Detailed Description
To further explain the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the intended purpose, the following detailed description of the embodiments, structural features and effects of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a horn array antenna includes a horn unit 1 and an antenna base 2, wherein a small opening end of the horn unit 1 is provided with a connecting base 3, the horn unit 1 is vertically arranged on the connecting base 3, the connecting base 3 is provided with a connecting screw hole and is fixed on the antenna base 2 through a connecting screw, and the antenna base 2 is provided with a plurality of horn units 1 to form a horn array antenna; the loudspeaker single body 1 and the connecting base 3 are made of plastic materials, and the surfaces of the loudspeaker single body 1 and the connecting base 3 are provided with electroplated metal layers; the antenna base 2 is made of plastic, an electroplating metal layer is arranged on the surface of the antenna base 2, and an electroplating metal layer is arranged on the surface of the connecting screw.
The plating metal of the horn unit 1, the antenna base 2, the connection base 3 and the connection screw metal plating layer is the same or the potential difference of the two metals is close, so that electrochemical corrosion is prevented, and the connection mode of the antenna base 2 and the connection base 3 can also be welding.
Preferably, the thickness of the metal coating is 2-35 um, so that stable welding connection is convenient to realize.
The scheme aims at preparing the injection mold by a precision machining technology; manufacturing an antenna plastic monomer of the horn monomer 1 by injection molding; and then, electroplating a metal layer on the surface of the horn monomer 1 by an electroplating process. PPS, LCP, PEI, PC + ABS etc. can be selected for use to the array antenna plastic body substrate, and these materials all can be applicable to different environment, can be high temperature resistant again can be anticorrosive. The horn array antenna product manufactured by the scheme has the advantages of good performance consistency, capability of realizing local conduction of the product, light weight, simple process, short processing period and the like. And then, the antenna base 2 is manufactured in a mechanical processing mode. The loudspeaker single body 1 manufactured by injection molding and electroplating is assembled on an antenna base 2 in a welding or screw connection mode to form a large antenna matrix, and then the antenna matrix is connected with a radar or a satellite through an electronic control system to form an air system.
Firstly, a required horn antenna material is prepared through injection molding and electroplating processes, and surface electroplating treatment is carried out on the material, namely a metal layer (including copper plating, silver plating, gold plating and the like) is electroplated on the surface of the material, so that the plastic horn antenna monomer has the function of signal transmission. Copper, silver, gold, tin and other metals with good conductivity can be selected as the plating layer, and the surface metal layer and the color can be selected; and the local plating of the plastic horn array antenna can be realized by combining the laser etching process.
Secondly, the horn array antenna base is manufactured in a processing mode, metal materials such as aluminum and magnesium alloy can be selected for the base, plastic materials can also be adopted for the base, and then the surface of the base has the conductive and corrosion-resistant capabilities through a surface electroplating treatment process.
Thirdly, the horn antenna single body manufactured by the scheme is assembled on a horn array antenna base in a welding or screw fixing mode according to the design scheme to form a complete antenna array.
The base requires high flatness, generally controlled within 0.1mm, and prevents the surface of the bell mouth from being uneven after assembly.
Compared with the existing metal part, the plastic horn array antenna can greatly reduce the weight of a product, can complete the design of a plurality of complex structures, has good consistency, can realize local electric conduction of the product, has simple and convenient production process, high efficiency, energy conservation and no generation of any dust or pollution, and becomes a mainstream product for replacing die casting or machining at present.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention in connection with specific preferred embodiments and it is not intended that the invention be limited to these specific details. For those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions or substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and all shall be considered as belonging to the protection scope of the invention.
