Abstract
The invention discloses a production method and a structure of a spring mattress, wherein an outer layer cloth, flame-retardant fibers and an inner layer cloth are sequentially stacked and quilted to obtain a composite cloth; cutting the composite cloth into the upper surface, the lower surface and the side surfaces of the mattress; sewing the upper surface, the lower surface and the side surface into a mattress outer cover; the surface of the spring cushion is coated with viscose, and then the mattress cover is sleeved on the spring cushion and is surrounded. The structure comprises a filling layer, a surface layer coated on the periphery of the filling layer, and a flame-retardant layer arranged between at least one surface of the filling layer and the surface layer; the filling layer is a spring pad, the surface of the spring pad is fixed with the surface layer through adhesive, and the flame-retardant layer is made of flame-retardant fibers and connected to the inner side of the surface layer through quilting. The invention quilts the fire-retardant fiber on the surface of the mattress directly, which can improve the structure stability, and in the subsequent working procedure, the spring cushion does not need to be overturned for many times, thus saving the working procedure time and improving the production efficiency and quality of the mattress.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mattresses, in particular to a production method and a structure of a spring mattress.
Background
A mattress is an article used between the human body and the bed in order to ensure that consumers get a healthy and comfortable sleep. The mattress is made of various materials, and mattresses made of different materials can bring different sleeping effects to people. Mattresses on the market today are usually provided with a fire resistant layer inside the mattress, taking into account the safety of the mattress during use.
The production method of the existing mattress with the flame-retardant layer is that the flame-retardant layer is firstly coated on an inner container (such as sponge, spring cushion, palm fiber, latex and the like), then the outer skin is coated on the periphery of the flame-retardant layer, the inner container needs to be turned over for many times in the production process, and the production efficiency is low and the quality is poor.

The inner layer cloth is non-woven fabric.
The grammage of the nonwoven fabric is 25 grams.
The structure of the spring mattress comprises a filling layer, a surface layer and a flame-retardant layer, wherein the surface layer is coated on the periphery of the filling layer; the filling layer is a spring pad, the surface of the spring pad is fixed with the surface layer through adhesive, and the flame-retardant layer is made of flame-retardant fibers and connected to the inner side of the surface layer through quilting.
The surface layer is made of knitted air layer single-sided jacquard cloth, knitted air layer double-sided jacquard cloth, woven big jacquard cloth, sandwich mesh cloth, woven linen-like cloth, woven drop-cast cloth, polypropylene filament non-woven cloth, woven all-cotton canvas, warp-knitted embossed cloth or stitch-knitted non-woven cloth.
The surface layer is provided with a zipper.
The surface comprises the upper side or/and the lower side of the filling layer.
The surface also includes sides of the fill layer.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention directly quilts the flame-retardant fiber on the surface of the mattress, can improve the structural stability between the flame-retardant fiber and the mattress, does not need to turn over the spring mattress for many times in the subsequent spring mattress sleeving process, can save the process time, and finally can improve the production efficiency and the quality of the mattress.

Detailed Description
In order to further explain the technical solution of the present invention, the present invention is explained in detail by the following specific examples.
The invention relates to a production method of a spring mattress, which comprises the following steps:

The inner layer cloth is non-woven fabric.
The gram weight of the non-woven fabric is 25 g, so that the cost can be reduced.
The structure of the spring mattress shown in fig. 1 can be produced by the method, and comprises a filling layer 1, a surface layer 2 coated on the periphery of the filling layer 1, and a flame retardant layer 3 arranged between at least one surface of the filling layer 1 and the surface layer 2, wherein the filling layer 1 is a spring pad, the surface of the spring pad and the surface layer 2 are fixed by viscose, and the flame retardant layer 3 is made of flame retardant fibers and is connected to the inner side of the surface layer 2 by quilting.
The surface layer 2 is made of knitted air layer single-sided jacquard cloth, knitted air layer double-sided jacquard cloth, woven big jacquard cloth, sandwich mesh cloth, woven linen-like cloth, woven drop-cast cloth, polypropylene filament non-woven cloth, woven all-cotton canvas, warp-knitted embossed cloth or stitch-knitted non-woven cloth.
The surface layer 2 is provided with the zipper 4, so that the surface layer 2 is conveniently sleeved on the sponge pad and packaged.
The surface includes the upper side or/and the lower side of the filling layer 1.
The surface also includes the side surfaces of the filling layer 1.
Through the scheme, the quilting machine can directly quilt the flame-retardant fibers on the surface of the mattress, can improve the structural stability between the mattress and the mattress, does not need to turn over the spring mattress for many times in the subsequent process of sleeving the spring mattress, can save the process time, and can finally improve the production efficiency and the quality of the mattress.

1. A production method of a spring mattress is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, sequentially laminating and quilting outer-layer cloth, flame-retardant fiber and inner-layer cloth to obtain composite cloth;
step 2, cutting the composite cloth into the upper surface, the lower surface and the side surfaces of the mattress;
step 3, sewing the upper surface, the lower surface and the side surface into a mattress outer cover;
and 4, coating adhesive on the surface of the spring pad, and sleeving the mattress outer cover on the spring pad and surrounding the spring pad.
2. A method of manufacturing a box spring mattress according to claim 1, characterized in that:

the surface layer is provided with a zipper.

the surface comprises the upper side or/and the lower side of the filling layer.

the surface also includes sides of the fill layer.
