The movable supporting member 242 comprises a first cylinder 2421, a movable supporting rod 2422 and a driving bearing 2423, the first cylinder 2421 is fixed on the rack 1, the top end of a piston rod of the first cylinder 2421 is movably connected with one end of the movable supporting rod 2422 through a second pin shaft 2424, the movable supporting rod 2422 is in an L-shaped structure, a turning part of the movable supporting rod 2422 is movably connected with the rack 1 through a sixth pin shaft 2425, the other end of the movable supporting rod 2422 is movably connected with the driving bearing 2423, and the driving bearing 2423 is located in the bearing groove 2321 of the driven gear 232;
in a specific application scenario, the movable supporting member 242, the connecting plate 233 and the first pin shaft 235 are connected with the driven gear 232 divided into two halves, so that the driven gear 232 is opened and closed. It should be noted that, in order to open and close the driving gear 231, the power source of the driving gear is the piston rod of the first cylinder 2421.

In a specific application scenario, the guide rail grooves 2511 are located on the left and right inner side surfaces of the tape holder 251.
The rotation of the tape motor 252 causes the tape screw 255 to rotate, and the tape screw 255 is in threaded connection with the tape holder 253, so that the tape holder 253 moves linearly up and down in the guide rail slot 2511 of the tape holder 251.
The adhesive tape 257 is a spiral disc-shaped structure and is composed of a base material and an adhesive, wherein only one surface of one side of the base material is coated with a layer of adhesive, and the surface of the other side of the base material is not coated with the adhesive.
The tape guide member 254 is configured to guide the tapes 257 fixed on the tape trays 256 to the pressure winding module 27, and includes a guide frame 2541 and a guide plate 2542, wherein the guide frame 2541 is an inverted door-shaped frame structure, the upper ends of the left and right sides of the guide frame 2541 are respectively provided with a stop 25411, the guide frame 2541 is installed in the guide rail groove 2511, the lower end of the guide frame 2541 is fixedly connected to one end of the guide plate 2542, the cross section of the guide plate 2542 is a U-shaped structure, and the number of the guide plates 2542 is the same as the number of the tape trays 256.
In a specific application scenario, the tape module 25 is mainly used for: one of which provides a source of strapping material for the coils to be strapped, i.e., tape 257, and the other of which is relatively loose between the plate 256 and the tape guide 254 prior to strapping of the coils to be strapped, but with the coils to be strapped being strapped, a length of tape 257 will be used away, thereby making the tape 257 relatively taut. However, the tape 257 needs to be relaxed again in preparation for the next bundling.

The working principle of the second conveying module 42 is as follows: after the incense stick to be bundled is poured into the upper port of the slow incense bucket 421 of the second conveying module 42 by the incense stick hanging hook 415 of the first conveying module 41, the incense stick to be bundled slides from the upper port of the slow incense bucket 421 onto the upper baffle 422, at this time, the piston rod of the third air cylinder 424 contracts inwards to enable the upper baffle 422 to move backwards, so that the incense stick to be bundled slides onto the lower baffle 423 through the upper baffle 422, and at this time, the piston rod of the fourth air cylinder 425 contracts inwards to enable the lower baffle 423 to move backwards, so that the incense stick to be bundled slides onto the third conveying module 43 through the lower baffle 423.

The control assembly comprises a control cabinet, and a PLC, a touch screen, a relay, an electromagnetic valve, a contactor and a circuit breaker which are positioned in the control cabinet, wherein the PLC is respectively and electrically connected with the photoelectric switch, the touch screen and the relay through connecting wires, the relay is respectively and electrically connected with the contactor and the electromagnetic valve through connecting wires, and the electromagnetic valve is respectively and electrically connected with an air pump 6, the first air cylinder 2421, the second air cylinder 274, the third air cylinder 424, the fourth air cylinder 425, the fifth air cylinder 432, the sixth air cylinder 435, the seventh air cylinder 437 and the eighth air cylinder 261 through air source pipes; the contactor is electrically connected with the circuit breaker.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of high binding efficiency and low breakage rate.

