In one embodiment, the classification unit 105 includes a grade acquisition unit, a score calculation unit, and a grade classification unit. The device comprises a grade acquisition unit, a grade classification unit and a grade classification unit, wherein the grade acquisition unit is used for acquiring a preset grade classification range. In an embodiment, the classification unit 105 comprises a model classification unit. The model classification unit is used for inputting the surveyor portrait into a preset random forest model and classifying the surveyor through the preset random forest model so as to obtain the grade category of the surveyor. In an embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a model training unit. The model training unit is used for training a preset random forest model.
In an embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a portrait viewing unit. The portrait viewing unit is used for searching the surveyor portrait corresponding to the surveyor identification information according to the surveyor identification information in the viewing request and visually displaying the surveyor portrait if the surveyor portrait viewing request is received.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: and a performance management unit. The performance management unit is used for determining the performance level of the surveyor according to the level category of the surveyor and calculating the performance of the surveyor according to the performance level of the surveyor so as to realize the performance management of the surveyor.
Fig. 6 is a schematic block diagram of an apparatus for assigning claims based on a surveyor's figure according to another embodiment of the present application. The device comprises a unit corresponding to the method for allocating claims based on the surveyor drawing, which is described in the above fig. 3. As shown in fig. 6, the claim case distribution apparatus 200 based on a surveyor's figure includes a data acquisition unit 201, a tag acquisition unit 202, a tag value determination unit 203, a figure determination unit 204, a classification unit 205, a time detection unit 206, an update data acquisition unit 207, a comparison unit 208, a tag value update unit 209, a figure update unit 210, a classification update unit 211, a request receiving unit 212, a ranking determination unit 213, and a request transmission unit 214. This embodiment differs from the embodiment shown in fig. 4 in that: a time detection unit 206, an update data acquisition unit 207, a comparison unit 208, a tag value update unit 209, a portrait update unit 210, and a classification update unit 211 are added. Other units correspond to the units shown in fig. 4 one to one, and are not described herein again. The differences will be described in detail below.
The time detection unit 206 is configured to detect whether a preset time is reached.
And the updating data acquisition unit 207 is used for acquiring the latest information of the surveyor and the latest claim settlement data related in the claim process if the preset time is reached.
The comparing unit 208 is configured to compare the information and the claim record data of the surveyor, which are obtained last time, with the latest information and the latest claim record data of the surveyor, so as to obtain updated data.
A tag value updating unit 209, configured to update the tag value of the tag related to the update data according to the update data.
A sketch updating unit 210 for updating the surveyor sketch according to the updated tag value.
A classification updating unit 211, configured to update the classification category of the surveyor according to the updated surveyor figure.
It should be noted that, as will be clear to those skilled in the art, specific implementation processes of the above apparatus and each unit may refer to corresponding descriptions in the foregoing method embodiments, and for convenience and brevity of description, no further description is provided herein.
The above-described apparatus may be implemented in the form of a computer program which is executable on a computer device as shown in fig. 7.
Fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present application. The device is a terminal or the like, such as a desktop computer, a mobile phone, a PAD, etc. used by a developer. The device 100 includes a processor 102, memory, and a network interface 103 connected by a system bus 101, where the memory may include a non-volatile storage medium 104 and an internal memory 105.
The non-volatile storage medium 104 may store an operating system 1041 and computer programs 1042. The computer program 1042 stored in the nonvolatile storage medium can realize the method of assigning claims based on a surveyor's figure as described above when executed by the processor 102. The processor 102 is used to provide computing and control capabilities that support the operation of the overall device 100. The internal memory 105 provides an environment for running a computer program in the non-volatile storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by the processor 102, the processor 102 may execute the method for assigning claims based on a surveyor's figure as described in the above terminal. The network interface 103 is used for network communication. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the configurations shown in the figures are block diagrams of only some of the configurations relevant to the present application, and do not constitute a limitation on the devices to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular device may include more or less components than those shown in the figures, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
The processor 102 is configured to run a computer program stored in a memory to implement any of the embodiments of the method for assigning claims based on a surveyor's figure.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the Processor 102 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and the Processor may also be other general-purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field-Programmable Gate arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, and the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the flow of the method implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program instructing associated hardware. The computer program may be stored in a storage medium, which may be a computer-readable storage medium. The computer program is executed by at least one processor in the computer system to implement the flow steps of the embodiments of the method described above.
