It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details. The following description of the embodiments is merely intended to provide a better understanding of the present invention by illustrating examples of the present invention.
It is noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
The main online transfer mode in the current market is based on bank account numbers or electronic accounts, namely, a payer needs to input a bank card number or an electronic account number of a payee during transfer operation. The card number or account number has a long length, is not easy to remember by a user, is easy to input errors, and generally needs to be input twice for comparing before and after.
In order to solve the problem of low transfer convenience at present, an embodiment of the present invention provides a transfer method, and the transfer method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is described below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a transfer method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the transfer method may include S101-S104, which are specifically as follows:
and S101, receiving transfer request information sent by a terminal of a payer, wherein the transfer request information comprises a transfer amount and a mobile phone number of a payee.
In one embodiment, when a user registers, the user binds to an account of the user according to a dynamic password of a mobile phone number, that is, the account and the mobile phone number have a unique binding relationship. That is, the account number of the payer is a mobile phone number, and the account number of the payee is also a mobile phone number.
When transferring money, the only account number of the payee is determined by the mobile phone number of the payee and the real name of the payee, and then the fund is transferred.
Compared with a bank card number or an electronic account, the mobile phone number is easier to remember and call out, input errors are avoided, input parameters are simplified, and the transfer efficiency is improved. The information required to be input during transferring is simplified, and the transferring process is more convenient.
And S102, in response to the transfer request information, deducting transfer resources corresponding to the transfer amount from the account of the payer and storing the transfer resources in a transfer intermediate platform.
In one embodiment, the ordinary transfer user is under risk check control, i.e., the payer needs to be authenticated before the transfer amount is deducted from the payer's account and deposited on the transfer intermediate platform. That is, the payment user performs the transfer of money, and the following three basic conditions need to be satisfied:
first, the paying user is a real user authenticated by a real name. Verifying that the paying user is a real user authenticated by real name may be verified by at least the following information: on one hand, whether the identity information is legal or not can be verified through the certificate number and the name; on the other hand, whether the user is judged through face recognition and certificate photo.
Second, the transfer amount of the paying subscriber is greater than zero. Verifying that the transfer amount of the paying subscriber is greater than zero may be verified by at least: on one hand, the transfer amount is accumulated during transfer, and whether the accumulated transfer amount exceeds the transfer threshold value on the same day, the transfer threshold value on the same month and the like is verified. On the other hand, the transferable amount and the transfer amount are checked during transferring, namely whether the value obtained by subtracting the transferred amount from the transfer limit is greater than 0 or not is judged, and if the value is greater than 0, the balance of the user is still sufficient; if not, the user balance is insufficient.
Third, the payer passes a risk check. Namely, the intelligent wind control system checks whether the user transaction has risk or not and determines whether the transfer can be carried out or not. The intelligent wind control system is a system for intelligently controlling risks according to big data. For example, based on scene and target user group analysis, the authenticity of borrower information is identified and the financial fraud risk is reduced by making full use of multi-party effective data and system analysis.
It will be appreciated that the first and third conditions described above need to be satisfied not only by the payer, but also by the payee.
In one embodiment, in the transfer scenario in which the transfer user is a merchant, risk check control needs to be performed on the merchant who transfers money, that is, before transfer resources corresponding to the transfer amount are deducted from the account of the merchant who pays money and are stored in the transfer intermediate platform, the merchant who pays money needs to be verified. That is, merchant transfers need to satisfy the following three basic conditions:
first, the merchant of payment is a real user authenticated by a real name. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, the validity of a merchant is checked, the validity of the merchant can be verified at least through the following two aspects, on one hand, the merchant signs a message by using an RSA certificate of a third-party certification authority, and a transfer platform signs and verifies the transaction message; on the other hand, whether the merchant can use the transaction interface is checked by configuring the interface authority of the merchant.
First, the paying merchant has the transaction right, that is, whether the merchant has the payment right of the Business to the consumer (Business to Customer, B2C) is checked through the configuration of the merchant transaction right.
Third, the payer passes risk checks. Namely, the risk of the merchant is judged through the intelligent risk control system, and whether the transaction can be carried out is checked.
In one embodiment, the user's transfer modes include, but are not limited to: website, WAP, client; the manner of the merchant's transfer includes, but is not limited to: merchant background and interface.
In one embodiment, the transfer can be completed by directly inputting the mobile phone number of the receiver by the payer, one-to-one or one-to-many batch transfer is supported, namely, one payer transfers to one receiver, or one payer transfers to a plurality of receivers.
