The invention discloses a real-time release method of power grid accident information, which comprises the steps of obtaining a trip alarm data table in an EMS system database of a power grid I area; when the position remote signaling state jumps for a plurality of seconds before and after and when the accident total signal is received, transferring the data corresponding to the trip alarm data table to a first accident tripping data table; synchronizing the first accident opening data table to a WEB server in a power grid III area in a mirror mode to obtain a second accident opening data table; configuring network information of a power grid III area; the power grid information issuing platform server inquires a second accident opening data table to obtain corresponding tripping data information; and the power grid information issuing platform issues trip data information to the outside. The invention can quickly improve the time efficiency of the related personnel receiving the short message alarm when the power grid accident happens, can realize automation, ensures the real-time release of information, avoids the missing report and the slow report of the information, greatly improves the automation level of the power grid, and has high reliability, good real-time performance and higher efficiency.

The invention belongs to the field of electrical automation, and particularly relates to a real-time publishing method of power grid accident information.
Background
With the development of economic technology and the improvement of living standard of people, electric energy becomes essential secondary energy in production and life of people, and brings endless convenience to production and life of people. Therefore, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the system itself becomes one of the most important tasks of the power system. However, when the grid is running, it is not possible to never fail. Therefore, fast processing and recovery after grid faults become one of the important research directions for power systems.
The abnormal tripping of the power grid is a relatively common and critical operating condition which has a relatively large influence on the power grid. Once a trip event occurs, the power system should immediately notify related personnel, and meanwhile, departments of scheduling, operation, maintenance and the like need to immediately perform corresponding emergency treatment.
At present, when a power system fails (or has an accident), the distribution of the grid accident information is generally to notify related personnel by dispatching a telephone in turn. However, if a large range of power grid abnormality occurs, more people need to be notified, the notification efficiency is low by the dispatching telephone in turn, and the failure is not easy to recover as soon as possible; meanwhile, the dispatching telephone of the power grid can only inform the fact of the occurrence of the accident, and does not have time, means and modes for further informing related data, so that after the personnel arrive at a processing field, the data needs to be temporarily called for looking up and analyzing, and time is delayed.

s1, obtaining a trip alarm data table in an EMS system database of a power grid I area;
s2, when the total accident signal is received within a plurality of seconds before and after the position remote signaling state jumps, corresponding data is transferred to a first accident tripping data table in the tripping alarm data table obtained in the step S1;
s3, synchronizing the first accident tripping data table obtained in the step S2 to a WEB server in a region III of the power grid in a mirror mode by utilizing a synchronization mechanism of a region I and a region III WEB server of the power grid EMS system so as to obtain a second accident tripping data table;
s4, configuring network information of a power grid III area, and opening a channel from an EMS system of the power grid III area to a power grid information publishing platform server;
s5, connecting an EMS system of a power grid III area through a power grid information publishing platform server, inquiring a second accident tripping data table, and acquiring corresponding tripping data information;
and S6, adopting the existing information issuing platform of the power grid to issue the trip data information acquired in the step S5 to the outside.
When the total accident signal is received within several seconds before and after the position remote signaling state is hopped in the step S2, transferring corresponding data to a first accident tripping data table in the tripping alarm data table acquired in the step S1, specifically, adding a status field for indicating fault data in the tripping alarm data table acquired in the step S1; when the position remote signaling state is changed from on position to off position within 5 seconds, and the accident total signal is received, the status field of the corresponding data is set to 1, which is used for identifying the accident opening signal and transferring the corresponding data to a first accident opening data table; and meanwhile, continuously monitoring a trip alarm data table, and updating the first accident tripping data table in real time according to the steps.

s4, configuring network information of a power grid III area, and opening a channel from an EMS system of the power grid III area to a power grid information publishing platform server; particularly, a firewall of a power grid III area, and information of an exchanger ACL and a VLAN are configured;
s5, connecting an EMS system of a power grid III area through a power grid information publishing platform server, inquiring a second accident tripping data table, and acquiring corresponding tripping data information;
s6, adopting the existing information issuing platform of the power grid to issue the trip data information obtained in the step S5 to the outside; the method specifically includes the steps that an existing information issuing platform of a power grid is adopted, a short message sending task and logic of the information issuing platform are configured, short message module configuration is perfected, short message issuing content is set, and finally short message information issuing is carried out.
The specific principle of the invention is as follows: in order to guarantee the data security of the power grid, the power grid system divides the network and the data of the power grid into a plurality of subareas, the security level of each subarea is different, and protection strategies of different levels are adopted, so that the data independence, integrity and isolation between the subareas are guaranteed. The first region of the power grid is the most important region of the system with the highest protection level, and stores various types of important data and operation data of the power grid. Grid iii is a relatively low-ranking partition of the grid that directly faces the customers and external networks. Data communication between the power grid I area and the power grid III area adopts a power grid synchronization mechanism designed by a power grid system, so that the stability, the safety and the isolation of data transmission are ensured. Meanwhile, in the existing system, a power grid information publishing platform server is also isolated from a power grid III area. The invention provides a data transmission channel among a power grid I area, a power grid III area and a power grid information publishing platform server, and fault data are acquired and transmitted to the power grid information publishing platform server through monitoring real-time data of the power grid I area, so that automatic and efficient publishing of fault information is realized.

1. A real-time distribution method of power grid accident information comprises the following steps:
s1, obtaining a trip alarm data table in an EMS system database of a power grid I area;
s2, when the total accident signal is received within a plurality of seconds before and after the position remote signaling state jumps, corresponding data is transferred to a first accident tripping data table in the tripping alarm data table obtained in the step S1;
s3, synchronizing the first accident tripping data table obtained in the step S2 to a WEB server in a region III of the power grid in a mirror mode by utilizing a synchronization mechanism of a region I and a region III WEB server of the power grid EMS system so as to obtain a second accident tripping data table;
s4, configuring network information of a power grid III area, and opening a channel from an EMS system of the power grid III area to a power grid information publishing platform server;
s5, connecting an EMS system of a power grid III area through a power grid information publishing platform server, inquiring a second accident tripping data table, and acquiring corresponding tripping data information;
and S6, adopting the existing information issuing platform of the power grid to issue the trip data information acquired in the step S5 to the outside.
