Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
BI is a set of techniques used to help enterprises better utilize data to improve decision quality, and simply it is a process of business, data value applications. The BI report is a report provided by integrating existing data in an enterprise. A BI report is created using a data set that includes a number of different indicators. In an actual business scene, a client needs to know the value of different indexes and help an enterprise operation analysis decision.
Since the BI report can visually display information about the name, value, type, and the like of the used index, the client can subjectively judge the value of the index through the information, or measure the value of the index by combining the access data of the report. An embodiment of the present invention provides an index value measurement method, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the index value measurement method of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the index value measurement method includes:
step S100, determining a current index of a value to be measured, and acquiring category data and data set information of the current index;
after the current index of the value to be measured is determined, index information of the current index can be obtained. The contents contained in the index information are: id (index identification number), name (index name), value (index value), type (index type), and datasetid (data set identification number). Wherein, type includes dim (dimension) and num (numerical value). According to the type information, the current index category data can be obtained.
In the field of big data, an ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) tool is often used to perform a cleaning process on source data to obtain a data set. Different metrics are used when the data sets represent data. The indexes come from a data set, the index information comprises a data set id, and a network request can be sent to the system according to the data set id to obtain the data set information of the current index.
S200, screening out advanced fields using current indexes from the data set information, and marking the advanced fields;
the data set information contains the following contents: id (dataset identification number), name (dataset name), quotaField (index field), advanced field (advanced field).
A data set may contain multiple index fields and high level fields. To determine whether the current index is used in the high-level field, all high-level field ids need to be screened from the data set information. And acquiring the information of the high-level field according to the screened high-level field id.
The contents contained in the information of the high-level fields are: id (high level field identification number), name (high level field name), expression (high level field expression). The expression includes index id, value, and operation used by the high-level field
If the index id of the expression in the information of the high-level field contains the current index id, the current index can be judged to be used in the high-level field.
The expression of the high-level field can reflect the use condition of the high-level field to the index, and the mode for marking the high-level field can be the mode for marking the expression of the high-level field.
Step S300, acquiring an initial report using the data set information in the system, and screening a screened report using the current index or using the marked advanced field from the initial report;
because the purpose of making reports is different, one data set may be used by multiple reports, and to know the use condition of the indexes in the data set in the reports, all the reports to be used in the system need to be obtained first, and the reports to be used are screened.
In the previous step, the data set id is obtained according to the current index information, if the data set information used by the standby report contains the data set id of the current index, the standby report can be judged to use the data set of the current index, and the report is defined as an initial report.
Further, in order to know the use condition of the index in the report, the initial report needs to be screened again to obtain a screened report which directly uses the current index or indirectly uses the current index through a high-level field.
If the index information used by the report contains the current index id, the report can be regarded as directly using the current index; if the information of the high-level fields used by the report contains the marked high-level fields, the report can be regarded as indirectly using the current indexes through the high-level fields. The situation that the current index is directly used and the current index is indirectly used through a high-level field can occur in a report.
Step S400, obtaining the service condition data of the current index in the screened report and the access data of the screened report;
the use of the index in the report can be divided into direct use and indirect use through high-level fields. The reported visitation data is mainly total visitation and latest visitation.
The use condition of the index in the report can reflect the relative importance degree of the index in the report. When the index is directly used in the report, the index is important and needs to be directly presented. When an index is used indirectly in a report through a high level field, the relative importance level indicating the index is low and is presented as part of the high level field.
The access data of the report can reflect the attention degree of the report. The BI report has timeliness, so the total visit amount and the latest visit amount data should be comprehensively considered. The total access amount reflects that the report is concerned, and indexes used in the report have value. The recent access amount indicates that the report is concerned, and the importance degree of indexes used in the report is high. The time period of the last access may depend on the specific service, such as a week, a quarter, a year, etc.
And step S500, respectively weighting the category data, the service condition data and the access amount data according to a preset rule, and calculating the value measurement score of the current index.
The index category is divided into dimension and numerical value, the index use condition is divided into direct use and use in a high-level field, and the report access amount is divided into total access amount and recent access amount.
