module to be shown when the checking is passed, the standard reporting authentication information is stored in a blockchain account book to conduct full-network notarization, and block chain search service is provided through a blockchain query module, so that unified management of new energy grid-connected standard revision and reporting is achieved, the problem that existing new energy standards lack of unified management cannot be judged, whether repeated sequence of the existing new energy standards are repeated and repeated standards are blocked is solved, and the application of the standards of the enterprise is difficult is solved, and the problem that the existing standards of repeated standards are difficult is wasted is solved.
Further, before step 101, the method further includes:

Step 1043, if the examination result does not pass the examination, generating a unique standard declaration authentication information from the standard secret information file by using a preset encryption mode according to the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information passing the examination, and displaying the standard declaration authentication information on a public page of the system in a preset display mode.
In the several embodiments provided in this application, it should be understood that the disclosed systems and methods may be implemented in other ways. the user reporting module is used for granting login permission to enterprise users meeting the reporting new energy grid-connected standard, so that the enterprise users log in a reporting system when the new energy grid-connected standard needs to be reported, and new energy grid-connected standard reporting information input by the enterprise users according to a preset reporting format is acquired;
the reporting information examination module is used for acquiring the new energy grid-connected standard reporting information, comparing the new energy grid-connected standard reporting information with the existing reporting information in a preset standard entry library to generate a comparison result, displaying the new energy grid-connected standard reporting information and the comparison result to a preset examination user, acquiring an examination result of the preset examination user on the new energy grid-connected standard reporting information, and transmitting standard reporting authentication information of the new energy grid-connected standard reporting information to the information display module when the examination result is passing examination, and returning an failing examination result to the enterprise user when the examination result is failing examination;
the information display module is used for displaying the standard declaration authentication information on a display page of the system in a preset display form;
the blockchain inquiry module is used for storing the standard declaration authentication information into a blockchain account book to carry out full-network notarization and providing a blockchain search service;
the user reporting module comprises an LDAP sub-module, a login sub-module and a standard reporting sub-module;
the LDAP sub-module is used for responding to a login request of an enterprise user registered by LDAP, acquiring an LDAP user private key, wherein the LDAP user private key is used for carrying out RSA encryption on an encryption result of new energy grid-connected standard declaration information to generate a digital signature, so that after the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information is stored in the blockchain account book, the enterprise user decrypts the digital signature through a public key;
the login sub-module is used for responding to the login request, carrying out login verification on the enterprise user based on the LDAP, and acquiring an LDAP user private key of the enterprise user through the LDAP after the verification is passed;
the standard reporting sub-module is used for acquiring new energy grid-connected standard reporting information input by the enterprise user according to a preset reporting format, and the new energy grid-connected standard reporting information comprises: name of reporting standard, ICS code, standard level, new energy category, standard main content, standard innovation point and standard predicted release date;
the reporting information examination module comprises a searching sub-module, an expert examination sub-module, a report generation sub-module and a certificate generation sub-module;
the searching sub-module is used for acquiring the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information, comparing the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information with the existing declaration information in a preset standard entry library, and generating a comparison result;
the expert examination sub-module is used for displaying the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information and the comparison result to a preset examination user and obtaining the examination result of the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information by the preset examination user;
the report generation sub-module is used for returning the examination report of the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information which does not pass examination to the enterprise user;
the certificate generation sub-module is used for generating a unique standard declaration authentication information from a standard secret information file in a preset encryption mode according to the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information which passes the examination, and sending the standard declaration authentication information to the information presentation module;

comparing the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information with existing declaration information in a preset standard entry library to generate a comparison result;
displaying the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information and the comparison result to a preset examination user, so that the preset examination user examines the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information;
obtaining an examination result of the preset examination user, when the examination result is not passed, returning an un-passed examination result to the enterprise user, and when the examination result is passed, displaying standard declaration authentication information of the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information on a public page of a system in a preset display form;
storing the standard declaration authentication information into a blockchain ledger for full network notarization;
storing the standard declaration authentication information into a blockchain ledger for full network notarization comprises:
storing the standard declaration authentication information into an interstar file system, so that the interstar file system generates a corresponding address hash value through the stored content, and storing the address hash value and the information of the enterprise user into a blockchain ledger through an intelligent contract for full network notarization, wherein the standard declaration authentication information can be queried through a blockchain search service.

The new energy grid-connected standard reporting method based on blockchain as in claim 5, wherein the acquiring the new energy grid-connected standard reporting information input by the enterprise user according to the preset reporting format after logging in the reporting system further comprises:
responding to a login request of an enterprise user registered by LDAP, acquiring an LDAP user private key, wherein the LDAP user private key is used for carrying out RSA encryption on an encryption result of new energy grid-connected standard declaration information to generate a digital signature, so that after the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information is stored in the blockchain ledger, the enterprise user decrypts the digital signature through a public key;
and responding to the login request, carrying out login verification on the enterprise user based on the LDAP, and acquiring an LDAP user private key of the enterprise user through the LDAP after the verification is passed.

The blockchain-based new energy grid-connected standard declaration system of claim 6, wherein the obtaining the review result of the preset review user, displaying the standard declaration authentication information of the review result as the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information passing the review on a public page of the system in a preset display form, includes:
obtaining the examination result of the preset examination user;
if the examination result is that the examination is not passed, returning an examination report of the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information which does not pass the examination to the enterprise user;
if the examination result does not pass the examination, generating a unique standard declaration authentication information from the standard secret information file by using the new energy grid-connected standard declaration information passing the examination in a preset encryption mode, and displaying the standard declaration authentication information on a public page of a system in a preset display mode.
