the composite spinneret plate is simultaneously provided with trilobal spinneret orifices and hollow spinneret orifices, the number ratio of the trilobal spinneret orifices to the hollow spinneret orifices is 75:25, all the spinneret orifices are distributed in concentric circles, and the trilobal spinneret orifices are positioned on the circle of the outermost circle; the included angle ratio of the center lines of the three leaves of the same trilobal spinneret orifice is 1.0:2.5:2.7, the widths of the three leaves are equal, the length ratio of the two leaves forming the largest included angle to the other leaf is 1:1:1.5, and the length ratio of the shortest leaf to the width is 2.9: 1; the three leaves of different trilobal spinneret orifices have the same shape and size; the central line of each blade between the minimum included angle and the maximum included angle of each trilobal spinneret orifice passes through the center of the concentric circle and points away from the center of the concentric circle;

Claims (8)

1. A preparation method of rabbit hair-imitated PBT fiber is characterized by comprising the following steps: extruding a PBT melt from spinneret orifices on a composite spinneret plate, cooling by adopting circular blowing, preparing FDY filaments according to an FDY process, and performing relaxation heat treatment to obtain the rabbit hair-like PBT fiber;
the composite spinneret plate is simultaneously provided with trilobal spinneret orifices and hollow spinneret orifices, all the spinneret orifices are distributed in concentric circles, and the trilobal spinneret orifices are positioned on the outermost circle;
the included angle ratio of the center lines of the three leaves of the same trilobal spinneret orifice is 1.0: 1.4-2.5: 1.6-3.7, the widths of the three leaves are equal, the length ratio of the two leaves forming the largest included angle to the other leaf is 1:1:1.5, and the ratio of the length of the shortest leaf to the width is 2.5-3.5: 1; the three leaves of different trilobal spinneret orifices have the same shape and size;
the central line of the blade between the minimum included angle and the maximum included angle of each trilobal spinneret orifice passes through the center of the concentric circle and points to deviate from the center of the concentric circle.
2. The preparation method of the rabbit hair-imitated PBT fiber according to claim 1, wherein the intrinsic viscosity of the PBT melt is 1.12-1.25 dL/g.

The preparation method of the rabbit hair-imitated PBT fiber according to claim 2, wherein the parameters of the FDY process are as follows: the spinning temperature is 270-280 ℃, the cooling temperature is 20-25 ℃, the cooling air speed is 1.80-2.30 m/s, the one-roller speed is 1800-2000 m/min, the one-roller temperature is 60-70 ℃, the two-roller speed is 3300-3500 m/min, the two-roller temperature is 125-130 ℃, and the winding speed is 3230-3410 m/min.
4. The preparation method of the rabbit hair-like PBT fiber according to claim 1, wherein the number ratio of the trilobal spinneret orifices to the hollow spinneret orifices is 70:30 to 80: 20.
5. The preparation method of the rabbit hair-like PBT fiber according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the relaxation heat treatment is 90-120 ℃ and the time is 20-30 min.

The rabbit hair-like PBT fiber prepared by the preparation method of the rabbit hair-like PBT fiber according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which is characterized in that: the three-dimensional crimping structure is composed of a plurality of PBT monofilaments with trilobal cross sections and a plurality of PBT monofilaments with hollow cross sections.
7. The rabbit hair-like PBT fiber according to claim 6, wherein the rabbit hair-like PBT fiber has a crimp shrinkage of 28 to 32%, a crimp stability of 80 to 85%, a shrinkage elongation of 77 to 82%, and a crimp elastic recovery of 79 to 84%.