The index class weight of the dimension class index is set as a1, and the index class weight of the numerical class index is set as a 2. The metric use weight of the metric used in the high-level field is set to b1, and the metric use weight of the metric used directly is set to b 2. And setting the access quantity weight of the report total access quantity to c1, and setting the access quantity weight of the report recent access quantity to c 2.
The process of calculating the current index value measurement score may be: and calculating partial value measurement scores in each report, and accumulating the partial value measurement scores of all the screened reports to obtain a total value measurement score serving as the current index value measurement score.
For example, the entitlement rule is set as follows: a1 is 1, a2 is 2, b1 is 1, b2 is 2, c1 is 1, c2 is 3;
and calculating the value measurement score of the index A according to the weighting rule and the data of the index A in the following table 1.
Table 1:
in this embodiment, according to current index information, category and data set information of the current index is acquired, a high-level field using the current index is screened out from the high-level field of the data set and marked, a report using the data set in a system is acquired, a report using the current index or the marked high-level field is screened out, total visit volume and recent visit volume of the screened report are acquired, and according to a preset rule, index category data, index use condition data and report visit volume data are weighted, and a value measurement score of the current index is calculated. And value measurement is performed on the indexes by using various data closely related to the indexes, and the indexes are visually displayed in a scoring mode, so that a client can be helped to quickly know the value of the current indexes in an actual service scene.
Further, in another embodiment of the method for measuring the value of the index of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, step S100 determines a current index of the value to be measured, and obtains category data and data set information of the current index, including:
step S101, determining a current index of a value to be measured, and acquiring index information of the current index;
in actual business scenarios, BI reports are often used to help enterprises make analytical decisions. When the BI report is made, the data set, the index, the high-level field and the like used by the BI report are determined. The general index name can be visually seen in the BI report, and when the current index of the value to be measured is determined, the current index name can be determined firstly. And acquiring the index information of the current index through the name of the current index.
Step S102, obtaining current index type data according to the index type in the current index information;
the contents contained in the index information are: id (index identification number), name (index name), value (index value), type (index type), and datasetid (data set identification number). Wherein, type includes dim (dimension) and num (numerical value). According to the type information, whether the current index category is dimension or numerical value can be acquired.
Step S103, according to the data set identification number in the current index information, sending a network request to the system, and acquiring the data set information of the current index.
The index is a data set representation data mode, the index information comprises a data set id, and according to the data set id, a network request can be sent to the system to obtain the data set information of the current index.
In this embodiment, the category data and the data set information of the current index can be obtained through the index type and the data set id in the index information, and the process of index value measurement is simplified.
Further, in another embodiment of the method for measuring the value of the index according to the present invention, referring to fig. 4, step S200 is to screen out a high-level field using the current index from the data set information, and mark the high-level field, including:
step S201, screening all high-level fields in the data set information;
the data set information contains the following contents: id (dataset identification number), name (dataset name), quotaField (index field), advanced field (advanced field).
When using data in a dataset, often not only dimension and index data is used directly, but some high-level indices may be used. The high-level index is composed of dimension, numerical value and certain limiting rule. Because the BI report forms are made in different demands, the high-level indexes defined in different report forms are different. Among the fields of the data set, the field containing the high-level index is a high-level field. There may be multiple high-level fields in each dataset.
Step S202, obtaining the information of the high-level field to be used, and screening out the high-level field using the current index according to the index identification number contained in the high-level field expression in the information of the high-level field to be used;
the contents contained in the high-level field information are: id (high level field identification number), name (high level field name), expression (high level field expression). The expression includes index id, value (comparison value), and operation used in the high-level field. For each index used in the high-level field, there is a definition in the expression, which is composed of id, value and operation of the index, and these definitions constitute the restriction rule of the high-level field. If the index id used in the high-level field expression contains the current index id, the high-level field uses the current index and accords with the screening standard.
Step S203, marking the high-level field using the current index.
The expression of the high-level field contains the used index id, the index id is the basis for judging whether the high-level index uses the current index, and the high-level field can be marked by adopting a mode of marking the expression.
In the embodiment, the use of the high-level field containing the current index is also a way to use the current index, and when the use condition of the current index is considered, the accuracy of index value measurement can be increased by combining the direct use and the use of the high-level field.
