Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel single-leaf protective airtight door for an entrance, which is used for realizing rapid opening and closing and protective airtight of the door under the condition of no threshold, and has reliable sealing and strong shock resistance.

As shown in fig. 2, a schematic structural view of a single door security seal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a door frame assembly 1, a door leaf 2, a latch assembly 3, and a bottom sealing mechanism 4. The door frame assembly 1 comprises a side door frame 11, an upper door frame 12 and a lower door sill 13 which are arranged through screw fixation, wherein locking holes are formed in the side door frame 11 and the lower door sill 13 and used for accommodating a lock head of the locking assembly 3. The second speed reducer 44 is connected with the lower lock 41 through a transmission assembly, and comprises a vertical second driving rod 45, wherein the second driving rod 45 comprises a second screw sleeve 451, one end of which is connected with the second speed reducer 44, and a second vertical screw 452, which is inserted into the other end of the second screw sleeve 451 and provided with external threads matched with the second screw sleeve 451, and the second vertical screw 452 is connected with the center of a transverse second driving rod 46 through a fixed joint 35. The two ends of the second transmission rod 46 are connected with the lower lock 41 in a hanging way. Thus, the output end of the second speed reducer 44 drives the second screw sleeve 451 to rotate, drives the second vertical screw 452 of the second driving rod 45 to stretch relative to the second screw sleeve 451, and drives the lower lock 41 to extend or retract toward the lower threshold 13. The seal beam 42 is provided at the bottom of the door 2, and a through lock cylinder 421 is welded to the seal beam 42 at a position corresponding to the lower lock 41. The lower lock 41 has a first pin hole, the lock sleeve 421 has a second pin hole, and the pin shaft 43 sequentially passes through the first pin hole and the second pin hole to fixedly connect the lower lock 41 to the lock sleeve 421, thereby relatively fixing the sealing beam 42 to the lower lock 41 and being movable in a vertical direction along with the lower lock 41. The inner panel 24 of the door leaf, which is close to the sealing beam 42, is provided with a reinforcing hook 6 for limiting the relative position of the sealing beam 42 and the inner panel 24 of the door leaf, ensuring the sealing between the bottom sealing mechanism 4 and the door leaf 2, and sharing the impact force born by the lock head under the condition of larger shock wave load. The base 61 of the reinforcing hook 6 is connected to the door inner panel 24 by bolts, and the bottom surface of the base 61 is not lower than the bottom surface of the lock base 411. The lower door sill 13 has a locking hole (not shown) into which the lower lock 41 protruding from the lock cylinder 421 is inserted and withdrawn by the driving of the second speed reducer 44, thereby locking or unlocking the door leaf 2 with respect to the lower door sill 13.
In order to achieve the sealing of the door leaf, as shown in fig. 3, an adhesive strip assembly 25 is provided on the door leaf inner panel 24. The adhesive tape assembly 25 comprises an omega-shaped sealing adhesive tape 251 arranged at the upper and lower edges of the door inner panel 24 and on one side close to the side door frame 11, a pressing plate 252 is arranged at the edge of the upper surface of the omega-shaped sealing adhesive tape 251, and a plurality of long screws 253 penetrate through the pressing plate 252 and the omega-shaped sealing adhesive tape 251 to fasten the door. Preferably, the bottom surface of the lower lock 41 (as shown in fig. 3) adopts an inclined plane design, and when the lower lock 41 gradually enters the locking hole on the lower threshold 13, the sealing beam 42 is driven to move towards the door leaf 2, so that the sealing between the door leaf 2 and the omega-shaped sealing rubber strip 251 is extruded. When the door leaf is closed, the upper adhesive tape, the side adhesive tape and the door frame are tightly pressed, and the lower adhesive tape and the sealing beam 42 are tightly pressed, so that the door leaf is sealed.
The specific structure of the omega-shaped sealing strip 251 on the lower edge of the door inner panel 24 and the sealing beam 42 press fit when the door is closed is shown in fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a partial sectional view in the direction a-a of fig. 2, which is provided with a first sealing flap 422 on the side close to the door leaf 2, which first sealing flap 422 extends perpendicularly to and connects the two wings of the sealing beam 42. A long flat steel 423 is welded to the side of the first sealing panel 422 facing the door 2. When the sealing beam 42 moves downwards to a given position along with the lower lock 41, the strip flat steel 423 presses the omega sealing rubber strip 251 at the lower edge of the door leaf inner panel 24 to form a seal, so that the door leaf 2 is sealed relative to the bottom sealing mechanism 4.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the bottom structure of the single-leaf protective airtight door of the doorway shown in fig. 2, and in order to achieve the side sealing of the sealing beam, a side sealing glue block 111 and a side edge 425 are provided between the side door frame 11 and the sealing beam 42. A second sealing baffle 112 extending vertically is welded on the side door frame 11, and the side sealing glue block 111 is fixed at the joint of the side door frame 11 and the lower door sill 13 through the second sealing baffle 112 and screws. The protruding portions of the two sealing beams 42 near one ends of the side door frames are formed as side edges 425, and when the sealing beams 42 move downward to a predetermined position along with the lower lock 41, the side edges 425 press and compress the side sealing glue blocks 111 to form a seal, thereby realizing the bottom sealing of the door leaf 2 relative to the side door frames 11.
