背景技术
目前随着节能减排的发展趋势, LED ( Light Emitting Diode, 发光二极管) 以其节能环保、 发光效率高、 寿命长等特点, 得到越来越广泛的应用, 由于其 工作时产生的热量较少,发光效率较高,被视为冷光源,大有取代传统白炽灯、 荧光灯的趋势。
现有的 LED路灯的结构一般是由路灯外壳、 电源、 LED光源、 散热器、 灯罩等部分组成,其中 LED光源又包括电路板、焊接在电路板上的 LED颗粒、 配光透镜等。
但是, 目前的 LED路灯通常是采用单一的灯模块, 所有的 LED颗粒通常 是装在一个灯壳中, 因此一旦灯壳中的某一部件故障 (如 LED颗粒开路、 驱 动电路故障等), 经常会导致整个 LED路灯无法工作, 使用寿命短。 并且, 在 维修和维护时, 需要将 LED路灯整体拆下, 因此导致维修和维护成本高、 操 作繁瑣的问题。

本发明的目的是提供一种易于拆装的 LED照明装置,以解决现有的 LED路 灯维修和维护成本高、 拆装操作繁瑣的问题。

依照本发明较佳实施例所述的 LED照明装置,每个 LED光源模块还包括 散热器, 散热器的基座与电路板相连。

相对于现有技术, 本发明的有益效果是: 本发明的 LED照明装置采用多 个 LED光源模块的结构, 若单个或部分 LED光源模块损坏时, 只需对损坏的 LED 光源模块进行维修或更换, 无需要对整体维修, 因此节约了材料成本, 也延长了整灯的使用寿命。 并且, LED 光源模块是采用滑槽或挂钩的连接方 式, 拆装极为方便, 可以在现场进行维修或维护, 不用将整灯拆下返送厂家维 修, 节约了维修成本, 同时也不会影响照明装置的正常使用。
当然, 实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优 点。

以下结合附图, 具体说明本发明。
实施例一
请参见图 1 , 其为本发明易于拆装的 LED照明装置的一种安装示意图。 本实施例的 LED照明装置主要是由固定梁 11和分设在固定梁 11两侧的八个 LED光源模块 12组成。 固定梁 11可以是挤压拉伸而成, 优选采用铝合金材 料。 其截面为" U"型, 内部有小的伸出壁, 用于固定电源 31。 固定梁 11上端 开口, 并以顶板 15作为盖板。 顶板 15与固定梁 11之间可以通过滑槽结构安 装。 本实施例中, 顶板 15与固定梁 11接触的两条边线, 优选其中一边上有与 固定梁 11相匹配的滑槽结构且形成转轴, 顶板 15可绕着该轴线转动, 另一边 通过螺钉或其他方式固定在固定梁 11上。 固定梁 11的两侧打孔若干, 孔数目 与 LED光源模块 12的数目相同, 用于走线。

安装时,先将电源 31安装固定到固定梁 11中, 并从两侧的孔中拉出电源 线, 再将 LED光源模块 12—个一个滑入滑槽 14, 分别连接电源线, 并固定 在固定梁 11上。根据照明装置功率要求以及使用要求, 可以在固定梁 11的两
侧分别滑入 LED光源模块 12,也可以在固定梁的单侧滑入 LED光源模块 12。 可以根据工作场合的功率要求, 选择不同数目的 LED光源模块 12, 并截取相 匹配安装长度的固定梁 11。 最后, 安装灯杆并盖上顶板 15。 如图 2所示, 其 为本实施例安装完成后的易于拆装的 LED照明装置的示意图。
由于每个 LED光源模块 12分别与电源 31连接, 因此每个 LED光源模块
12都形成有各自独立的回路, 可以进行单独的拆装。 所以当单个 LED光源模 块 12损坏时, 只需要将损坏的 LED光源模块 12从固定梁 11上卸下并更换, 无须对其它的 LED光源模块 12进行拆卸, 无工具操作, 方便快捷, 可以极大 的节约维修和维护成本。 并且, 由于 LED光源模块 12与固定梁 11是采用滑 槽结构的连接方式, 因此拆装时极为方便, 可以在现场进行维修。
下面介绍单个 LED光源模块 12的结构, 请参见图 3 , 此 LED光源模块 12包括电路板、 透光单元、 散热器 41、 连接件 42和装饰框 43。 电路板、 透 光单元和散热器 41固定连接在一起, 电路板上设置有若干 LED颗粒, 透光单 元覆盖在电路板的 LED颗粒上, 散热器 41的基座与电路板相连。 装饰框 43 包覆在电路板、 透光单元和散热器 41的外部, 使得 LED光源模块 12外形更 加美观, 并通过卡扣 45与电路板、 透光单元和散热器 41相连。 散热器 41的 边沿位置设置有凹槽 44, 连接件 42的相应位置滑入凹槽 44中, 然后通过螺 钉或弹片定位锁紧。 连接件 42的另一侧设置有滑槽, 其可简易拆卸地安装到 固定梁 11上。 实施例二

