The stable solid hydrogen peroxide adducts 1-7 prepared in the examples were subjected to antibacterial experiments, and the preparation of the strains and the bacterial suspensions of Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis were provided by the animal Hospital microbiology research group of Nanjing university of agriculture, and the culture medium was ordinary nutrient agar and nutrient broth.
Determination of minimum inhibitory concentration: diluting the stable solid hydrogen peroxide adduct by 1:10, 1:20, 1:80, 1:320 and 1:1280 times respectively with sterilized normal saline, mixing 2ml of antibacterial agent solution with each concentration with an equal amount of nutrient broth, inoculating 0.1ml of 2 bacterial suspensions into a test tube, observing the antibacterial effect after 35 ℃ for 48 hours, wherein the antibacterial effect is observed if bacteria grow, the broth is turbid, some visible bacterial membranes or bacterial rings are marked as (+), the broth is clear and transparent when the bacteria grow aseptically, and is marked as (-) and the highest dilution multiple of the disinfectant capable of inhibiting the growth and the reproduction of the bacteria is the minimum antibacterial concentration of the disinfectant on test bacteria.
Quantitative sterilization test: by adopting a suspension method, placing test tubes containing 4.5ml of disinfectants with different dilutions (the concentration is the same as 1.2.2) in a water bath at 20 ℃ for preheating, taking 0.5ml of bacteria liquid, adding the bacteria liquid into disinfectant with different concentrations, taking 0.5ml of bacteria-medicine mixed liquid respectively after 5min, adding the bacteria-medicine mixed liquid into the test tubes containing 4.5ml of neutralizing agent, mixing uniformly, neutralizing for 10min, taking 1ml, diluting by 10 times in an increasing manner, counting plates, and calculating the bacteria content after disinfection.
The practical application is as follows: three suitable culture pond openings are selected and arranged, each pond opening is about 20 mu, each mu is 600-1200 crab seedlings, the specification of each seedling is 7-10g, the putting amount of the individual large crab seedlings can be correspondingly reduced, after the crab seedlings grow, the crab seedlings are cultured in ponds according to the size and the density, so the putting amount is within the range, no special limitation exists, the stable solid hydrogen peroxide adduct 1-7 is put into the culture ponds as an antibacterial agent, and the specification of the crabs entering the river on the market is measured and calculated when the crabs are harvested from the end of the year: male crabs generally reach more than 0.3 kg, female crabs generally reach more than 0.25 kg; the river crab recapture rate reaches more than 90 percent; the river crab has the advantages of transportation resistance, enough delicate flavor and good taste.
Selecting and sorting three suitable culture pond openings, wherein each pond opening is about 15 mu, 7000-one-year-old young freshwater shrimps are released and cultured per mu, 1600-year-old young shrimp specifications per kilogram are 1400-year-old young shrimp, the release amount of the large freshwater shrimp seedlings can be correspondingly reduced, after the freshwater shrimp seedlings grow, pond-divided culture can be carried out according to the size and the density, so that the release amount can be within the range without special limitation, the stable solid hydrogen peroxide adduct 1-7 is used as an antibacterial agent to be released into the culture pond, and the specifications of the freshwater shrimps on the market are measured and calculated when the freshwater shrimp is harvested from the end of the year: about 5-8 cm per tail, and 30-45 kg per mu yield.