In one embodiment, in response to the transfer request information, determining whether the payee is authenticated by a real name according to the mobile phone number of the payee; if the payee passes the real-name verification, first inquiry information is sent to a terminal of the payer, and the first inquiry information is used for determining whether the payer needs to check the name information of the payee; receiving first response information transmitted by the terminal of the payer to the first inquiry information; and if the first response information is information that the payer does not check the name information of the payee, deducting transfer resources corresponding to the transfer amount from the account of the payer and storing the transfer resources into a transfer intermediate platform.
Under the condition that the payee passes the real-name verification, if the first response information sent by the terminal of the payer is information that the payer does not check the name information of the payee, namely the payer does not need to check the name information of the payee, the payer can directly input the transfer amount on the transfer platform.
In one embodiment, if the first response information is information that the payer checks name information of the payee, receiving the name information of the payee sent by the terminal of the payer; and if the name information of the payee sent by the terminal of the payer is consistent with the name information determined according to the mobile phone number of the payee, deducting transfer resources corresponding to the transfer amount from the account of the payer and storing the transfer resources into the transfer intermediate platform.
Under the condition that the payee passes real-name verification, if the first response information is information for verifying name information of the payee by the payer, namely the payer wants to verify whether the name of the payee on the transfer platform is consistent with the name of the payee corresponding to the payee mobile phone number known by the payer, the name information of the payee sent by the terminal of the payer is received; if the name information of the payee sent by the terminal of the payer is consistent with the name information determined according to the mobile phone number of the payee, the payer can directly input the transfer amount on the transfer platform.
In one embodiment, if the payee is not authenticated by the real name, second inquiry information is issued to the terminal of the payer, and the second inquiry information is used for determining whether the payer wants to transfer money; receiving second response information sent by the terminal of the payer aiming at the second inquiry information; and if the second response information is the information for the transfer of the payer, deducting the transfer resource corresponding to the transfer amount from the account of the payer and storing the transfer resource in the transfer intermediate platform.
Receiving second response information sent by the terminal of the payer to the second inquiry information under the condition that the payee does not pass the real-name verification; if the second response information is the information for the payer to transfer, namely the payer still wants to transfer even if the payee fails to verify the real name, the payer can input the transfer amount on the transfer platform.
S103, determining whether the payee passes the payee qualification check according to the mobile phone number of the payee.
In one embodiment, if the payee has not performed real-name authentication of the identity, the transfer will be in process and the payee is notified in real time that the real-name authentication is performed before receiving the funds.
The transfer amount is deducted from the account of the payer, but the deducted transfer amount is not directly stored in the account of the receiver, but is stored in the transfer platform firstly for verifying the identity of the receiver again. In this way, the security of the transfer can be further ensured.
And S104, if the payee fails to pass the collection qualification verification, returning the transfer resources stored in the transfer intermediate platform to the account of the payer.
In one embodiment, whether the payee passes the payee qualification check within a preset time period is judged according to the mobile phone number of the payee; and if the receiver does not pass the collection qualification verification within the preset time period, returning the transfer resources corresponding to the transfer amount stored in the transfer intermediate platform to the account of the payer.
And the transfer platform checks and verifies transfer records that the payee does not receive the transfer every day, if the payee does not pass the payment qualification verification in the preset time period, namely the payee still cannot meet the collection condition in the preset time period, and transfer resources corresponding to the transfer funds return the original way to the account of the payer. Therefore, the authenticity of the user account of the payee and the safety of the transfer are ensured.
In one embodiment, if the receiver passes the collection qualification verification within the preset time period, the transfer resource corresponding to the transfer amount stored in the transfer intermediate platform is stored in the account of the receiver. Namely, in a preset time period, the receiver meets the receiving condition, and the transfer resources corresponding to the transfer funds are transferred into the account of the receiver from the transfer platform.
In one embodiment, if the receiver passes the collection qualification verification, the transfer resource corresponding to the transfer amount stored in the transfer intermediate platform is stored in the account of the receiver, and the account of the receiver is the mobile phone number of the receiver.
The transfer method provided by the embodiment of the invention can transfer money to the payee by directly inputting the mobile phone number of the payee at the terminal by the payer, and the payee can receive the transfer of the payer only by checking the payee qualification. The safety and convenience of transferring accounts can be improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for implementing a money transfer according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the payer initiates a transfer request on the payer's terminal. The transfer request includes: and the mobile phone number of the payee is sent by the terminal of the payer. And responding to the transfer request information, and determining whether the payee passes real-name verification according to the mobile phone number of the payee.
