In order to provide a more secure mounting position for the lock 5 on the vehicle body, in one embodiment of the present application the vehicle body comprises a lock carrier 2, and the lock receiving portion 51 is mounted on the lock carrier 2. The rear cover 52 may be formed on the lock receiving portion 2, or the vehicle provided in the embodiment of the present application may have both the rear cover 52 and the lock receiving portion 2 to provide more protection for the battery 55.
In order to further protect the battery 55 by the vehicle body, in one embodiment of the present application, a receiving recess 21 is formed on the lock carrier 2, and the battery receiving portion 53 is located in the receiving recess 21. By means of the lock carrier 2, external impacts on the battery 55 and malicious disassembly and destruction can be avoided. When the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the present application has both the rear cover 52 and the lock carrier 2, the rear cover 52 may be disposed in the receiving recess 21 together with the battery housing portion 53.
In order to provide better protection for the battery 55, in one embodiment of the present application, a gap is left between the inner wall of the receiving recess 21 and the battery receiving portion 53. The gap can provide a certain cushioning effect against the impact of the collision, thereby reducing the impact of the collision on the battery 55.
In order to facilitate the replacement of the battery 55 and to provide a more comprehensive protection for the battery 55, in one embodiment of the present application, the lock carrier 2 is detachably connected to the lock receiving portion 51. When the battery 55 needs to be replaced, the lock accommodating portion 51 can be detached from the lock bearing portion 2, so that the battery accommodating portion 53 is separated from the lock bearing portion 2, and the battery 55 is replaced under the condition that the battery accommodating portion 53 is separated from the vehicle body, so that the battery 55 is more convenient to replace. In particular, the lock carrier 2 and the lock receiving portion 51 may be connected by a snap connection or a bolt 7 connection. Of course, the lock receiving portion 2 and the lock accommodating portion 51 may be non-detachably connected, and for example, the lock receiving portion 2 and the lock accommodating portion 51 may be hinged.

Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (19)

1. Lock shell, its characterized in that includes: the battery pack includes a lock accommodating portion and a battery accommodating portion located outside the lock accommodating portion.
2. Lock housing according to claim 1, characterized in that the battery receiver is arranged on the back of the lock receiver.
3. A lock case according to claim 2, wherein the battery receiving portion comprises a cover connected to the lock receiving portion, the cover having an opening for access of a battery.
4. Lock housing according to claim 3, characterized in that the opening is directed in a direction suitable for plugging and unplugging a battery.
5. A lock case according to claim 3, wherein the cover is U-shaped in cross-section, the cover and the outer wall of the lock housing defining the battery housing.
6. Lock case according to claim 1, wherein an electrically conductive element is provided in the battery receiving portion for abutment with an electrode of the battery.
7. Lock housing according to claim 6, characterized in that the electrically conductive member is of sheet-like construction.
8. The lock case according to any of the claims 1-7, wherein the lock case further comprises a rear cover for protecting the battery receiving portion, the lock receiving portion being connected to the rear cover.
9. Lock housing according to claim 8, characterized in that a recess is formed in the rear cover, in which recess the battery receiver is located.
10. Lock case according to claim 9, wherein a gap is left between the inner wall of the recess and the battery receiving portion.
11. Lock housing according to claim 8, characterized in that the rear cover is detachably connected with the lock receiving part.
12. Lock for a vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a battery and a lock housing according to any of claims 1-11, said battery being mounted in said battery receiving portion.
13. The vehicle lock of claim 12, wherein the battery portion is exposed outside the battery receiving portion to be held by the portion.
14. The vehicle lock of claim 12, wherein a pull strap is provided in the battery receiving portion to facilitate removal of the battery.
15. Vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a body and a lock according to any one of claims 12-14 mounted on said body.
16. The vehicle of claim 15, characterized in that the vehicle body comprises a lock carrier on which the lock receiving portion is mounted.
17. The vehicle of claim 16, characterized in that a receiving recess is formed on the lock carrier, the battery receptacle being located within the receiving recess.
18. The vehicle of claim 17, characterized in that a gap is left between an inner wall of the receiving recess and the battery receiving portion.
19. The vehicle of claim 16, characterized in that the lock carrier is removably connected with the lock receptacle.
