Description

Weft knitting plated lining veil jacquard fabric and weaving method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of spinning, and particularly relates to a weft knitting plated lining veil jacquard fabric and a weaving method thereof.
Background
A knitted weft plated inlay fabric is woven from three yarns, an inlay yarn, a face yarn and a ground yarn, in one course of the fabric. The main production equipment is a trolley and a multi-needle-path circular machine, and the main production equipment is plain fabrics. The knitted flannelette can be obtained by raising and finishing during dyeing and finishing, and the front and back sides of the fabric can be used as clothes and decorative fabrics.
At present, to obtain the pattern effect of plated padding products, the following knitting processes can be adopted: (1) carrying out lining yarn on the lining yarn according to the pattern requirement by adopting a needle selection mechanism so as to form patterns on the reverse side of the process; (2) a needle selection mechanism is adopted to directly loop part of knitting needles, so that the lining yarn is displayed on the surface of the fabric, and patterns are formed on the surface of the fabric; (3) the pattern is formed on the front side of the fabric by interlacing a course plated pad weave/a course plain weave (or tuck) weave, allowing some of the loops to form large loops. The use of the above methods has been shown to contribute to the increased versatility of plated mat type products, but none of them has been used to jacquard weave plated mat stitch face yarns. Thus, such products have limitations and drawbacks in terms of performance and use. Such as: the pattern formed by the lining yarn jacquard is only suitable for the occasion that the technical back side of the fabric is used as the front side, the structure jacquard is adopted, and the multicolor transformation can not be carried out in one row; the fancy fabrics formed by looping the backing yarns have different thicknesses, the looped piles on the back surface are irregular, and the backing yarns participate in the weaving, so that the use of thick yarns is limited, the thick fabrics are not beneficial to production, and the fancy fabrics are only limited to the double-color pattern effect of the surface yarns and the backing yarns; the plaiting liner/plain weave (or tuck) course interlaced fabric has inconsistent size and shape of the coil, non-delicate fabric, interval course feeding of the liner yarn, less terry on the back side, and not full and thick.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides a jacquard fabric with weft knitting plated lining surface yarns and a weaving method thereof.
The invention provides the following technical scheme: the invention relates to a knitting weft knitting plated backing veil jacquard fabric, which comprises a veil, a ground yarn and an underlay yarn, wherein the ground yarn forms a back side coil, the ground yarn and the veil coil form a plating structure, the underlay yarn floats on the back side of the jacquard fabric in a suspension arc shape, the veil comprises more than two veil coils, the more than two veil coils are knitted by yarns with different colors and/or materials, the more than two veil coils are distributed at different parts of each or a certain horizontal row of the jacquard fabric, so that the jacquard fabric forms patterns or different functional areas, more than two extending lines of the veil and the underlay yarn are knitted by needle selection once to form a suspension arc presented on the back side of the jacquard fabric, taking a bicolor jacquard fabric as an example, two different yarns are taken as the veil, the extending line of a group of veil is fed first and is knitted together with the underlay yarn, the formed suspension arc is positioned on the back surface of the jacquard fabric, and the extension threads of the group of the subsequently fed face yarns form floating threads and are also presented on the back surface of the jacquard fabric, so that the generation of partial long floating threads is avoided, and convenience is brought to the design of patterns with long extension threads.
Further, the jacquard fabric is a dichromatic jacquard or a multicolor jacquard, for example, the face yarn adopts two different yarns, the woven fabric is a dichromatic jacquard, the face yarn adopts three different yarns, the woven fabric is a three-color jacquard, and so on, the face yarn adopts a plurality of different yarns, and the woven fabric is a multicolor jacquard.
Further, the ground yarns are added with elastic yarns, so that the elastic jacquard fabric is formed.