the gear module (23) comprises a driving gear (231), a driven gear (232), a connecting plate (233) and a fragrance clamping component (234), wherein the driving gear (231) is fixed on the gear shaft (21), the driving gear (231) is meshed with the driven gear (232), the driven gear (232) is divided into two identical halves, a bearing groove (2321) and a fragrance clamping hole are formed in the driven gear (232), the bearing groove (2321) is respectively located on the left side surface and the right side surface of the driven gear (232), and the central axis of the fragrance clamping hole is coincident with the central axis of the driven gear (232);
the connecting plates (233) are respectively fixed on the left side surface and the right side surface of the two halves of the driven gear (232), and the connecting plates (233) on the same side surface are movably connected through a first pin shaft (235), so that the driven gear (232) with the two halves equally divided is opened or closed by taking the first pin shaft (235) as a rotation center;

the movable supporting member (242) comprises a first air cylinder (2421), a movable supporting rod (2422) and a driving bearing (2423), the first air cylinder (2421) is fixed on the rack (1), the top end of a piston rod of the first air cylinder (2421) is movably connected with one end of the movable supporting rod (2422) through a second pin shaft (2424), the movable supporting rod (2422) is of an L-shaped structure, a turning part of the movable supporting rod (2422) is movably connected with the rack (1) through a sixth pin shaft (2425), the other end of the movable supporting rod (2422) is movably connected with the driving bearing (2423), and the driving bearing (2423) is located in the bearing groove (2321) of the driven gear (232);
the adhesive tape module (25) comprises an adhesive tape support (251), an adhesive tape motor (252), an adhesive tape tray frame (253) and an adhesive tape guide component (254), wherein:
the adhesive tape support (251) is of a door-shaped frame structure and is fixed on the rack (1), a guide rail groove (2511) is formed in the adhesive tape support (251), the adhesive tape motor (252) is fixed on the upper portion of the adhesive tape support (251), the adhesive tape motor (252) is connected with an adhesive tape screw (255) through a coupler, the adhesive tape screw (255) is in threaded connection with the upper end of the adhesive tape rack (253), the adhesive tape rack (253) is of a rectangular frame structure, the left side and the right side of the adhesive tape rack (253) are located in the guide rail groove (2511), a plurality of adhesive discs (256) are arranged at the lower end of the adhesive tape rack (253), and an adhesive tape (257) is fixed on the adhesive discs (256);
the adhesive tape guide component (254) is used for guiding the adhesive tape (257) fixed on the adhesive disc (256) to the pressure winding module (27), and comprises a guide frame (2541) and guide plates (2542), the guide frame (2541) is of an inverted door type frame structure, the upper ends of the left side and the right side of the guide frame are respectively provided with a stop block (25411), the guide frame (2541) is installed in the guide rail groove (2511), the lower end of the guide frame (2541) is fixedly connected with one end of each guide plate (2542), the cross section of each guide plate (2542) is of a U-shaped structure, and the number of the guide plates (2542) is the same as that of the adhesive disc (256);