In case that the payee passes the real-name authentication, first inquiry information for determining whether the payer wants to check the name information of the payee is issued to the terminal of the payer, and then first response information of the payer to the transmission of the first inquiry information is received.
Under the condition that the payee passes real-name verification, if the first response information is information that the payer does not check the name information of the payee, namely the payer does not need to check the name information of the payee, the payer can directly input the transfer amount on the transfer platform.
And under the condition that the payee passes real-name verification, if the first response information is information for verifying name information of the payee by the payer, namely the payer wants to verify whether the name of the payee on the transfer platform is consistent with the name of the payee corresponding to the mobile phone number of the payee known by the payer, but the name information of the payee known by the payer, which is sent by the terminal of the payer, is inconsistent with the name information determined according to the mobile phone number of the payee, and the transfer is finished.
And in case that the payee fails the real name authentication, issuing second inquiry information to the terminal of the payer, the second inquiry information being used to determine whether the payer intends to transfer money.
Receiving second response information sent by the payer to the second inquiry information under the condition that the payee does not pass the real-name verification; if the second response information is the information for the payer to transfer, namely the payer still wants to transfer even if the payee fails to verify the real name, the payer can input the transfer amount on the transfer platform.
Receiving second response information sent by the payer to the second inquiry information under the condition that the payee does not pass the real-name verification; and if the second response information is information that the payer does not transfer the money, ending the money transfer.
That is, in the case where the payee passes real-name authentication and passes name information verification of the payer; or in case the payee passes the real name verification and the payer does not need to verify the name information of the payee; or in case the payee is not authenticated by the real name but the payer still transfers money, the payer may directly input the transfer amount at the transfer platform.
And then, under the condition that the payer inputs the transfer amount on the transfer platform, whether the blacklist state of the receiver is removed needs to be verified, and if the mobile phone number of the receiver is still in the blacklist of the telecom operator, the transfer is ended. If the mobile phone number of the receiver is not in the blacklist of the telecom operator, the transfer order can be registered.
The payer may then select a payment method, which includes, but is not limited to: and deducting transfer funds from the account transfer platform, and deducting the transfer funds from a savings account such as a bank card bound to the account of the payer.
After the payer can select a payment mode, the payer needs to input a payment password, the server judges whether the payment password input by the payer is consistent with the payment password pre-stored in the transfer platform, if not, a prompt message for re-inputting the payment password is sent to the transfer party, so that the payer re-inputs the payment password, and if the payer cannot input a correct password within the preset password input times, the transfer is ended.
If the payment password input by the payer for the first time is consistent with the payment password pre-stored in the transfer platform or the payer inputs the correct password within the preset password input times, prompt information for selecting a payment mode is sent to the payer, wherein the payment mode comprises but is not limited to: deducting transfer funds from the sum-package transfer platform, namely a balance payment mode; and deducting transfer funds from a savings account such as a bank card bound to the payer account, namely a quick payment mode.
And under the condition that the payment mode selected by the payer is quick, informing a bank bound with the account of the payer to perform corresponding deduction operation of the transfer amount, and storing the transfer amount into the account transfer platform account of the payer from a bank card of the payer.
And directly deducting the transfer amount from the account of the transfer platform of the user under the condition that the payment mode selected by the payer is balance.
The transfer amount is deducted from the account of the payer, but the deducted transfer amount is not directly stored in the account of the receiver, but is stored in the transfer platform firstly for verifying the identity of the receiver again. In this way, the security of the transfer can be further ensured.
And judging whether the payee passes the payee qualification check within a preset time period (for example, several seconds) according to the mobile phone number of the payee. And if the payee still fails to pass the collection qualification verification within the preset time period, finishing the transfer. And the transfer resources corresponding to the transfer amount stored in the transfer intermediate platform are returned to the account of the payer. The authenticity of the user account of the payee is ensured, and the safety of transfer is further improved.
And if the receiver passes the collection qualification verification in the preset time period, deducting transfer resources corresponding to the transfer amount from the transfer intermediate platform and storing the transfer resources into the account of the receiver. And sending a short message to the payer for informing the payer that the transfer is completed, and sending a short message to the payee for informing the payee that the transfer is completed. The short message comprises payee information, payer information and the transfer amount.
Thus, a transfer process is completed.
According to the method for realizing transfer, provided by the embodiment of the invention, a payer can complete transfer by directly inputting the mobile phone number of a receiver, one-to-one or one-to-many batch transfer is supported, compared with transfer by inputting a bank card number or an electronic account, the mobile phone number is easier to remember and call out, input errors can be effectively avoided, input parameters are simplified, and transfer efficiency is improved.