A weaving method of a weft knitting plated lining veil jacquard fabric specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) the knitting loop-forming machine parts are assembled according to the process requirements of jacquard products, so that the motion of the knitting loop-forming machine parts is matched to realize a required motion track and serve as a basis of jacquard production equipment, and the knitting loop-forming machine parts comprise knitting needles, needle jack cams, needle pressing cams, yarn guides, sinkers, sinker cams and needle selecting mechanisms;
(2) the jacquard weaving process of the jacquard production equipment comprises the following steps:
a. in a system for feeding backing yarn, a two-station needle selecting mechanism is used for selecting a needed knitting needle, so that the knitting needle is lifted to the highest position capable of backing yarn under the action of a needle jack cam of a jacquard system to knit the backing yarn, and then the knitting needle is lowered to the loop withdrawing height under the action of a needle pressing cam;
b. in a system for feeding the face yarn, a three-station needle selecting mechanism is adopted to select a needed knitting needle at an initial position, the knitting needle is lifted to a loop withdrawing height under the action of a needle jack cam, the face yarn is fed, and a loop is formed under the action of a needle pressing cam; the working state of the knitting needle of the lining yarn is divided into two conditions: firstly, a knitting needle which does not need to be padded with yarn and looped is selected again by a needle selection mechanism, the knitting needle is ascended to the highest position of the backing yarn again under the action of a needle jack cam, and the knitting needle is padded by the veil to form a suspended arc together with the previous backing yarn; the knitting needles to be looped are not selected and are pressed together with the knitting needles to form a loop under the action of a needle pressing triangle, and a system at the tail of the fed veil only needs two stations because the lining yarn knitting needles do not need to be selected;
c. in the system for feeding ground yarn, the needle selection mechanism is not needed because all knitting needles take part in the knitting, and after the formed loop and the face yarn loop are converged, the loop is continuously lowered below the lower jaw under the action of a looping cam to form a loop looping and looping process, thereby finishing the knitting of a horizontal jacquard fabric. For example, two-color jacquard requires a four-way knitting system to form a course; three-color jacquard requires a five-way knitting system to form a course.
Furthermore, the needle selecting mechanism selects the liner ratio and the jacquard pattern of the fabric, the mechanical needle selecting mechanism and the computer needle selecting mechanism can be adopted, and the computer needle selecting mechanism is suitable for large jacquard fabrics.
The invention with the structure has the following beneficial effects: the invention relates to a knitting weft knitting plated lining veil jacquard fabric and a weaving method thereof, which has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the knitted weft-knitted plated lining surface yarn jacquard fabric obtains a jacquard effect on the premise of completely keeping various performances of the plated lining fabric, and ensures the universality of the use of the fabric;
(2) the knitting weft knitting plated backing veil jacquard fabric knitted by the invention is a single-sided knitted fabric, and because a veil knitting system adopts a needle re-selection backing veil technology, the generation of partial long floating threads is avoided, and convenience is brought to the design of a pattern with long extension threads;
(3) when the combined jacquard mode is adopted, the yarn consumption of certain courses can be reduced, and the product cost is reduced.

The implementation will now be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 and 2 as follows:
FIG. 1 illustrates the two-color wale knitting process: when a first course I is knitted, the needle selection mechanism selects 4 and 8 needles in the knitting area A to enable the needles to rise to the height of the lining yarn, the needles are knitted by the lining yarn, the pockmark yarn a of the lining yarn is lined in the fabric texture, and then the needles are lowered to the loop withdrawing height under the action of the needle pressing triangle. In the area of the first face yarn knitting system B1, the needle selection mechanism selects the needles of numbers 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 to rise to the withdrawal height (the needles of numbers 4 and 8 are already at the withdrawal height, and they are prepared for the subsequent needle selection), wherein the needles of numbers 4 and 8 do not need to be jacquard loops and cannot descend to loops with the needles of numbers 5, 6 and 7, so in this face yarn knitting system, the needle selection mechanism selects the needles again, selects the needles of numbers 4 and 8 to rise, puts them at the height of the inlay yarn again, presses the needles of numbers 5, 6 and 7 to the loop height to knit the loop height of the lace yarn B1 loop, and presses the needles of numbers 4 and 8 to the withdrawal height after the needles are lined at the high position to the lace yarn B1 to knit the second color yarn. In the area of a second face yarn knitting system B2, a needle selection mechanism raises selected No. 1, 2 and 3 needles to a loop withdrawing height, the No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8 needles are all at the same height, and after a knitting needle feeds a white B2 second face yarn, the knitting needle descends to a loop height under the action of a needle pressing triangle to form a white B2 loop. In the course, the first jacquard color (b1) forms an arc of suspension at the backs of the 4 and 8 needles and forms floating threads at the backs of the 1, 2 and 3 needles; the second jacquard color (b 2) formed floats on the backs of the 5, 6 and 7 needles. In a ground yarn knitting system C area, the starting height of the knitting needles is all at the height of the loop, a