The invention discloses a display adjusting device which comprises a base, a bracket for mounting a display, an upper telescopic adjusting piece, a lower telescopic adjusting piece, a first rotary adjusting piece, a front telescopic adjusting piece, a rear telescopic adjusting piece and a second rotary adjusting piece, wherein the base, the upper telescopic adjusting piece, the lower telescopic adjusting piece, the first rotary adjusting piece, the front telescopic adjusting piece, the rear telescopic adjusting piece, the second rotary adjusting piece and the bracket are sequentially connected, the rotary axis of the first rotary adjusting piece is vertically arranged, and the rotary axis of the second rotary adjusting piece is horizontally arranged; or the rotation axis of the first rotation adjusting member is arranged horizontally and the rotation axis of the second rotation adjusting member is arranged vertically. The invention further discloses a display comprising the display adjusting device. The invention has the advantages of simple and reliable structure, convenient and flexible adjustment, and the like.
Description
Technical Field

Background
With the rapid popularization of electronic devices such as smartphones and tablet computers, the time that human eyes face a display each day is increasing, and particularly for most office workers, the human eyes also need to face a computer screen for most of the time each day.