Further, in another embodiment of the method for measuring index value of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, step S300 obtains an initial report using the data set information in the system, and screens a screened report using the current index or using the marked high-level field in the initial report, including:
step S301, acquiring all reports to be used in the system;
the system comprises various reports, data sets and other different types of data, and all reports in the system need to be acquired as standby reports when the reports using the data sets to which the current indexes belong are screened out.
Step S302, according to the data set information used by the report, screening out an initial report using the data set information from the to-be-used report;
each report is often made using a single data set, while different reports may use the same data set. Even reports made using the same data set will vary due to the different purposes for which the reports are made. And if the data set information used by the report to be used is the data set information, the data set information accords with the screening standard, and the screened report is an initial report using the data set.
Step S303, according to the index information and the information of the high-level fields used by the report, the screened report using the current index or the marked high-level fields is screened from the initial report.
If the index information used by the initial report contains the current index information, the initial report uses the current index. If the information of the high-level field used by the initial report contains the expression of the marked high-level field, the initial report uses the marked high-level field, namely the current index is used in the high-level field. In each initial report, the current indicator may be used both directly and in the high-level fields.
In this embodiment, the initial report using the data set is screened from all the reports to be used, and then the screened report directly using the current index or using the current index in the high-level field is screened from the initial report, so that the efficiency of obtaining the screened report is improved.
Further, in another embodiment of the method for measuring the value of the index according to the present invention, referring to fig. 6, step S500 separately weights the category data, the usage data, and the access data according to a preset rule, and calculates a value measurement score of the current index, including:
step S501, calculating partial value measurement scores of current indexes in each screened report according to the category data, the use condition data, the access amount data and corresponding weighting rules;
after the category of the current index is determined according to the index information of the current index, the service condition data and the access amount data are obtained through the screened reports, and the value measurement score of the current index in each screened report can be obtained by matching with the corresponding weighting rule and is used as the partial value measurement score of the current index.
Step S502, accumulating the partial value measurement scores in all the screened reports to obtain the total value measurement score of the current index, which is used as the value measurement score of the current index of the system.
The partial value measurement scores in each screened report are independent from each other, the partial value measurement scores of all the screened reports are connected in an accumulation mode, and the accumulated result is used as the value measurement score of the current index.
In this embodiment, a partial value measurement score of the current index in each screened report is calculated, then all partial value measurement scores are accumulated to obtain a value measurement score of the current index, and the process of calculating the value measurement score of the current index is divided into reports to be executed, so that the whole calculation process is performed orderly.
Further, in another embodiment of the method for measuring the value of the index according to the present invention, referring to fig. 7, step S501 is to calculate a partial value measurement score of the current index in each of the filtered reports according to the category data, the usage data, the visit amount data and the corresponding weighting rule, including:
step S503, in each screened report, obtaining a category score, a use condition score and a visit amount score respectively according to the category data, the use condition data, the visit amount data and corresponding empowerment rules;
the data used for calculating the current index value measurement score is mainly category data, use condition data and visit amount data, and the results obtained by using the three types of data and the corresponding weighting rules can be defined as the category score, the use condition score and the visit amount score.
And step S504, multiplying the category score, the service condition score and the visit amount score to obtain a partial value measurement score of the current index.
The data used by the category score and the use case score does not contain numerical values, can be regarded as a weight part of the partial value measurement score, the visit amount score contains specific numerical values, and can be regarded as a numerical part of the partial value measurement score, and the weight part and the numerical part are multiplied to obtain the partial value measurement score of the current index.
In this embodiment, the category score, the usage score, and the visit amount score are obtained first, and then the three scores are multiplied to obtain the partial value measurement score of the current index. The method embodies the relationship between the category score, the use case score, the visit amount score and the partial value measurement score of the current index, and simplifies the process of calculating the partial value measurement score.
Further, in another embodiment of the method for measuring index value according to the present invention, referring to fig. 8, step S503 is to respectively weight the category data, the usage data, and the access data in each filtered report according to a preset rule, and calculate a value measurement score of a current index, including:
step S505, setting the weight of the dimension index as a1 and the weight of the numerical index as a 2;
the dimension index includes mostly information of a certain category, a certain description information, and the like, such as a division name and a division type. The numerical class index contains information of specific data, such as age and height.