needle raising cam raises the knitting needles 1-8 to a loop withdrawing height to pad up the ground yarn C, then the knitting processes of yarn bending, loop looping, loop releasing and loop forming are completed under the action of the cam, and black ground yarn C loops are positioned on the reverse side of the fabric. When knitting the second course II, the needle selection mechanism selects 2 and 6 needles to lift to the height of the lining yarn, the lining yarn is knitted, the pockmark yarn a is lined in the fabric, and then the pockmark yarn a is lowered to the loop withdrawing height under the action of the needle pressing triangle. In the area of a first face yarn knitting system B1, needles No. 2, 5 and 7 selected by the needle selection mechanism are raised to a loop withdrawing height (the needle No. 2 is already at the loop withdrawing height and is selected to prepare for subsequent needle selection), wherein the needle No. 2 does not make a first color jacquard loop and does not drop to form a loop with other needles, the needle selection mechanism selects the needle No. 2 again to be at the height of an interlining yarn, after the needle selection is completed, the needles No. 5, 6 and 7 are pressed down to the loop height to knit a gray B1 loop, and the needle No. 2 is pressed down to the loop withdrawing height after being lined with a gray yarn B1 at a high position to knit a second color yarn. In the second surface yarn knitting system B2, the needle selection mechanism selects No. 1, 3, 4 and 8 needles to rise to the loop withdrawing height, the No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8 needles are all at the same height, the knitting needle feeds the second color yarn white yarn B2, and then the knitting needle descends to the loop height under the action of a needle pressing triangle to form a white B2 loop. In this course, the first jacquard color (b1) forms an arc of overhang at the back of the No. 2 needle, and forms floats at the backs of the No. 1, 3, 4 and 8 needles; the second jacquard color (b 2) formed floats on the backs of the 5, 6 and 7 gauge needles. The knitting process of the ground yarn c of the course is the same as that of the first course. The two courses are continuously circulated, and the plating padding jacquard fabric with 5 wales of white (b 2) longitudinal strips and 3 wales of gray (b1) longitudinal strips alternated can be produced.
Embodiment two: knitting system of weft-knitted plated lining veil three-color jacquard fabric
FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing the motion trajectory of a knitting needle and a sinker, which provides a knitting system for a three-color jacquard fabric of the present invention, wherein K represents a knitting needle; s represents a sinker; f represents a yarn guide. 001 indicates that the knitting needle starting position is high; 002 indicates the needle loop position (lining off) height; 003 represents the needle retreating height; 004 indicates the needle lapping height; a represents a lining yarn weaving area; b denotes a face yarn knitting region (B1, B2, and B3); and C represents a ground yarn weaving area. The specific implementation process is explained as follows:
(1) the lay-in yarn of the jacquard fabric is completed in the weaving area a. The knitting needle needing the laying yarn is selected by a needle selecting (two-station needle selecting) mechanism, and the proportion of the laying yarn can be 1: 1. 1: 2. 1: 3, etc., or an inlay yarn as required by the pattern. The selected knitting needle is pushed by a needle jack triangle to rise from the initial 001 position to the height 004 (highest position) that the knitting needle can be lined with the yarn, the yarn is smoothly lined into the yarn from the lower part of the latch, meanwhile, the sinker is pushed into the needle cylinder, the yarn forms a suspended arc with a certain length on the lining yarn knitting needle, and the needle back lining yarn of the non-lining yarn knitting needle is a floating line. Then the knitting needle of the lining yarn is lowered to the loop retreating height 003 under the action of the needle pressing triangle for subsequent knitting. The lay-in yarn needle lifting trajectory may be a straight line (as in the trajectory of fig. 3); in order to conveniently control the reverse dial of the latch, the knitting needle does a section of transverse movement when rising to the tucking height, and then continuously rises to the backing yarn height 004. The yarn guide nozzle F of the lining yarn is arranged on the plane of the upper jaw at a low position, so that the lining yarn is held by the upper throat to be pushed in to form a suspended arc.
(2) The veil-laying of the jacquard fabric is completed in the areas B1, B2 and B3. The first face yarn jacquard yarn B1 was knitted in the B1 area. The needle selection mechanism (three-stage needle selection) selects the needle to be knitted with the first face yarn b1 and raises it from the start position 001 to the loop-off height 003, which is in a single needle pass with the previous inlay yarn needle. At this level, the needle selection mechanism selects the inlay yarn needles that do not knit the first face yarn again, and raises them to the position level 004 of the inlay yarn. All the selected needles then pass two needle paths: one at loop relief height 003; the other at inlay yarn height 004. The knitting needle at the loop withdrawing height 003 is firstly lowered to the old loop height 002 by the action of the needle pressing triangle, and in the process, the knitting needle is padded to the face yarn and is held by the upper jaw to be bent to form the loop. The knitting needle at the lining yarn height 004 is fed into the veil under the needle latch, and is pushed forward to the needle cylinder along with the sinker, the veil is lined on the needle again to form a second lining yarn, and after the knitting needle for knitting the veil presses the needle, the knitting needle for the lining yarn is lowered to the loop withdrawal height 003 by the action of the needle pressing triangle for later use. In order to smoothly feed the face yarn to the inlay yarn knitting needles, the first face yarn carrier is also installed at a low position like the inlay yarn carrier.
