The distance between the adjacent knitting needles is the same, and because the knitting needles at the two bevel edges of the trapezoid are different in top end height and are arranged in an inclined straight line, the length of the top end connecting line of the two adjacent knitting needles at the position is larger than the horizontal distance between the two knitting needles, so after knitting, the horizontal meshes of the part of the grey cloth are larger and wider than the meshes formed at the knitting needle position of the horizontal straight line, and although or even if the traverse gauge of all the guide needles is the same, the grey cloth can still form a special structure which is sparser corresponding to the two bevel edges of the trapezoid and denser corresponding to the upper horizontal edge of the trapezoid, thereby meeting the diversified requirements of modern knitted fabrics.
Compared with the traditional warp knitting machine, the warp knitting machine has the advantages that the specific looping and weft insertion processes are not different greatly, so that the technology is more perfect, the warp knitting machine is convenient to popularize, and even under the condition that the power mechanism of the traditional warp knitting machine is reserved, the warp knitting machine applying for the old warp knitting machine can be reformed by only properly reforming the looping mechanism.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the specific embodiments.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 8, a warp knitting machine for knitting a gray fabric having different density intervals includes one or more guide bars including guide needles 2, grooved needles 1 arranged densely and transversely and the arranged grooved needles 1 forming a continuous ladder shape in a vertical direction, and sinkers 3, the pitches of the adjacent grooved needles 1 being the same; the arrangement of the yarn guide needles 2 corresponds to that of the groove needles 1, and yarn padding is carried out by matching with the groove needles 1; the sinker 3 is also in a continuous ladder shape corresponding to the arrangement of the slot needles 1.
Further, the guide bar can be selected to horizontally traverse or obliquely move parallel to the running direction of the grooved needle 1, and when the horizontal traverse is selected, the guide needle 2 only traverses one needle pitch or two needle pitches; the horizontal position of the yarn guide needle 2 is lower than the yarn guide needle 2 with a lower position in the traverse stroke, because the grooved needles 1 are arranged into a continuous trapezoid, the height of each grooved needle 1 is gradually changed, the yarn guide needle 2 and the weft insertion yarn guide needle 13 cannot transversely move too much needle pitch, because the height difference of two grooved needles 1 separating too much needle pitch is overlarge, the yarn cushion and weft insertion are not facilitated, and through tests, the yarn guide needle 2 transversely moves one or two needle pitches to stably cushion yarn only by limiting the height difference of the adjacent grooved needles 1 to be 0.5 to 1 time of the length L1 of a needle hook; when the inclined movement is selected, the guide bars are provided with a plurality of groups, the guide bars are respectively inclined or horizontally arranged corresponding to the groove needles 1 with the height being an inclined straight line or a horizontal straight line, and the transverse moving directions of the guide bars are respectively parallel to the corresponding inclined straight lines or the horizontal straight lines, so that the guide bars can be transversely moved with multiple needle pitches, and the needle pitch of the yarn laying transverse moving can be selected according to the process requirement.
Further, the bottoms of the densely arranged grooved needles 1 are fixed on the seat piece 9; the densely arranged grooved needles 1 realize continuous trapezoidal fluctuation in the vertical direction through length change; the arrangement is to avoid the need of redesigning a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism of the existing warp knitting machine can realize continuous trapezoidal synchronous lifting, yarn hooking and looping. Because the length of the grooved needle 1 is different due to the arrangement, in order to guarantee the structural strength and stability of the grooved needle 1, fixing slots 91 for accommodating the grooved needle 1 are densely distributed on the seat piece 9; the height of the fixed slot 91 is changed proportionally according to the length change of the slot needle 1 so as to ensure the strength of the slot needle 1; the height of adjacent fixing slots 91 does not vary more than 1 hook length L1. The arrangement ensures that the working lengths of the slot needles 1 are the same although the lengths are different, and the slot needles have the same or similar performance and cannot generate instability; meanwhile, the height synchronous change of the fixed slot 91 is limited, and the interaction of the slot needle 1 and the sinker cannot be influenced.
Further, the warp knitting machine further comprises a drawing and curling mechanism; the drawing and curling mechanism at least comprises a shuttle roller 11 and a flat roller 12 in sequence; the shuttle roller 11 first pulls the blank from the loop-forming zone.
