Preferably, the roller cover plate 45 is a waist-shaped plate, and the length of the roller cover plate 45 and the length of the waist-shaped plate of the hinge shaft 42 are both smaller than the length of the waist-shaped groove on the fixed hinge seat 41.
Preferably, two roller assemblies 44 are provided per set, both arranged perpendicular to the wall, one on each side of the hinge axis 42.
Preferably, the roller assembly 44 includes rollers and a cage, and the rollers are spaced apart in the cage to form a strip-shaped structure and are disposed in the strip-shaped grooves.

then, installing a hinge:
s5, first, the movable hinge base 46 is pre-fixed on the door leaf 1 by using a fixing bolt, and the hinge shaft 42 with the two bearings 43 at the lower part is placed in the movable hinge base 46;
s6, mounting the fixed hinge base 41 on the door frame from the upper part, and adjusting the relative position of the fixed bolt in the mounting process to realize accurate alignment with the movable hinge base 46;
s7, the bearing 43 at the upper part is placed in the roller cover plate 45, and then is connected with the hinge shaft 42 through the roller cover plate 45 by bolts, and is fixed on the top of the fixed hinge base 41, completing the installation of the door leaf 1.
