As an embodiment of the indirect connection between the lock cylinder assembly 1 and the transmission mechanism 3, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the lock cylinder assembly 1 and the transmission mechanism 3 are indirectly connected through the pick assembly 2. The plectrum assembly 2 comprises a fixed shaft 203, a lock head plectrum 201, a plectrum retainer ring 207, a fastening nut 205 and a nut cotter pin 206; the fixed shaft 203 is arranged on the door leaf 5 and can provide an installation position; the lock pick 201 is rotatably connected with the fixed shaft 203, one end of the lock pick is hinged with the transmission mechanism 3, the other end of the lock pick is sleeved on the locking head 102 of the lock assembly 1, and the locking head 102 can be pulled so as to enable the locking head 102 to move horizontally; the shifting block retainer ring 207 is arranged on the fixed shaft 203, is connected with the lock head shifting block 201, and can limit the lock head shifting block 201 in the axial direction of the fixed shaft 203; the fastening nut 205 is arranged on the fixed shaft 203, is in threaded connection with the fixed shaft 203, is connected with the shifting sheet retainer ring 207, and can limit the shifting sheet retainer ring 207; the nut cotter pin 206 is attached to the fastening nut 205, and can lock the fastening nut 205.
Preferably, the lock pick 201 is further provided with a limiting device which can abut against the lock assembly 1 during action to prevent the return spring 103 from being excessively compressed to reduce the fatigue life. The limiting device comprises a limiting bolt and a limiting nut, the limiting bolt is in threaded connection with the lock head shifting piece 201, and the limiting nut is in threaded connection with the limiting bolt and can lock the limiting bolt. During installation, the longest translational distance of the locking head 102 during action can be adjusted by adjusting the extension length of the limit bolt on the lock head plectrum 201, so that the maximum compression amount of the return spring 103 during use can be adjusted.
Meanwhile, in order to improve the motion precision of the lock head shifting piece 201 and reduce the abrasion, as shown in the figure, a shifting piece copper sleeve 202 is arranged at the rotatable connection part of the lock head shifting piece 201 and the fixed shaft 203. In order to adjust the length of the lock pick 201 from the inner surface of the door leaf 5, in the invention, pick adjusting gaskets 204 are arranged on two sides of the lock pick 201, and the pick adjusting gaskets 204 are arranged on the fixed shaft 203 and can adjust the position of the lock pick 201, so that the lock pick 201, the locking head 102 and the transmission mechanism 3 can act in a plane, and the operation is smooth and labor-saving.
It should be noted that, in the hinge connection of the present invention, the movable rod head 303 and the rotating arm plate 301, the lock pick 201 and the fixed rod head, and the locking head 102 and the fixed rod head are connected in series by the pin when hinged, and then are locked on the pin by the cotter (the cotter is shown by the short line segment in fig. 3, fig. 4, and fig. 7), so as to realize the hinge connection.

The embodiments disclosed above are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive. All changes which come within the scope of or equivalence to the invention are intended to be embraced therein.

Claims (10)

