The garbage recycling device according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning mechanism is mainly composed of a vertical strip-shaped through hole processed at the center of the side surface of each inclined intercepting frame (3), a plurality of horizontal stretching round rods (17) embedded on the outer side surface of each inclined intercepting frame (3) and located at two sides of the corresponding vertical strip-shaped through hole, a strip-shaped sealing block (18) arranged at the outer side of each inclined intercepting frame (3) and connected with the end surfaces of the corresponding plurality of horizontal stretching round rods (17) and matched with the vertical strip-shaped through hole, a multi-pass water spray pipe (19) embedded in each strip-shaped sealing block (18), and a connector (20) arranged on the end surface of the outer side of each multi-pass water spray pipe (19).

The garbage recycling and disposal apparatus of claim 1, wherein said supporting and moving mechanism is mainly composed of a multi-side supporting frame (21) fixedly connected to the edge of the lower surface of the strip-shaped carrying base (1), a plurality of supporting frames (22) disposed at the lower end of the outer side surface of the multi-side supporting frame (21), and a supporting universal wheel (23) disposed at the lower surface of each supporting frame (22).

The garbage recycling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper end surface of the vertical pushing frame (13) is sleeved with a limiting block (24) overlapping with the upper surface of the horizontal fixing frame (12), and a pair of folded hand-held handles (25) is fixedly connected to the side surface of the limiting block (24).
5. A waste recycling and disposal apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein each of said fold-shaped hand grips (25) is provided with a hand gripping soft layer (26).
6. A waste recycling and disposal device according to claim 1, wherein said vertical rotary shaft (8) is connected to each horizontal carriage (7) by means of a rotary bearing (27).
7. A garbage recycling device according to claim 1, characterized in that the vertical rotary round shaft (8) is sleeved with the sealing ring (28) which is located on the end face of the horizontal bearing frame (7) and is overlapped with the end face.
8. A waste recycling and disposal device according to claim 1, wherein one of said rotating shredder wheels (9) overlaps the upper surface of the intercepting screen (16).

The garbage recycling and disposal device of claim 1, wherein two end surfaces of each inclined intercepting frame (3) are sleeved with triangular fixing blocks (29) overlapping with the outer side surfaces of the corresponding zigzag support frames (2), and a pair of set screws (30) are arranged on the outer side surfaces of each triangular fixing block (29) and the side surfaces of the corresponding zigzag support frames (2).
10. The garbage recycling and disposal device of claim 1, wherein the side surface of the strip-shaped bearing base (1) is embedded with a commercial power interface (31), and the rotating device (14) is electrically connected with the commercial power interface (31) through a wire.
