Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile, in particular to an enzyme preparation for refining cotton fabrics, a refining method and a refining device.
Background
Cotton has many consumers due to its unique characteristics of moisture absorption, air permeability, heat retention, etc. However, due to the wetting property of the cotton fibers affected by the companion of the cotton fibers and the impurities attached during the spinning and weaving process of the cotton fibers, the cotton fabrics are generally subjected to pretreatment processing.
The traditional cotton fabric pretreatment process usually adopts the processes of desizing, scouring, bleaching, mercerizing and the like which have violent chemical reactions, and has the disadvantages of severe production conditions, long process route, high energy consumption, serious environmental pollution and large fabric loss. The cotton fiber is pretreated by enzyme, the processing conditions are milder than those of a chemical method, the energy consumption is low, and the waste is easy to treat. Because the enzyme has specificity and high efficiency, the enzyme has unique advantages when being used for wet processing of textiles by adopting biocatalysis. In the aspect of textile treatment, the enzyme can obviously improve the appearance and the hand feeling of cotton fabrics and can replace part of chemical raw materials such as acid, alkali, chlorine, phosphorus compounds and the like, thereby reducing pollution, generating no or little sewage and being beneficial to environmental protection and ecology.
The wetting property of the cotton fabric can be successfully improved by the synergistic effect of the cellulase and the pectinase. The pectin is decomposed, and simultaneously, the cellulose in the primary cell wall is decomposed, so that the aim of fully removing impurities on the surface of the cotton fiber is fulfilled. Meanwhile, the two enzymes are applied simultaneously, so that the surface of the treated fabric has less hairiness, becomes smooth and clean and has the biological polishing effect.
At present, cellulase and pectinase have the defects of high cost, excessive use of chemical reagents and the like in industrial application.
