Abstract
本发明公开了一种LED投射灯,包括灯体及与灯体活动连接的悬挂装置,所述灯体包括中空壳体及依次安装在中空壳体内的LED发光组件、散热器、风扇、控制器及驱动电源,所述驱动电源分别与LED发光组件、风扇及控制器电连接,所述中空壳体的外侧壁周向布设有进气槽和排气槽,所述进气槽的设置位置与风扇的进气端相适配,所述排气槽的设置位置与散热器设置位置相适配,所进气槽的进气端口内壁设有一倾斜向上延伸而成的挡板。本发明通过挡板避免部分尘埃直接从外部进入灯体内,防止散热器短期内表面附上大量尘埃,提高灯体使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种射灯,具体涉及一种LED投射灯。
背景技术
在一些展览会馆、舞台以及百货公司橱窗展示柜等地方都会使用投射灯提供照明及产品光效效果。由于 LED 光源具有较好的亮度,使用寿命长,逐渐应用在了投射灯上。LED发光时热量难以适时散发,散热效果不佳容易造成LED光源损坏,减少投射灯的使用寿命。现有的LED投光灯在长期使用后,尘埃容易从进气口进入灯体内的散热器上,降低散热效果。另外,因此,为了避免现有技术中存在的缺点,有必要对现有技术做出改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺点与不足,提供一种散热效果好的LED投射灯。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种LED投射灯,包括灯体及与灯体活动连接的悬挂装置,所述灯体包括中空壳体及依次安装在中空壳体内的LED发光组件、散热器、风扇、控制器及驱动电源,所述驱动电源分别与LED发光组件、风扇及控制器电连接,所述中空壳体的外侧壁周向布设有进气槽和排气槽,所述进气槽的设置位置与风扇的进气端相适配,所述排气槽的设置位置与散热器设置位置相适配,所进气槽的进气端口内壁设有一倾斜向上延伸而成的挡板。
其中,所述悬挂装置包括U型支架、挂钩及连接U型支架和挂钩的转动连杆,所述U型支架的两开口端分别通过螺杆与灯体转动连接。
本发明的有益效果:相对于现有技术,本发明的通过挡板避免部分尘埃直接从外部进入灯体内,防止散热器短期内表面附上大量尘埃,提高灯体使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示本发明的一种LED投射灯,包括灯体及与灯体活动连接的悬挂装置,所述灯体包括中空壳体1及依次安装在中空壳体1内的LED发光组件2、散热器3、风扇4、控制器5及驱动电源,所述驱动电源分别与LED发光组件2、风扇4及控制器5电连接,所述中空壳体1的外侧壁周向布设有进气槽6和排气槽7,所述进气槽6的设置位置与风扇4的进气端相适配,所述排气槽7的设置位置与散热器3设置位置相适配,所进气槽6的进气端口内壁设有一倾斜向上延伸而成的挡板。通过挡板可以避免部分尘埃直接从外部进入灯体内,防止散热器3短期内表面附上大量尘埃,提高灯体使用寿命。控制器5可控制LED发光组件2实现多种发光效果,适用多种使用环境。
为了提高安装方便性,所述悬挂装置包括U型支架8、挂钩9及连接U型支架8和挂钩9的转动连杆10,所述U型支架8的两开口端分别通过螺杆与灯体转动连接。
其中,中空壳体1的外侧壁可设有两对安装孔,可采用塑料头螺杆,使用时可根据需要更换使用的一对安装孔,防止安装孔打滑影响使用效果。

1.一种LED投射灯,其特征在于:包括灯体及与灯体活动连接的悬挂装置,所述灯体包括中空壳体(1)及依次安装在中空壳体(1)内的LED发光组件(2)、散热器(3)、风扇(4)、控制器(5)及驱动电源,所述驱动电源分别与LED发光组件(2)、风扇(4)及控制器(5)电连接,所述中空壳体(1)的外侧壁周向布设有进气槽(6)和排气槽(7),所述进气槽(6)的设置位置与风扇(4)的进气端相适配,所述排气槽(7)的设置位置与散热器(3)设置位置相适配,所进气槽(6)的进气端口内壁设有一倾斜向上延伸而成的挡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED投射灯,其特征在于:所述悬挂装置包括U型支架(8)、挂钩(9)及连接U型支架和挂钩(9)的转动连杆(10),所述U型支架(8)的两开口端分别通过螺杆与灯体转动连接。