Further, the width L2 of the shuttle roller 11 is the same as the width of the warp knitting machine, and the length L3 of the connecting line of the two ends of the shuttle roller 11 along the surface is the same as the width of the grey cloth; the warp knitting machine utilizes the shuttle-shaped roller 11 to flatten the grey cloth knitted by the knitting needles arranged in a continuous trapezoid, and because the shuttle-shaped roller 11 has a cambered surface with a bulged middle part, the axial length of the cambered surface is the same as the width of the flattened grey cloth, and the length between two ends of the shuttle-shaped roller 11 is the same as the width of the warp knitting machine, the grey cloth is flattened along the cambered surface of the shuttle-shaped roller 11 in the process of drawing and guiding the grey cloth; then, a straight roller 12 with the same width as the width of the grey cloth is used, so that transition can be realized, and finally, the grey cloth is wound on the straight roller 12 with the same width as the grey cloth; in addition, the change from the shuttle roller 11 to the straight roller 12 can be realized through gradual change, namely, the plurality of shuttle rollers 11 are utilized, the width of the plurality of shuttle rollers 11 is gradually increased, but the length of the axial arc surface is kept the same as the width of the grey cloth, so that the curvature of the arc surface is gradually reduced, the radius of the arc surface is gradually increased, the arc surface finally becomes the straight roller, and the transitional drawing of the quick change to the grey cloth can be reduced.
Further, the guide needle 2 is fixed by a guide needle holder fixed on the guide bar; the length of the guide needle holder is changed proportionally to the change of the length of the guide needle 2; the length of adjacent guide needle holders does not vary more than 1 hook length L1. This arrangement allows the guide needles 2 to have the same working length, have the same or similar properties, and do not cause instability, although they have different lengths.
The operating principle of the warp knitting machine of the embodiment is as follows: the looping process is not substantially different from the existing warp knitting machine, the guide bar can select horizontal shogging or the movement which is parallel to the running direction of the groove needle 1 and is combined with the horizontal direction, and when the horizontal shogging is selected, only the guide needle 2 only moves one or two needle spaces; when the inclined movement is selected, the guide bars are provided with a plurality of groups, the guide bars are respectively arranged in an inclined and horizontal mode corresponding to the groove needles 1 with the height being an inclined straight line or a horizontal straight line, and the shogging directions of the guide bars are respectively parallel to the corresponding inclined straight line or the horizontal straight line, so that the guide bars can be shogging with multiple needle pitches, and the multi-needle pitch chaining is respectively realized; gradually flattening the grey fabric through a gradually changed shuttle roller 11 in the drawing process, and finally curling the grey fabric on a straight roller 12; the distance between the adjacent groove needles 1 is the same, although or even if the traverse gauge of all the yarn guide needles 2 is the same, because the top ends of the groove needles 1 at the two inclined edges of the trapezoid are different in height and are arranged in an inclined straight line, the length of the top end connecting line of the two adjacent groove needles 1 at the position is larger than the horizontal distance between the two groove needles, after knitting, the horizontal meshes of the part of the grey cloth are larger and wider than the meshes formed at the position of the groove needles 1 which are in the horizontal straight line, so that the grey cloth forms a special structure which is sparser corresponding to the two inclined edges of the trapezoid and denser corresponding to the upper horizontal edge of the trapezoid, and the requirement of diversification of modern knitted fabrics is met.
Example two:
referring to fig. 1, 4, 5 and 8, a warp knitting machine for knitting grey cloth with different density intervals comprises a guide bar, latch needles 10, sinkers 3, a cut-off type knocking over plate 4 and a needle tongue self-closing prevention steel wire 6, wherein the guide bar comprises yarn guide needles 2, the latch needles 10 are densely and transversely arranged, the arranged latch needles 10 are in a continuous ladder shape in the vertical direction, and the intervals between the adjacent latch needles 10 are the same; the arrangement of the yarn guide needles 2 corresponds to that of the latch needles 10, and yarn padding is carried out by matching with the latch needles 10; the sinker 3, the deletion-shaped knockover plate 4 and the needle tongue self-closing prevention steel wire 6 are respectively arranged in a continuous ladder shape corresponding to the latch needles 10.
