Abstract
The invention discloses a liquid fertilizer application control device which comprises a minimum fertilizer storage device, an integrated fertilizer supply device, a fertilizer application execution device and a fertilizer application control device. The minimum fertilizer storage device is arranged on a manual ball valve at the branch opening of a multi-branch fertilizer injection pipe of the integrated fertilizer supply device; the liquid fertilizer outlet of the integrated fertilizer supply device is connected with the liquid fertilizer inlet of the fertilization execution device; the fertilization execution device is connected with the main water pipeline. When the electromagnetic valve I is opened and the electromagnetic valve II is closed, the centrifugal pump is in a fertilizing working state, and the centrifugal pump is in a working state under a settable frequency. At the moment, the centrifugal pump sends the fertilizer liquid of the integrated fertilizer supply device to the main water pipe, so that the purpose of fertilizer application is achieved. The fertilizing amount is displayed by a PLC touch screen all-in-one machine.
After fertilization, solenoid valve I is closed, and solenoid valve II is opened the centrifugal pump and is in the washing operating condition, and the centrifugal pump is worked under fixed frequency.