In an actual service scene, the importance degree of the dimension type index is always lower than that of the numerical type index, and when the two types of indexes are weighted, the proportion interval of a1 and a2 is 1:1-1: 4.
Step S506, if the category of the current index is determined to be dimension based on the category data, the category is classified as a1, and if the category of the current index is determined to be numerical value based on the category data, the category is classified as a 2;
for example, if the current index is gender, a1 is set to 1, a2 is set to 2, and in the index information of the index of gender, the index type is dim, then the category of the current index is dimension, and the category score is 1.
Step S507, setting the weight of the index used in the high-level field to b1, and the weight used directly to b 2;
the index is used in the high-level field, which means that the index is a part of the high-level field, and is an indirect use, for example, if the high-level field is defined as a retired female employee, the two indexes of gender and age are indirectly used in the high-level field. The direct use of the index means that the index is highly important and needs to be directly presented.
In an actual service scene, the importance degree of the index when the index is used in the high-level field is always lower than that of the index when the index is directly used, and when the two index use cases are weighted, the proportion interval of b1 and b2 is 1:1-1: 4.
Step S508, if the current index is determined to be used in the high-level field based on the usage data, the usage score is b1, if the current index is determined to be directly used based on the usage data, the usage score is b2, if the current index is determined to be used in the high-level field as well as directly used based on the usage data, the usage score is b1 plus b 2;
for example, if the current index is age, b1 is set to 1, b2 is set to 1.5, and the age is determined based on usage data to be used in the high-level field "adult college student", then the usage score is 1.
Step S509, setting the weight of the total visit amount to c1 and the weight of the latest visit amount to c 2;
the reported visitation data includes the total visitation and the latest visitation. The total access amount indicates that the report is concerned, the used index has value, and the recent access amount indicates that the report is concerned in a preset time period, so that the importance degree is high.
In an actual business scene, the importance degree of the total access amount is always lower than the latest access amount, and when the two access amounts are weighted, the proportion interval of c1 and c2 is 1:1-1: 4.
Step S510, acquiring the total visit amount and the latest visit amount of the screened report based on the visit amount data, and multiplying the total visit amount by c1 and adding the latest visit amount by c2 to obtain a visit amount score.
For example, c1 is set to be 1, c2 is set to be 3, the total access amount is 100 based on the access amount data, and the latest access amount is 70, so that the access amount score is 100 × 1+70 × 3= 310.
In the embodiment, the index type, the index use condition and the report access amount are respectively weighted and then calculated according to the preset rule, and the weighting rule can be adjusted according to the customer requirements to adapt to the condition in the actual service scene.
Further, in another embodiment of the method for measuring index value according to the present invention, referring to fig. 9, after the step S500 respectively weights the index category data, the index usage data, and the report access data according to a preset rule, and calculates the current index value measurement score, the method further includes:
step S600, outputting a value measurement score report of the current index, wherein the report comprises any one or more of an index information part, a data set information part, a high-level field information part and a report data part, and the value measurement score part.
In the index value measurement score report, the index information part may include any one or more of an index identification number, an index name, an index value, an index type, and a data set identification number. The data set information portion may contain any one or more of a data set identification number, a data set name, a pointer field, and a high level field. The high level field information section may contain any one or more of a high level field identification number, a high level field name, and a high level field expression. The report information section may contain any one or more of a report name, a data set name used by the report, a high level field used by the report, and report visit volume data. The value measurement score part comprises a value measurement score calculation result and can also comprise a value measurement score calculation process.
And after the value measurement score of the current index is calculated, importing various information or data of the current index into each part of the report to generate a value measurement score report of the current index. Each value measurement report can contain a plurality of current indexes, and the information or data of the current indexes can be listed in a mutually independent form or presented in a form of parallel comparison. The file format of the output value measurement score report can be Word, Excel, PDF, TXT and the like.
In this embodiment, outputting the value measurement score report may help the client to understand the process of calculating the value measurement score, and increase the reliability of the calculation result. The value measurement scores of the multiple indexes are combined in one report, so that the client can be helped to quickly compare different values of the multiple indexes, and the comparison time is saved.
