The invention relates to a preparation method of a PET/PBT same-plate mixed filament yarn, which comprises the steps of extruding PET and PBT from trilobal spinneret orifices and C-shaped spinneret orifices on a composite spinneret plate, cooling by circular blowing, and carrying out relaxation heat treatment according to an FDY process to obtain the PET/PBT same-plate mixed filament yarn; PET corresponds to the trilobal spinneret orifices, PBT corresponds to the C-shaped spinneret orifices, and all the spinneret orifices are distributed in concentric circles; the prepared PET/PBT same-plate mixed filament yarn has a three-dimensional curling shape and consists of a plurality of PET monofilaments with trilobal cross sections and a plurality of PBT monofilaments with C-shaped cross sections; the PET/PBT same-plate combined filament yarn has the crimping shrinkage rate of 40-43%, the crimping stability of 83-88%, the shrinkage elongation of 73-77% and the crimp elastic recovery of 88.5-92.6%; the breaking strength is more than or equal to 2.8cN/dtex, and the elongation at break is 35.0 +/-3.5%.

Advantageous effects

(3) the PET/PBT same-plate combined filament yarn disclosed by the invention has good moisture absorption quick-drying property and fluffiness, and is wide in application range.

(1) firstly, extruding PET (intrinsic viscosity is 0.58dL/g) and PBT (intrinsic viscosity is 1.2dL/g) with the mass ratio of 50:50 from different spinneret holes on a composite spinneret plate, wherein the different spinneret holes are trilobal spinneret holes and C-shaped spinneret holes with the number ratio of 60:40, the PET corresponds to the trilobal spinneret holes, the PBT corresponds to the C-shaped spinneret holes, all the spinneret holes are distributed in concentric circles, and the trilobal spinneret holes are positioned on the circle at the outermost circle;
wherein, trilobal spinneret orifice is divided into two types:
the length ratio of three leaves of the first type of trilobal spinneret orifices is 1.0:1.4:2.5, the width ratio of the corresponding three leaves is 1.5:1.5:1, the length ratio of the shortest leaf to the width ratio is 3.5:1, and the included angle of the central lines of the two adjacent leaves is 120 degrees;

(1) firstly, extruding PET (intrinsic viscosity is 0.55dL/g) and PBT (intrinsic viscosity is 1.17dL/g) with the mass ratio of 50:50 from different spinneret holes on a composite spinneret plate, wherein the different spinneret holes are trilobal spinneret holes and C-shaped spinneret holes with the number ratio of 65:35, the PET corresponds to the trilobal spinneret holes, the PBT corresponds to the C-shaped spinneret holes, all the spinneret holes are distributed in concentric circles, and the trilobal spinneret holes are positioned on the circle at the outermost circle;
wherein, trilobal spinneret orifice is divided into two types:
the length ratio of three leaves of the first type of trilobal spinneret orifices is 1.0:1.3:2.3, the width ratio of the corresponding three leaves is 1.5:1.5:1, the length ratio of the shortest leaf to the width ratio is 2.5:1, and the included angle of the central lines of the two adjacent leaves is 120 degrees;
the length ratio of three leaves of the second type of trilobal spinneret orifice is 1.0:2.0:2.5, two long leaves are not equal in length, the width ratio of the corresponding three leaves is 1.5:1:1, the length ratio of the shortest leaf to the width ratio is 3.5:1, and the included angle of the central lines of two adjacent leaves is 120 degrees;

(3) carrying out relaxation heat treatment on the FDY filaments at the temperature of 99 ℃ for 22min to obtain PET/PBT same-plate mixed filament yarns;
the prepared PET/PBT same-plate mixed filament yarn has a three-dimensional curling shape and consists of a plurality of PET monofilaments with trilobal cross sections and a plurality of PBT monofilaments with C-shaped cross sections; the PET/PBT same-plate combined filament has the crimping shrinkage of 42 percent, the crimping stability of 84 percent, the shrinkage elongation of 74 percent and the crimp elastic recovery of 91.6 percent; the breaking strength of the PET/PBT same-plate combined filament yarn is 3.03cN/dtex, the elongation at break is 31.5%, and the total titer is 90 dtex.

