The following detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention, however, the invention is capable of other embodiments in addition to those detailed.
Hereinafter, a cooking appliance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is understood that the cooking appliance according to the present invention may have various functions such as cooking porridge, cooking soup, etc. in addition to the function of cooking rice. A cooking appliance generally includes a pot body and a lid. And when the air extraction operation reaches the first preset time, keeping the interior of the cooking space in a negative pressure state for a second preset time. Preferably, the second predetermined time period is 30min to 5 hours, but those skilled in the art can set the second predetermined time period to other values according to the tightness of the cooking appliance and the like. For example, in the case where the sealing property of the cooking appliance is good, the second predetermined period of time may be extended appropriately. Preferably, during the pressure maintaining period, the negative pressure value in the cooking space is-50 Kpa to-10 Kpa, and the mouthfeel and the nutritional index of the food cooked according to the scheme are better.
When the next air-extracting operation is intended, the control device controls the negative pressure releasing mechanism to perform the negative pressure releasing operation before the next air-extracting operation, namely, the control device controls the sealing part to move to the conducting position through the electromagnet, so that the proper amount of air enters the cooking space. The negative pressure releasing operation is continued for a third predetermined time period, which is less than the second predetermined time period, so that the cooking space is maintained in the negative pressure state. Preferably, the third predetermined time period is 3S to 20S, and of course, the third predetermined time period can be specifically set by a person skilled in the art according to actual situations.
After the negative pressure releasing operation is completed, the control device can control the air pump 5 to perform the next air pumping operation, which has been described above and will not be described herein again.
Preferably, the control means is configured to control the air pump 5 and the negative pressure release mechanism to cycle the above-described pressure control until the predetermined period ends or the predetermined period lasts for a preset period.
Preferably, the predetermined phase comprises a soak phase. Further preferably, the control means is configured to control the air pump 5 to start the above-mentioned air exhausting operation when the temperature in the cooking space reaches a predetermined temperature during the warming period.