本实施例的易于拆装的 LED照明装置, 其 LED光源模块中, 装饰框 43 可以与其它部件(如散热器 41、 电路板) 的金属部份做成一体, 并通过挂钩 的方式一一挂接到固定梁 11上, 然后在固定梁 11内用一个螺钉锁紧, 或者在 固定梁 11和 LED光源模块的挂钩 72位置之间设置弹片 81来实现 LED光源 模块的定位(弹片 81的设置位置如图 8所示)。 该弹片可用弹簧钢制成。 其它 结构与实施例三相同。 本发明的 LED照明装置采用多个 LED光源模块的结构, 若单个或部分 LED光源模块损坏时, 只需对损坏的 LED光源模块的部件进行维修或更换, 无需要对整体维修, 因此节约了材料成本, 也延长了整灯的使用寿命。 并且, LED 光源模块采用滑槽或挂钩的方式连接到固定梁上, 拆装极为方便, 可以
在现场进行维修或维护, 不用将整灯拆下返送厂家维修, 节约了维修成本, 同 时也不会影响照明装置的正常使用。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例,但本发明并非局限于此,任何 本领域的技术人员能思之的变化, 都应落在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims
1、 一种易于拆装的 LED照明装置, 其特征在于, 包括一固定梁(11 )和 至少二个 LED光源模块 ( 12 ), 每个 LED光源模块 ( 12 ) 又包括一电路板及 一透光单元, 所述电路板上设置有若干 LED颗粒, 所述透光单元覆盖在所述 电路板的 LED颗粒上,且所述 LED光源模块以滑槽或挂钩的方式可拆卸地连 接在所述固定梁(11 )上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的易于拆装的 LED照明装置, 其特征在于, 所述每 个 LED光源模块 ( 12 )还包括一散热器 ( 41 ), 所述散热器 ( 41 )的基座与所 述电路板相连。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的易于拆装的 LED照明装置, 其特征在于, 所述
LED光源模块(12 )与所述固定梁(11 )通过一螺钉或弹片锁紧定位。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的易于拆装的 LED照明装置, 其特征在于, 所述每 个 LED光源模块( 12 ) 以挂钩的方式连接到所述固定梁( 11 )上, 并利用一 弹片将所述 LED光源模块 ( 12 )与所述固定梁 ( 11 )定位连接, 其中, 所述 弹片设置在所述 LED光源模块 ( 12 ) 与所述固定梁 ( 11 )挂接的位置。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的易于拆装的 LED照明装置, 其特征在于, 所述每 个 LED光源模块 ( 12 )还包括一连接件 ( 42 ), 其与所述散热器( 41 ) 固定连 接, 并可拆卸地安装在所述固定梁(11 )上。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的易于拆装的 LED照明装置, 其特征在于, 所述连 接件(42 )与所述散热器(41 )通过滑槽结构固定, 再通过螺钉定位锁紧。
7、如权利要求 2至 6任一项所述的易于拆装的 LED照明装置, 其特征在 于, 所述每个 LED光源模块(12 )还包括一装饰框(43 ), 所述装饰框(43 ) 下表面镂空并开设有窗口, 且所述装饰框(43 )通过卡扣结构与所述电路板、 透光单元和散热器(41 )相连。
8、如权利要求 2至 6任一项所述的易于拆装的 LED照明装置, 其特征在 于, 所述每个 LED光源模块(12 )还包括一装饰框(43 ), 所述装饰框(43 ) 下表面镂空并开设有窗口, 且所述装饰框(43 ) 与所述电路板和 /或所述散热 器(41 ) 的金属部分做成一体。
9、如权利要求 2至 6任一项所述的易于拆装的 LED照明装置, 其特征在
于, 所述每个 LED光源模块 ( 12 )还包括一装饰框(43 )和一固定边框, 所 述固定边框覆盖在所述透光单元外部, 且所述装饰框(43 )与所述固定边框做 成一体。