Further, the guide bar can be selected to horizontally traverse or incline or horizontally move parallel to the running direction of the latch needle 10, and when the horizontal traverse is selected, the guide needle 2 only traverses one needle space or two needle spaces; the horizontal position of the yarn guide needle 2 is lower than the yarn guide needle 2 with a lower position in the traverse stroke, and as the latch needles 10 are arranged into a continuous trapezoid, the height of each latch needle 10 is gradually changed at two oblique sides of the trapezoid, the yarn guide needle 2 cannot transversely move too much needle pitch at the two oblique sides, and the height difference of two latch needles 10 separating too much needle pitch is too large to facilitate yarn cushion, through tests, the yarn guide needle 2 transversely moves one or two needle pitches to stably cushion yarn only by limiting the height difference of the adjacent latch needles 10 to be 0.5 to 1 time of the needle hook length L1; when the inclined movement is selected, the guide bars are provided with a plurality of groups, the latch needles 10 which respectively correspond to the height to form an inclined straight line or a horizontal straight line are arranged obliquely or horizontally, and the shogging directions of the guide bars are respectively parallel to the corresponding inclined straight line or the horizontal straight line, so that the guide bars can be shogging with multiple needle pitches, and the needle pitch of the knitted chain shogging can be selected according to the process requirement.
Further, the bottoms of the densely arranged latch needles 10 are fixed on the seat sheet 9; the densely arranged latch needles 10 realize a continuous trapezoid in the vertical direction through length variation; in order to avoid the need of redesigning a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism of the existing warp knitting machine can realize synchronous and stable lifting, yarn hooking and looping of the latch needles 10 which are continuously and trapezoidally arranged. Because the length of the latch needle 10 is different due to the arrangement, in order to guarantee the structural strength and stability of the latch needle 10, fixing slots 91 for installing the latch needle 10 are densely distributed on the seat sheet 9; the height of the fixing slot 91 is changed in proportion to the length change of the latch needle 10 so as to ensure the strength of the latch needle 10; the height of adjacent fixing slots 91 does not vary more than 1 hook length L1. The arrangement ensures that the latch needles 10 have the same working length and the same or similar performance although the lengths are different, and cannot generate instability; and meanwhile, the synchronous height change of the fixing slot 91 is limited, and the interaction between the latch needle 10 and the sinker cannot be influenced.
The operating principle of the warp knitting machine of the embodiment is as follows: the looping process is not substantially different from the existing warp knitting machine, the guide bar can select horizontal shogging or the movement combining the inclination parallel to the running direction of the latch needle 10 and the horizontal movement, and when the horizontal shogging is selected, only the guide needle 2 only moves one or two needle spaces; when the inclination and the horizontal movement are selected, the guide bars are provided with a plurality of groups, the latch needles 10 which respectively correspond to the heights and form an inclined straight line or a horizontal straight line are arranged obliquely or horizontally, and the shogging directions of the guide bars are respectively parallel to the corresponding inclined straight line or the horizontal straight line, so that the guide bars can be shogging with multiple needle pitches, and the multi-needle pitch chaining is realized respectively; gradually flattening the grey fabric through a gradually changed shuttle roller 11 in the drawing process, and finally curling the grey fabric on a straight roller 12; the distance between the adjacent latch needles 10 is the same, although or even though the traverse gauge of all the yarn guide needles 2 is the same, because the top ends of the latch needles 10 at the two inclined sides of the trapezoid are different in height and are arranged in an inclined straight line, the length of the top end connecting line of the two adjacent latch needles 10 at the position is larger than the horizontal distance between the two latch needles, after knitting, the horizontal meshes of the part of the grey cloth are larger and wider than the meshes formed at the latch needles 10 which are in the horizontal straight line, so that the grey cloth forms a special structure which is sparser corresponding to the two inclined sides of the trapezoid and denser corresponding to the upper horizontal side of the trapezoid, and the requirement of diversification of modern knitted fabrics is met.
Example three:
referring to fig. 1, 6, 7 and 8, a warp knitting machine for knitting grey cloth with different density intervals comprises a guide bar, crochet hooks 7, sinkers 3 and a pressing plate 8, wherein the guide bar comprises guide needles 2, the crochet hooks 7 are densely and transversely arranged, the arranged crochet hooks 7 are in a continuous ladder shape in the vertical direction, and the distances between the adjacent crochet hooks 7 are the same; the yarn guide needles 2, the sinkers 3 and the pressing plates 8 are also arranged in a continuous trapezoidal shape corresponding to the arrangement of the crochet hooks 7.
