The sliding device for the cabinet and the furniture provided by the invention is described in the following with reference to the attached drawings. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a cabinet according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is an exploded view of a sliding device for furniture according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the sliding device of the furniture according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a top view of fig. 3. Fig. 5 is an enlarged view of the area a of fig. 4.
For clarity, fig. 1 shows only a cabinet 10 including one cabinet. The number of cabinets contained in the cabinet, the number of cabinets using sliding doors, and the number of cabinets opened by other methods (such as drawers, doors, etc.) are not limited thereto. The cabinet provided by the invention can be a combination of cabinets in any form.
The sliding apparatus for furniture provided by the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 5. The sliding device of the furniture at least comprises a cabinet body 1, a sliding door 3, a first magnetic element 41 and a limiting magnetic element 5.
The cabinet 1 comprises an open end 11, and a first side 111 and a second side 112 opposite to the open end 11 are provided with sliding rails 2. The cabinet is shown as a rectangular parallelepiped, the invention is not limited thereto, and other cabinet shapes are also within the protection scope of the invention. In the present embodiment, the slide rail 2 is, for example, a metal slide rail.
The sliding door 3 comprises a third side 31 and a fourth side 32 which are oppositely arranged, and the third side 31 and the fourth side 32 are provided with sliding chutes 33 which are respectively adapted to the sliding tracks 2. Specifically, the shape of the sliding door 3 is adapted to the shape of the open end 11 of the cabinet 1, so that the third side 31 and the fourth side 32 are respectively opposite to the first side 111 and the second side 112, and the corresponding sliding groove 33 slides along the corresponding sliding track 2.
The first magnetic element 41 is disposed at least at one end of the third side surface 31 and/or the fourth side surface 32 of the sliding door 3. In some embodiments, the first magnetic element 41 is disposed at one end of the third side surface 31 of the sliding door 3 to cooperate with the position-limiting magnetic element 5 to achieve position limitation at one end. In some embodiments, the first magnetic elements 41 are disposed at two ends of the third side surface 31 of the sliding door 3 to cooperate with the position-limiting magnetic element 5 to achieve bidirectional position limitation. In some embodiments, the first magnetic element 41 may be disposed at the same end of the third side 31 and the fourth side 32 to enhance the limiting effect of the end. In some embodiments, the first magnetic element 41 may be disposed at different ends of the third side 31 and the fourth side 32 to achieve bidirectional limiting at different ends. In some embodiments, the first magnetic element 41 may be disposed at two ends of the third side 31 and the fourth side 32 to enhance the bi-directional limiting. The present invention can realize different positions of the first magnetic element 41, and these different positions are all within the protection scope of the present invention. In some embodiments of the present invention, the first magnetic element 41 is a magnet.
The limiting magnetic element 5 is rotatably arranged on the cabinet body 1. In some embodiments, the limiting magnetic element 5 is rotatably disposed on the cabinet 1 through a rotating shaft screw 6, which is not limited to this, and other rotatable connection manners are within the scope of the present invention. In some embodiments of the present invention, the position-limiting magnetic element 5 is a position-limiting iron sheet.
When the sliding groove 33 of the sliding door 3 moves to the position limiting position along the sliding track 2 in the first direction, one end of the magnetic limiting element 5 is attracted by the first magnetic element 41, and the magnetic limiting element 5 rotates to the position limiting the movement of the sliding door 3 in the third direction. When the sliding groove 33 of the sliding door 3 moves from the limit position along the sliding track 2 in a second direction, which is opposite to the first direction, the sliding door 3 pushes one end of the limit magnetic element 5 to rotate in a fourth direction, which is opposite to the third direction, so as not to hinder the movement of the sliding door 3. Specifically, the limiting position is determined by the position of the limiting magnetic element 5, and the position of the limiting magnetic element 5 can be adjusted according to cabinets of different sizes, so that the limiting position is adjusted.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the sliding door 3 includes a first groove 34, and the first groove 34 is disposed at a position corresponding to the first magnetic element 41, so that when one end of the limiting magnetic element 5 is attracted by the first magnetic element 41, one end of the limiting magnetic element 5 is embedded in the first groove 34, thereby limiting the movement of the sliding groove 33 of the sliding door 3 along the sliding track 2.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cabinet 1 includes a second groove 12, and the second groove 12 is disposed opposite to the first groove 34, so that when the sliding door 3 pushes one end of the position-limiting magnetic element 5 to rotate in the fourth direction, one end of the position-limiting magnetic element 5 is embedded in the second groove 12, so that the position-limiting magnetic element 5 does not hinder the sliding slot 33 of the sliding door 3 from moving along the sliding track 2.
In some embodiments of the present invention, since only one end of the position-limiting magnetic element 5 is embedded in the first groove 34, so as to block the movement of the sliding chute 33 of the sliding door 3 along the sliding track 2, and the position-limiting magnetic element 5 needs to be completely embedded in the second groove 12 so as not to block the movement of the sliding chute 33 of the sliding door 3 along the sliding track 2, the opening area of the first groove 34 may be set smaller than the opening area of the second groove 12, so as to achieve the determination of an accurate position-limiting position.
In some embodiments of the invention, the furniture glide may further include a second magnetic element 42. The second magnetic element 42 is disposed at least one end of the first side 111 and/or the second side 112 of the cabinet 1, and is opposite to the first magnetic element 41. In other words, the number of the second magnetic elements 42 corresponds to the number of the first magnetic elements 41, and the arrangement position of the second magnetic elements 42 corresponds to the arrangement position of the first magnetic elements 41. The present invention is not limited to this 2. When the sliding groove 33 of the sliding door 3 moves from the limit position along the sliding track 2 in the second direction, the sliding door 3 pushes the limit magnetic element 5, and one end of the limit magnetic element 5 is attracted by the second magnetic element 4 to rotate in the fourth direction. In some embodiments, the second magnetic element 4 may be a magnet. In some embodiments, the second magnetic element 4 may be received within said second recess 12.
The above description is only for exemplary illustration of the embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can implement many modifications without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and these modifications are within the protection scope of the present invention, and are not described herein again.
