清理落叶装置,包括:外壳,吸风口、碳钢可塑吸管、曲管、集装箱和压缩箱,所述外壳内部设有两个腔体,其中一个是集装箱、一个是压缩箱;所述压缩箱从上至下依次设有压力感应器、折叠压板、金属滚筒、普通切割刀片、升降装置和凹槽套圈,所述凹槽套圈下端四个角设有金属柱条,所述凹槽套圈上端四个角设有滚动轴承和金属电熔丝;所述集装箱表面设有碳钢可塑吸管,所述碳钢可塑吸管另一端设有吸风口,所述集装箱上端设有螺旋刀片,所述螺旋刀片下端设有漏斗,所述漏斗与曲管连接,所述集装箱底面设有电动机,所述电动机转动轴设有扇叶,本发明占用空间小,结构简单,成本低,使用方便。

技术领域:
本发明属于清理落叶领域,具体涉及清理落叶装置。
背景技术:
落叶总是扫了又落,如果清扫不干净、不彻底就会使环卫工人的任务更繁重,给城市市容也带来了影响。现在大多数是人工清扫落叶再用垃圾车收集,然而落叶收集后因为没有经过处理会使垃圾箱很快被填满,更换次数多给工人造成不便。因此我们需要去解决落叶的收集及处理问题。
发明内容:
为解决上述技术问题,本发明清理落叶装置,包括:外壳,吸风口、碳钢可塑吸管、曲管、集装箱和压缩箱,所述外壳内部设有两个腔体,其中一个是集装箱、一个是压缩箱;
所述压缩箱一端侧面下端设有机械臂通孔,另一侧面上端设有曲管通孔,所述机械臂通孔设有抓夹,所述抓夹一端垂直设有机械臂,另一端在压缩箱上方,所述曲管通孔与曲管连接,所述压缩箱从上至下依次设有压力感应器、折叠压板、金属滚筒、普通切割刀片、升降装置和凹槽套圈,所述凹槽套圈下端四个角设有金属柱条,所述凹槽套圈上端四个角设有滚动轴承和金属电熔丝;
所述集装箱表面设有碳钢可塑吸管,所述碳钢可塑吸管另一端设有吸风口,所述集装箱上端设有螺旋刀片,所述螺旋刀片下端设有漏斗,所述漏斗与曲管连接,所述集装箱底面设有电动机,所述电动机转动轴设有扇叶。
进一步技术方案,所述扇叶上端设有网罩。

如图所示,清理落叶装置,包括:外壳,吸风口1、碳钢可塑吸管2、曲管3、集装箱20和压缩箱19,所述外壳内部设有两个腔体,其中一个是集装箱20、一个是压缩箱19,
所述压缩箱19一端侧面下端设有机械臂通孔,另一侧面上端设有曲管通孔,所述机械臂通孔设有抓夹13,所述抓夹13一端垂直设有机械臂12,所述机械臂12为L形,另一端在压缩箱19上方,所述曲管通孔与曲管3连接,所述压缩箱19从上至下依次设有压力感应器17、折叠压板11、金属滚筒10、普通切割刀片7、升降装置8和凹槽套圈9,所述凹槽套圈9下端四个角设有金属柱条16,所述凹槽套圈9上端四个角设有滚动轴承14和金属电熔丝15
所述集装箱20表面设有碳钢可塑吸管2,所述碳钢可塑吸管2另一端设有吸风口1,所述集装箱20上端设有螺旋刀片6,所述螺旋刀片6下端设有漏斗4,所述漏斗4与曲管3连接,所述集装箱20底面设有电动机5,所述电动机5转动轴设有扇叶18,所述扇叶18上端设有网罩,通过扇叶18的旋转把树叶吸入清理落叶装置。
工作原理:接通电源后,扇叶18将落叶通过吸风口1进入集装箱20进行螺旋刀片6搅碎,由漏斗4和曲管3将搅碎后的落叶导入压缩箱内的打包袋中,当体积达到一定时,压力感应器使折叠压板11下降进行压缩,折叠压板11退出后,升降装置8运作将凹槽套圈9上升做打包袋上部分的封口,完成压缩打包,机械臂12运作通过抓夹13将打包好的落叶从压缩箱19内取出来。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述技术手段所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征等同替换所组成的技术方案。本发明的未尽事宜,属于本领域技术人员的公知常识。

1.清理落叶装置,其特征在于,包括:外壳,吸风口、碳钢可塑吸管、曲管、集装箱和压缩箱,所述外壳内部设有两个腔体,其中一个是集装箱、一个是压缩箱;
所述压缩箱一端侧面下端设有机械臂通孔,另一侧面上端设有曲管通孔,所述机械臂通孔设有抓夹,所述抓夹一端垂直设有机械臂,另一端在压缩箱上方,所述曲管通孔与曲管连接,所述压缩箱从上至下依次设有压力感应器、折叠压板、金属滚筒、普通切割刀片、升降装置和凹槽套圈,所述凹槽套圈下端四个角设有金属柱条,所述凹槽套圈上端四个角设有滚动轴承和金属电熔丝;
所述集装箱表面设有碳钢可塑吸管,所述碳钢可塑吸管另一端设有吸风口,所述集装箱上端设有螺旋刀片,所述螺旋刀片下端设有漏斗,所述漏斗与曲管连接,所述集装箱底面设有电动机,所述电动机转动轴设有扇叶。
