Claims (10)

1. A preparation method of moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps: the raw materials are cotton fiber and textured yarn fully drawn yarn; the process flow is as follows: weaving on machine → preshaping → pretreatment → dyeing → softening → open-width sizing;

the preparation process of the textured yarn fully drawn yarn is as follows:
in the process of preparing the round sheath-core composite fiber from the high-viscosity PET and the low-viscosity PET according to the FDY process, changing the spinneret orifices on the spinneret plate from round to trilobal, cooling by circular blowing, controlling the arrangement of the trilobal spinneret orifices on the spinneret plate to meet certain conditions to prepare FDY filaments, and performing relaxation heat treatment on the FDY filaments to obtain textured yarn fully drawn filaments;
the length ratio of three leaves of the same trilobal spinneret orifice is 1.0: 1.1-1.4: 2.0-2.5, the width ratio of the corresponding three leaves is 1.5:1.5:1, the length ratio of the shortest leaf to the width ratio is 2.5-3.5: 1, and the included angle of the central lines of two adjacent leaves is 120 degrees; the shapes and the sizes of different trilobal spinneret orifices are the same;
the certain conditions are as follows: all the trilobal spinneret orifices are distributed in concentric circles, and the center line of the longest leaf of each trilobal spinneret orifice passes through the circle center and points to the circle center;
the textured yarn fully drawn yarn has a twisted configuration and a three-dimensional crimp configuration.
2. The method for preparing the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabric according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the high-viscosity PET to the low-viscosity PET is 50: 50.

The preparation method of the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabric according to claim 2, wherein the intrinsic viscosity of the high-viscosity PET is 0.75-0.80 dL/g, and the temperature of a spinning manifold corresponding to the high-viscosity PET is 285-290 ℃; the intrinsic viscosity of the low-viscosity PET is 0.50-0.55 dL/g, and the temperature of a spinning box corresponding to the low-viscosity PET is 280-283 ℃.

The preparation method of the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabric according to claim 3, wherein the parameters of the FDY process are as follows: the spinning temperature is 283-286 ℃, the cooling temperature is 23-25 ℃, the network pressure is 0.20-0.30 MPa, the first roller speed is 2300-2450 m/min, the first roller temperature is 90-95 ℃, the two roller speed is 4200-4400 m/min, the two roller temperature is 160-180 ℃, and the winding speed is 4130-4320 m/min.
5. The preparation method of the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabric according to claim 4, wherein the temperature of the relaxation heat treatment is 90-120 ℃ and the time is 20-30 min.

The method for preparing moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabric according to claim 5, wherein the textured yarn fully drawn yarn is composed of a plurality of high-viscosity PET/low-viscosity PET sheath-core composite monofilaments with a trilobal cross section, an imaginary circle is drawn around the center of the trilobal shape, the part of the trilobal, which is overlapped with the imaginary circle, is the core layer, and the rest is the sheath layer.
