Description

Enterprise asset management method and system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of block chains, in particular to an asset management method based on a block chain intelligent contract technology.
Background
Asset management refers to the management of the whole process of planning, purchasing, accepting, registering, accepting, using, maintaining, scrapping and the like of assets. Traditional enterprise asset management often relies on the manual maintenance of enterprise staff, and the management of these assets is taken charge of to special personnel inside the enterprise, and although many enterprises can establish various regulations to manage its assets, various problems and inconveniences often exist in reality:
first, there are safety issues: many enterprises have no technical means to track the location and situation of assets in real time, and even if the assets (such as servers) of the enterprises are stolen by employees and brought out of the enterprises, the enterprises cannot know the assets in time. Often, the assets are not found until a period of time, but the assets are not provided with a traceability mechanism, so that the time and labor are wasted for tracing the attribution of the assets.
Secondly, there is an efficiency problem: enterprise asset application and handover can not be completed completely through an on-line process usually, signature confirmation is required for an applicant and a handover person, an auditor confirms the identity of the applicant and reserves a paper file, and the application and handover can be completed only after a relevant leader approves a process, so that the efficiency is very low. Due to low efficiency, the asset sharing among all departments of a large enterprise is difficult to achieve, and the utilization rate of the whole assets of the enterprise is low.
Therefore, effective innovation of the prior art is needed to address the above drawbacks.
