Abstract
The invention discloses a quick-release type windshield wiper arm assembly which comprises a windshield wiper arm (1), a swing arm shaft and a locking nut (2), wherein the swing arm shaft comprises a shaft body (3) and a shaft seat (4), the windshield wiper arm is connected with the shaft body through the locking nut, the shaft body is connected with the shaft seat through a pressure spring (5), and the pressure spring is arranged in the shaft seat through a pressure spring nut (6). The shaft body is provided with a notch, the outer side of the shaft seat is provided with a pin, and the pin is embedded and connected with the notch on the shaft body. The original swing arm shaft is divided into a shaft body and a shaft seat, and the shaft body and the shaft seat are embedded in a notch on the shaft body through a pin on the shaft seat to realize integration; the pin is separated from the notch on the shaft body by pressing and rotating the shaft body, so that the shaft body is separated from the shaft seat, the wiper arm is quickly detached without using tools, and the working efficiency is improved. The method is mainly applied to the field of military vehicles.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile windscreen wiper, in particular to a wiper arm assembly.
Background
At present, a wiper (also called a wiper) is an indispensable component of an automobile, and a wiper arm assembly of the wiper receives power transmitted by a wiper motor and a link mechanism and simultaneously generates a wiper arm pressure, and a wiper blade wipes and brushes a glass so as to clean foreign matters on the glass. The wiper arm of the wiper arm component is directly locked on the swing arm shaft by using a locking nut, and when the wiper arm is disassembled, the nut needs to be loosened by means of a spanner, and then the wiper arm is disassembled. This kind of dismantlement mode need just can dismantle the windscreen wiper arm with the help of spanner instrument, wastes time and difficultly again, and work efficiency is lower.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme: quick detach formula windshield wiper scrapes arm subassembly, including the windshield wiper arm, swing arm axle, lock nut, the swing arm axle includes axle body and axle bed, the windshield wiper arm passes through lock nut and links to each other with the axle body, the axle body meets with the axle bed through the pressure spring, the pressure spring is adorned in the axle bed by the pressure spring nut.
The shaft body is provided with a notch, the outer side of the shaft seat is provided with a pin, and the pin is embedded and connected with the notch on the shaft body.
After the technical scheme of the invention is adopted, the original swing arm shaft is divided into a shaft body and a shaft seat, and the shaft body and the shaft seat are embedded in a notch on the shaft body through a pin on the shaft seat to realize integration; the pin is separated from the notch on the shaft body by pressing and rotating the shaft body, and the shaft body is separated from the shaft seat, so that the wiper arm is quickly detached without using tools, and the working efficiency is improved. The quick detaching tool is mainly applied to the field of military vehicles, and can be used for directly and quickly detaching the wiper arm without using tools when the cannonball is launched.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the quick release wiper arm assembly of the present invention includes a wiper arm 1, a swing arm shaft, and a lock nut 2, wherein the swing arm shaft includes a shaft body 3 (hollow) and a shaft seat 4 (both are in split structure), the wiper arm 1 is connected to the shaft body 3 through the lock nut 2, the shaft body 3 is connected to the shaft seat 4 through a compression spring 5, and the compression spring 5 is installed in the shaft seat 4 through a compression spring nut 6 (and a washer 7). The shaft body 3 is provided with a notch 9, the outer side of the shaft seat 4 is provided with a pin 8, and the pin 8 is embedded and connected with the notch 9 on the shaft body. The pressure spring 5 is locked in the shaft seat 4 by using a pressure spring nut 6 and a washer 7 to form a whole, and then the shaft body 3 of the swing arm shaft is assembled with the shaft seat through the pressure spring.
The wiper arm 1 is first locked to the shaft body 3 of the swing arm shaft by the lock nut 2 using a tool and then assembled with the shaft seat 4 by the compression spring 5. When the windscreen wiper arm needs to be detached, the windscreen wiper arm only needs to be pressed down forcibly by the windscreen wiper arm and the shaft body, so that the pin on the shaft seat is separated from the notch on the shaft body, the shaft body is rotated out and separated from the pressure spring, the windscreen wiper arm can be detached easily, and the windscreen wiper arm 1, the locking nut 2 and the shaft body 3 of the swing arm shaft can be detached together. Therefore, the wiper arm can be quickly disassembled without using tools. The invention also relates to a pressure design of the pressure spring, and when the pressure spring is disassembled, the pressure spring can rebound to disassemble the shaft body and the wiper arm by using a large pressing force.