wherein, trilobal spinneret orifice is divided into two types:

the prepared PET/PBT same-plate mixed filament yarn has a three-dimensional curling shape and consists of a plurality of PET monofilaments with trilobal cross sections and a plurality of PBT monofilaments with C-shaped cross sections; the PET/PBT same-plate combined filament yarn has the crimp shrinkage rate of 41 percent, the crimp stability of 85 percent, the shrinkage elongation of 75 percent and the crimp elastic recovery rate of 90.8 percent; the breaking strength of the PET/PBT same-plate combined filament yarn is 3.05cN/dtex, the elongation at break is 32%, and the total titer is 90 dtex.
Claims (8)
1. A preparation method of PET/PBT same-plate mixed filament yarn is characterized by comprising the following steps: extruding PET and PBT from different spinneret orifices on a composite spinneret plate, cooling by adopting circular blowing, preparing FDY filaments according to an FDY process, and performing relaxation heat treatment on the FDY filaments to obtain PET/PBT same-plate mixed filament filaments;
different spinneret orifices are trilobal spinneret orifices and C-shaped spinneret orifices, PET corresponds to the trilobal spinneret orifices, PBT corresponds to the C-shaped spinneret orifices, all the spinneret orifices are distributed in concentric circles, and the trilobal spinneret orifices are positioned on the outermost circle;
trilobal orifices fall into two categories:
the length ratio of three leaves of the first type of trilobal spinneret orifices is 1.0: 1.1-1.4: 2.0-2.5, the width ratio of the corresponding three leaves is 1.5:1.5:1, the length ratio of the shortest leaf to the width ratio is 2.5-3.5: 1, and the included angle of the central lines of two adjacent leaves is 120 degrees;
the length ratio of three leaves of the second type of trilobal spinneret orifice is 1.0: 1.5-2.0: 2.0-2.5, the two long leaves are not equal in length, the width ratio of the corresponding three leaves is 1.5:1:1, the length-width ratio of the shortest leaf is 2.5-3.5: 1, and the included angle of the central lines of the two adjacent leaves is 120 degrees;

the FDY process includes the parameters: the cooling wind speed is 1.8-2.3 m/s, and the cooling temperature is 20-25 ℃;
the PET/PBT same-plate mixed filament yarn has a three-dimensional curling shape and consists of a plurality of PET monofilaments with trilobal cross sections and a plurality of PBT monofilaments with C-shaped cross sections.
2. The method for preparing the PET/PBT co-plate combined filament yarn according to claim 1, wherein the number ratio of the trilobal spinneret orifices to the C-shaped spinneret orifices is 60:40 to 70: 30.
3. The method for preparing the PET/PBT co-plate combined filament yarn according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of PET to PBT is 50: 50.

The preparation method of the PET/PBT co-plate combined filament yarn as claimed in claim 1, wherein the intrinsic viscosity of PET is 0.50-0.58 dL/g, the temperature of a spinning box corresponding to PET is 275-280 ℃, the intrinsic viscosity of PBT is 1.00-1.20 dL/g, and the temperature of a spinning box corresponding to PBT is 260-265 ℃.

The preparation method of the PET/PBT co-plate combined filament yarn according to claim 4, characterized in that other parameters of the FDY process are as follows: the spinning temperature is 270-276 ℃, the one-roll speed is 2000-2200 m/min, the one-roll temperature is 70-80 ℃, the two-roll speed is 2800-3000 m/min, the two-roll temperature is 145-150 ℃, the network pressure is 0.4-0.45 MPa, the network speed is 40-43/m, and the winding speed is 2730-2910 m/min.
6. The preparation method of the PET/PBT co-plate combined filament yarn according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the relaxation heat treatment is 90-120 ℃ and the time is 20-30 min.
7. The preparation method of the PET/PBT co-sheet combined filament yarn as claimed in claim 1, wherein the PET/PBT co-sheet combined filament yarn has a crimp shrinkage of 40-43%, a crimp stability of 83-88%, a shrinkage elongation of 73-77%, and a crimp elastic recovery of 88.5-92.6%.
8. The preparation method of the PET/PBT co-plate combined filament yarn as claimed in claim 1, wherein the breaking strength of the PET/PBT co-plate combined filament yarn is more than or equal to 2.8cN/dtex, the elongation at break is 35.0 +/-3.5%, and the total fineness is 75-150 dtex.