the pressing and winding module (27) is used for pressing and winding the adhesive tape (257) onto a joss stick to be bundled, the pressing and winding module (27) comprises a pressing and winding bearing seat (271), a pressing and winding frame (272) and a pressing and winding push rod (273), the winding bearing seat is fixed on the left side and the right side of the rack (1), the central axis of the pressing and winding bearing seat (271) is overlapped with the central axis of the driven gear (232), two ends of the pressing and winding frame (272) are movably connected with the pressing and winding bearing seat (271) through pressing and winding bearings, the pressing and winding frame (272) is of a crankshaft structure, a pressing and winding groove (2721) is formed in the pressing and winding frame (272), a second air cylinder (274) is fixed on the pressing and winding frame (272), the top end of a piston rod of the second air cylinder (274) is fixedly connected with the pressing and winding push rod (273), and the pressing and winding push rod (273) is of a door-shaped frame structure, the left side and the right side of the pressing and winding push rod (273) are installed in the pressing and winding groove (2721), so that the pressing and winding push rod (273) moves in the pressing and winding groove (2721) along with the second air cylinder (274), pressing blocks (2731) and trip blocks (2732) are arranged on the pressing and winding push rod (273), the number of the pressing blocks (2731) is equal to that of the rubber discs (256), soft elastic bodies (27311) are arranged on the pressing blocks (2731), the number of the trip blocks (2732) is equal to that of the gear modules (23), the trip blocks (2732) are inserted into tooth grooves of the driven gear (232) when a piston rod of the second air cylinder (274) extends outwards, and the pressing and winding frame (272) rotates along with the driven gear (232).
2. Strapping assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the number of gear modules (23) is not less than two.
3. The strapping assembly according to claim 1, wherein a central axis of the clip fixing block (2341) coincides with a central axis of the clip hole and is located outside the clip hole and inside the bearing groove (2321).

The strapping assembly according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive tape holder (253) is composed of a left bar (2531), an upper bar (2532), a right bar (2533) and a lower bar (2534), the left bar (2531) and the right bar (2533) are respectively placed in the guide rail groove (2511) and can move up and down in the guide rail groove (2511), the upper bar (2532) is in threaded connection with the adhesive tape screw (255), and the adhesive tape disc (256) is disposed on the lower bar (2534).
5. The strapping assembly in accordance with claim 1 wherein the flexible elastomer (27311) is not limited to sponge or rubber.
6. A string incense binding machine, characterized in that the machine comprises a containing assembly (3), a conveying assembly (4), a control assembly, and a binding assembly (2) according to any one of claims 1-5 and the machine frame (1), wherein:
the containing assembly (3) is used for containing the joss sticks to be bundled to make the joss sticks loose and tidy, and comprises a vibration module (31) and a lifting module (32), the vibration module (31) comprises a vibration base (311) and an eccentric wheel (312), and a vibration guide rail (313) and a vibration motor (314) which are fixed on the frame (1), the vibration guide rails (313) are a pair and are distributed in bilateral symmetry, a plurality of vibration bearings (315) fixed on the vibration base (311) are arranged in the vibration guide rails (313), so that the vibration base (311) makes reciprocating linear motion on the vibration guide rail (313), the vibration base (311) is connected with the eccentric wheel (312) through a vibration connecting rod (316), the eccentric wheel (312) is movably connected with the rack (1), and the eccentric wheel (312) is connected with the vibration motor (314) through a vibration chain;
the lifting module (32) comprises a lifting disc (321), a lifting motor (322), a lifting connecting rod (323) and a photoelectric switch, wherein the lifting disc (321) is used for containing the joss sticks to be bundled and comprises a left baffle plate (3211), a right baffle plate (3212), a fixed base plate (3213) and a movable base plate (3215), the left baffle plate (3211) and the right baffle plate (3212) are respectively fixed at the left side and the right side of the rack (1), the fixed base plate (3213) is fixed on the vibration base (311), the fixed base plate (3213) is movably connected with the movable base plate (3215) through a third pin shaft (3216), the lifting motor (322) is fixed on the rack (1) and is connected with a lifting screw rod through a coupler, the lifting screw rod is in threaded connection with one end of the lifting connecting rod (323), and the other end of the lifting connecting rod (323) is fixed on the movable base plate (3215), the photoelectric switch is fixed on the left baffle plate (3211) or the right baffle plate (3212), and is used for monitoring whether the front end of the fixed bottom plate (3213) is provided with a joss stick to be bundled;

7. The incense stick strapping machine of claim 6, wherein the fixed base plate (3213) is formed with a base plate hole (32131), the base plate hole (32131) is formed at a front end of the fixed base plate (3213), and the base plate hole (32131) has a U-shaped configuration.
8. The string incense binding machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the lifting plate (321) further comprises a plurality of partitions which are parallel to the left and right shutters (3211, 3212) and divide the lifting plate (321) into a plurality of pieces.