1. A lockout device, comprising:
the lock comprises a base, a handle, a transmission mechanism and a lock head assembly;
the base and the lock head assembly are arranged on the door leaf; the handle is mounted on the base; the transmission mechanism is respectively connected with the handle and the lock head assembly.
2. The lockout device of claim 1, wherein:
the base comprises a first mounting plate, a second mounting plate and a shaft sleeve;
the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are respectively mounted on the inner side and the outer side of the door leaf; the shaft sleeve is arranged in the door leaf, one end of the shaft sleeve penetrates through the first mounting plate and is fixedly connected with the first mounting plate, and the other end of the shaft sleeve penetrates through the second mounting plate and is fixedly connected with the second mounting plate.
3. The lockout device of claim 1, wherein:
the handles comprise a first outer handle, a second outer handle and an inner handle; the first outer handle and the second outer handle are respectively connected with the inner handle, and the inner handle is installed in the base and is rotatably connected with the base.
4. A latch defined by claim 3 wherein:
the inner handle is rotatably connected with the base through a bearing;
the inner handle is provided with a polygonal end part which is inserted into the first outer handle; a positioning screw is arranged on the first outer handle and connected with the polygonal end part;
preferably, two ends of the inner handle are respectively rotatably connected with the base through the bearings;
the end part of the polygon is a regular polygon, and a taper is arranged along the axis direction;
and a bearing retainer ring and a retainer ring nut are arranged between the polygonal end part and the bearing, the bearing retainer ring is connected with the bearing, and the retainer ring nut is connected with the bearing retainer ring.
5. The lockout device of claim 1, wherein:
the lock head assembly comprises a locking seat, a locking head and a return spring;
the locking seat is arranged on the door leaf; the locking head is arranged in the locking seat and is in sliding fit with the locking seat; the reset spring is arranged in the locking seat, one end of the reset spring is connected with the locking seat, and the other end of the reset spring is connected with the locking head;
preferably, a locking gasket is arranged between the locking seat and the door leaf, and the locking gasket is used for adjusting the installation position of the locking seat;
a locking copper sleeve is arranged in the locking seat and is in sliding fit with the locking head;
one end of the locking head is a wedge-shaped end, and the wedge-shaped end is used for being inserted into the lock hole.
6. The lockout device of claim 5, wherein:
the locking head is provided with a guide key, and the guide key is in sliding fit with the locking seat and is used for providing sliding guide for the locking head;
and an oil cup is arranged on the locking seat and is used for injecting oil between the locking seat and the locking head.
7. The lockout device of claim 1, wherein:
the transmission mechanism comprises a rotating arm plate arranged on the handle and a connecting rod connected with the rotating arm plate;
the rotating arm plate comprises a first opening and a second opening, the handle is inserted into the first opening, one end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the second opening, and the other end of the connecting rod is directly or indirectly connected with the lock head assembly; one or more connecting rods are arranged and correspond to the lock head assemblies one by one;
preferably, the number of the connecting rods is an even number not less than 2; half of the connecting rods are positioned above the handle, and the other half of the connecting rods are positioned below the handle; the connecting rod above the handle and the connecting rod below the handle are distributed in a central symmetry manner with respect to the first opening.
8. The lockout device of claim 7, wherein:
the connecting rod comprises a rod body, a movable rod head and a rod head nut;
the rod body is in threaded connection with the movable rod head; the rod head nut is arranged on the rod body and connected with the movable rod head;
preferably, one end of the rod body is in threaded connection with the movable rod head, and the other end of the rod body is provided with a fixed rod head;
the movable rod head or the fixed rod head is hinged with the second opening.
9. A latch defined by any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein:
the lock head assembly is hinged with the transmission mechanism.
10. A latch defined by any one of claims 1 to 8 further comprising:
the transmission mechanism is connected with the lock head assembly through the plectrum assembly;
the shifting piece assembly comprises a fixed shaft, a lock head shifting piece, a shifting piece retainer ring, a fastening nut and a nut split pin;
the fixed shaft is arranged on the door leaf and used for providing an installation position; the lock head shifting piece is rotatably connected with the fixed shaft, one end of the lock head shifting piece is hinged with the transmission mechanism, and the other end of the lock head shifting piece is sleeved on the lock head assembly; the shifting piece retainer ring is arranged on the fixed shaft and connected with the lock head shifting piece, and the fastening nut is arranged on the fixed shaft and connected with the shifting piece retainer ring; the nut cotter pin is mounted on the fastening nut;
preferably, the lock head plectrum is further provided with a limiting device which is used for abutting against the lock head assembly during action, the limiting device comprises a limiting bolt and a limiting nut, the limiting bolt is in threaded connection with the lock head plectrum, and the limiting nut is in threaded connection with the limiting bolt;
a shifting sheet copper sleeve is arranged at the rotatable connection part of the locking head shifting sheet and the fixed shaft;
and the two sides of the lock head shifting piece are provided with shifting piece adjusting gaskets which are arranged on the fixed shaft.