Accordingly, the present application also provides a storage medium. The storage medium may be a computer-readable storage medium. The storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements any of the embodiments of the method for assigning claims cases based on a surveyor's figure described above.
The storage medium may be a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, which can store various computer readable storage media.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus, device and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, and the division of the unit is only one logical function division, and other division manners may be available in actual implementation. Claims (10)

1. A method for assigning claims cases based on surveyor figures, the method comprising:
acquiring information of surveyors and claim settlement record data related to the surveyors in the claim settlement process;
acquiring a label corresponding to a preset surveyor portrait;
determining the label value of each label according to the information of the surveyor and the claim settlement record data;
forming the surveyor representation from the tags and corresponding tag values;
classifying the surveyors according to the surveyor portrait to obtain the grade classes of the surveyors;
if a claim settlement request is received, obtaining a claim settlement identifier in the claim settlement request, wherein the claim settlement identifier represents the importance degree of a claim settlement case corresponding to the claim settlement request;
determining a class matched with the claim identification according to the claim identification;
and determining a target surveyor from the plurality of surveyors in the determined grade category according to a preset rule, and sending the claim settlement request to the target surveyor.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a tag value for each tag from the survey clerk's information and claims record data comprises:
acquiring a determining mode corresponding to the label value of each label, wherein the determining mode comprises direct acquisition and formula calculation;
if the determination mode corresponding to the label value is direct acquisition, directly acquiring field data corresponding to the label from the information of the surveyor and the claim settlement record data as the label value corresponding to the label;
if the determination mode corresponding to the tag value is formula calculation, acquiring a calculation formula of the tag value, and acquiring field data related to the calculation formula from the information of the surveyor and the claim settlement record data;
and calculating the label value of the label according to the calculation formula and the field data involved in the calculation formula.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
detecting whether a preset time is reached;
if the preset time is reached, acquiring the latest information of the surveyor and the latest claims record data related in the claims processing;
comparing the information and the claim settlement record data of the surveyor obtained last time with the latest information and the latest claim settlement record data of the surveyor to obtain updated data;
updating the tag value of the tag related to the update data according to the update data;
updating the surveyor representation according to the updated tag values; and
and updating the grade category of the surveyor according to the updated surveyor portrait.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said classifying said surveyor based on said surveyor representation to obtain a rank class of said surveyor comprises:
acquiring a preset grade category range;
calculating the comprehensive score of the surveyor according to the label and the label value in the surveyor portrait and a preset label factor;
and classifying the surveyors according to the comprehensive scores and the preset grade category range of the surveyors so as to obtain the grade categories of the surveyors.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said classifying said surveyor based on said surveyor representation to obtain a rank class of said surveyor comprises:
and inputting the surveyor portrait into a preset random forest model, and classifying the surveyor through the preset random forest model to obtain the grade category of the surveyor.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after said classifying said surveyor from said surveyor representation to obtain a rank class of said surveyor, said method further comprises:
and determining the performance grade of the surveyor according to the grade category of the surveyor, and calculating the performance of the surveyor according to the performance grade of the surveyor so as to realize the performance management of the surveyor.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after said forming said surveyor representation from each tag and corresponding tag value, said method further comprises:
and if a surveyor portrait checking request is received, searching the surveyor portrait corresponding to the surveyor identification information according to the surveyor identification information in the checking request and visually displaying.
8. An apparatus for distributing claims based on surveyor's figure, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a data acquisition unit, a data processing unit and a data processing unit, wherein the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring information of surveyors and claim settlement record data related to the surveyors in the claim settlement process;

and the request sending unit is used for determining a target surveyor from a plurality of surveyors of the determined grade categories according to a preset rule and sending the claim settlement request to the target surveyor.
9. A computer device, comprising a memory, and a processor coupled to the memory;
the memory is used for storing a computer program; the processor is configured to execute a computer program stored in the memory to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