The second jacquard face yarn B2 was knitted in the region B2. The weaving method is the same as that of the first jacquard surface yarn. The difference is that: in this knitting area, the needles that have knitted the first jacquard face yarn are no longer selected for knitting and the second jacquard face yarn forms floats behind these needles.
The knitting of the third jacquard face yarn B3 is carried out in the region B3. Selecting all the knitting needles which are not selected by the first and second jacquard surface yarns by a needle selection mechanism (two-station needle selection), raising the knitting needles to a loop withdrawing height 003 by the action of a needle pushing cam, combining the knitting needles with the previous pressed lining yarn knitting needles into a same needle track, feeding the surface yarns by a yarn guide F arranged at a high position, lowering the knitting needles to an old loop height 002 by the action of a needle pressing cam, and forming the processes of yarn laying, yarn bending, lining yarn loop releasing and coil forming by the knitting needles on an upper jaw. The third color appears as a float behind the needles where the previous two colors had formed loops.
(3) The ground yarn C of the jacquard fabric is completed in the region C. In the knitting system in the area, a needle selection mechanism is not needed, all knitting needles at the ring withdrawing height of 002 of the old thread ring can be directly lifted to the ring withdrawing height of 003 by a needle raising cam, ground yarns c are padded into the high-position yarn guide F, under the action of the cam, the yarns are bent on an upper needle nose to form ground yarn coils, along with the retreating of the sinker, the ground yarn coils are gathered with the face yarn coils on a middle piece nose, the knitting needles continuously descend to the lowest point, and the ground yarns and the face yarns are enabled to pass through the old thread coils on a lower piece jaw of the sinker by a needle hook to form new threads. Thus, the knitting of a plated-on-pad three-color veil jacquard course is completed.
One row of the knitting weft knitting plating yarn liner three-color veil jacquard knitting system needs five knitting systems, wherein two systems are provided with two-station needle selection mechanisms, two systems are provided with three-station needle selection mechanisms, and one fixed triangle loop forming system.
The third embodiment is as follows: knitting system for weft knitting plated lining surface yarn jacquard weave different-color-number row interweaving combined fabric
In the three-color knitting system shown in fig. 3, a two-color knitting system can be obtained by stopping B2; and the B1 and the B2 are simultaneously deactivated, so that the fabric becomes a plain fabric. Thus, on a three-color jacquard loom, various three-color jacquard/two-color jacquard/plain-color such cross-striped plating-laid liner jacquard fabrics can be combined, as shown in fig. 4, wherein 010 in fig. 4 represents a non-jacquard segment; 020 denotes a dichromatic jacquard segment; 030 denotes a tricolor jacquard segment. H represents the number of rows of the woven fabric of the weaving machine. The structural cycle width of the combined fabric is the number of courses of one circle of the weaving machine.
The fourth embodiment: large-circulation knitting system with jacquard weave of weft knitting plated backing surface yarn in different color numbers
In the third embodiment, when the combined cycle height exceeds the number of the circular knitting machine looping systems, the fabric is shown in fig. 5, and 010 in fig. 5 represents a non-jacquard segment; 020 denotes a dichromatic jacquard segment; 030 denotes a tricolor jacquard segment. In this case, the yarn guides are used in B1 and B2 to select three colors/two colors/plain colors for each course of the fabric, so that the fabric can be produced without the limitation of the loop height by the number of mechanical loops. The jacquard fabric is very suitable for being used for making products with local jacquard patterns, such as piece counting products with only one mark on one piece of clothes. A loom for making a large-cycle product is provided with a computer needle selecting mechanism and a computer-controlled automatic yarn guide entering/exiting mechanism.
The fifth embodiment: knitting system for weft knitting plated lining veil jacquard elastic fabric
In the system for producing a face yarn jacquard fabric, as shown in fig. 3, in the region C of the feed ground yarn system, while the ground yarn is inserted into the knitting needles, the elastic yarn (such as spandex yarn and the like) is inserted, and the knitting is looped to form a triple plating structure and covered by the fabric. A weft-knitted plated inlay face yarn jacquard stretch fabric is thus obtained. When producing elastic fabrics, the loom is equipped with a spandex conveying device.
