Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental geotechnical engineering, and particularly relates to a tenon-and-mortise type backing layer fixing device for a landfill.
Background
The sanitary landfill is the most common garbage disposal technology in the world, and adopts necessary site protection treatment means and reasonable landfill structure on the basis of scientific site selection so as to reduce and eliminate the influence of the garbage on the environment, especially on the pollution of underground water bodies to the maximum extent. Particularly, in economically developed countries, garbage burning is greatly reduced from the viewpoints of health, environmental protection and low carbon, and the proportion of sanitary landfill treatment is obviously increased after 2000 years. Along with the increasing importance of people on sanitary landfill sites, the process flow, facility construction and operation management of refuse landfill are more and more environment-friendly, strict and standard.
In municipal sanitary landfills, a liner system must be provided to prevent leachate from penetrating into the ground and causing contamination of the groundwater. The liner layer comprises geomembrane and geotextile. The geomembrane is a flexible waterproof geosynthetic material, has high seepage-proofing coefficient and good chemical stability, can resist corrosion of strong acid, alkali and oil, is a good anticorrosive material, has good heat resistance and cold resistance, and has long service life. The geotextile is used for protecting the geomembrane and preventing the geomembrane from being punctured by a hard object. The continuous accumulation and compaction of the waste during the landfill process, and the action of the landfill vehicle, will create tension in the bedding layer. To prevent shifting and excessive deformation of the liner layer, the fixing is typically made at the top of the slope or at the platform of the segmented slope. In order to prevent the seepage-proofing function of the liner layer from being damaged, the liner layer can not be fixed by adopting a penetrating mode such as a rivet except the edge. At present, in municipal solid waste landfill sites, concrete pouring type fixing methods are applied more, and generally a rectangular groove is excavated first, and a liner layer is poured and fixed in the groove by cement concrete. The traditional concrete pouring and fixing method needs to reinforce the side wall and the bottom surface of the groove in the construction process, so that the engineering quantity is large, the concrete on the liner layer needs to be maintained, and the construction period is long. In addition, if the liner layer under the concrete is damaged, the concrete pouring body needs to be broken in maintenance and reinforcement, and the engineering quantity is large.