Further, the guide bar can be horizontally moved in combination with the horizontal traversing or the inclination parallel to the running direction of the crochet hook 7, and when the horizontal traversing is selected, the guide needle 2 only traverses one needle space or two needle spaces; the horizontal position of the yarn guide needle 2 is lower than the yarn guide needle 2 with a lower position in the traverse stroke, because the crochet hooks 7 are arranged into a continuous trapezoid, the height of each crochet hook 7 is gradually changed at two inclined sides of the trapezoid, the yarn guide needle 2 cannot traverse too much needle pitch, because the height difference of two crochet hooks 7 separating too much needle pitch is overlarge, which is not beneficial to yarn cushion, and through tests, the yarn guide needle 2 only needs to limit the height difference of the adjacent crochet hooks 7 to be 0.5 to 1 time of needle hook length L1, and traverse one or two needle pitches to stably cushion yarn; when the inclination is combined with the horizontal movement, the guide bars are provided with a plurality of groups, the hook needles 7 which respectively correspond to the height to form an inclined straight line or a horizontal straight line are arranged obliquely or horizontally, and the shogging directions of the guide bars are respectively parallel to the corresponding inclined straight line or the horizontal straight line, so that the guide bars can be shogging with multiple needle pitches, and the needle pitch of the knitted chain shogging can be selected according to the process requirement.
Further, the bottoms of the densely arranged crochet hooks 7 are fixed on a seat sheet 9; the densely arranged crochet hooks 7 realize continuous trapezoidal fluctuation in the vertical direction through length change; in order to avoid the need of redesigning a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism of the existing warp knitting machine can realize synchronous and stable lifting, yarn hooking and looping of the continuous trapezoidal crochet hook 7. Because the length of the crochet hook 7 is different due to the arrangement, in order to guarantee the structural strength and stability of the crochet hook 7, fixing slots 91 for installing the crochet hook 7 are densely distributed on the seat piece 9; the height of the fixing slot 91 is changed in proportion to the length change of the crochet hook 7 to ensure the strength of the crochet hook 7; the height of adjacent fixing slots 91 does not vary more than 1 hook length L1. The arrangement ensures that the crochet hook 7 has the same working length and the same or similar performance although the length is different, and cannot generate instability; and meanwhile, the height synchronous change of the fixed slot 91 is limited, and the interaction between the crochet hook 7 and the sinker cannot be influenced.
The operating principle of the warp knitting machine of the embodiment is as follows: the looping process is not substantially different from the existing warp knitting machine, the guide bar can select horizontal shogging or the inclination parallel to the running direction of the crochet hook 7 to combine with the horizontal movement, and when the horizontal shogging is selected, only the guide needle 2 only moves one or two needle spaces; when the inclined movement is selected, the guide bars are provided with a plurality of groups, the groups are respectively inclined or horizontally arranged corresponding to the crochet hooks 7 with the height being an inclined straight line or a horizontal straight line, and the shogging directions of the guide bars are respectively parallel to the corresponding inclined straight line or the horizontal straight line, so that the guide bars can be shogging with multiple needle pitches, and the multi-needle pitch chaining is respectively realized; in the drawing process, the grey cloth is gradually flattened by the gradually changed shuttle-shaped roller 11 and is finally curled on the straight roller 12, the distance between the adjacent crochet hooks 7 is the same, although or even if the traverse needle pitch of all the yarn guide needles 2 is the same, because the crochet hooks 7 at the two inclined edges of the trapezoid are different in top end height and are arranged in an inclined straight line, the length of the top end connecting line of the two adjacent crochet hooks 7 at the position is larger than the horizontal distance between the two crochet hooks, after knitting, the horizontal mesh of the grey cloth at the part is larger and wider than the mesh formed at the position of the crochet hooks 7 which are horizontal straight lines, so the grey cloth forms a special structure which is sparsely corresponding to the two inclined edges of the trapezoid and is dense corresponding to the upper horizontal edge of the trapezoid, and the requirement of diversification of modern knitted.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes performed by the present specification and drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
